Good guys. They weren't sure if they could help me out from a bottomed out trailer with their light duty truck but they thought they had a good chance managed too get me out and offered to help clean up the mess I made. All of them were very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend giving these guys a call before you call for a heavy duty wrecker

Very nice mechanicals works .. absolutely decent and honest pricing. They came very fast on the pin point. I highly recommend these people. They had and option to charge me $5000-$6000 but no they are nice people they only charge me $2000 which was highly reasonable. Super satisfied with the service will come again ..

Fast responding and very professional mechanics. Needed roadside assistance and was quoted 30 minutes but they showed up in 10. David was fast to diagnose and start repairs. Full radiator replacement on my Freightliner and he had us on our way as soon as possible. He also made sure we had fluids before continuing our trip. Great company, great people. Highly recommend!

I called i5 Roadside Assistance, I got broken down on the side of the road 5 miles away from Pilot truckstop. I spoke with the mechanic and he seemed very knowledgeable and I asked if he can fix the problem, he said yes (I had low coolant and my truck will shut down, I had to pour water in the coolant tank but I didn t make it to the next truckstop). He came in in one hour and found the problem which was in the radiator and I decided to go ahead and change it and the coolant tank (it was leaking) as well. We moved to a safe spot and the work started. He got parts from Bakersfield Freightliner dealership and changed them in three hours and I was up and running. Very professional, very knowledgeable, save me money for the towing, and I don t know if the dealership will take me right away for the repair. The price was reasonable. So, it took 4 hours hours from the first phone call until the job was done. The mechanic name is Damien he did an excellent job and thank you so much. I recommend this to everybody.

My trucks alternator went out just before hitting the Grapevine into LA on a Friday evening. I-5 Road Service saved my trip! If they did not provide their service I would have had to find a hotel for the weekend and wait until Monday to get a repair. David arrived in about 10 min, diagnosed the problem, drove to the auto parts store to get a replacement alternator, returned and completed the install. I felt the pricing was fair to provide excellent emergency service. I highly recommend I-5 Road Service!

Super Great service! My parents were stuck for over 10 hours and there were no towing services available to help. Found I-5 Roadside Assistance and they showed up in less than 15 minutes! They were professional and knowledgeable of the situation we were in and were able to mitigate the situation. It was raining and they stayed out there till the service was complete. I really recommend calling them first before any other roadside service. Thank you!

I just bought a car and had a flat tire. It has custom wheels that took very specific lugs. And of course the tools from missing to lower the spare. These guys went above and beyond drove to the next town to get some of the specialized tools. Came back and got my spare on. Very polite hard-working guys. I was stranded for about 12 hours but 40 minutes after calling them they had the car in the air.

He told me he putt metal piece and a clamp on the hole that was leaking the coolant but all he did was putt black tape around it I couldn t tell at the time but I drove for another 1 hour and it started leaking again I paid him 685 waste of money don t recommend them at all

Omg just only bring to the part from the dealership and change the part Guess how much price 18 hundred every mechanic said 1k when you go on the road before you check out your truck don t waste your hard work $ thanks

Damien to the rescue!! We were broken down on the side of the road around 7pm and I called AAA for a tow, but they couldn t send a tow truck until 11pm. We found I-5 Road Service on Google, and Damien came out at 9pm to check our vehicle. He gave it a jump and replaced the coolant, and our vehicle was good to go after that! A very excellent and quick service (more than what AAA would have given us) at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

The service was good, but when David came to charge me, he said if you take longer then 5 minutes to pay I will charge you another hour. I told him I will put his company on a do not use list, his answer to that was I don't care! I guess he figures there are enough suckers out there so he doesn't care. Customer service is a -5!!

They respond quickly and shows up within 15 minutes while I was in I 5 at Lebec, CA, I had radiator leaking and changed it within 2 hours brought a new one actually really expensive but they are really fast.Thank you guys.SMART5 TRUCKING LLC.DAR TEAME

No good deed should go unnoticed! I have believed and acted on this most of my life. I was recently stranded in my motorhome at the nearby Speedway. Calls through an 800-number were getting me no where. I walked to Freeway Towing and explained my situation to Kimberly. She referred me I-5 Road Service, another local business. I needed help getting my diesel motorhome started. David, one of the brothers in the business, came to my aid. He was an absolute professional while dealing with me and in handling the issue. Not only did he get it started, he diagnosed the problem so I'd know what to tell my Freightliner service facility. He was enjoyable to deal with and very, very knowledgable. Coming back to the Central Valley from LA just after the holidays, driving the grapevine, 7pm, my car died while I was driving it. Made it to the side of the road and tried calling my insurance company, to no avail. Stumbled by accident on I-5 Road Service; Damian and Charles (I think) came out within 30min, middle of bumper to bumper stop and go traffic on the grapevine, diagnosed the problem as a faulty battery. My car started and they followed me almost 40min down the road to the nearest O Rileys where I bought a new battery and they removed the old battery and installed the new one. They are my heroes!! I d still be sitting there on the side of the grapevine if it wasn t for them. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of car service. Price was great, service was great, time getting to us was great. You won t find anyone better than these guys!! What an absolute blessing to have stumbled upon them!! I cannot thank them enough for their knowledge, expertise and willingness to come help us in the middle of horrible grapevine traffic.

My truck breakdown on I-5 at rest area northbound buttonwillow, CA . Truck didn't start even change the new batteries, I called I-5 Road Services at 10 pm and request services for 7 am the next day. they are very professional beyond my expectation. After run computer diagnosis and clean wire harness, truck starter fire up and the truck start rolling again. Thanks so much! I would like recommend I-5 Road Services to all roadside services you need.

They aren t good for the diagnosis wasted my time. The guy was sending a regen for over 3hrs and charged me $700 without fixing anything. Amazing team, had issues with my fuel system on the truck! They came out the same day and had me up and running, professional and knowledgeable.They even checked up on me next day on how the truck is operating and making sure everything is going smoothly! Will use them again

We had chewed up tires coming down from the grapevine. We called this number and the gentleman got us into contact with an individual who ended up delivering new tires relatively soon to our location. Awesome service.

My car had a flat tire on a family trip. He looked at flat tire and found out that it could not be repaired. He went to get a new tire in an hour. He installed a new tire and got us back on the road! He is professional, fast, and efficient. Thank you for your service!!!

Coming up from Grapevine I blew a radiator and turbo hose. I met Damien at flying J he was quick to diagnose and fix my truck! Top-notch work and a great guy I recommend highly.

My truck ran out of gas, and a guy named Damian come out to give me fuel, but my truck wouldn t start. He found out that my fuel pump went bad. He replaced it that night and I got back onto the road. Definitely fast and efficient.

We called this gentleman at 8am he said he'd be there in 30 mins he was actually there in about 20 minutes he was very kind and courteous. Had the oil filter and oil changed and a fuel filter in about 30 minutes. Would recommend him 10/10

Dumbest mechanic ever seen,,, told mechanic to change fuel water separator but he went for diagnosis of batteries to put extra hours750 dollars for fuel water separatorPathetic service
