Terrible store!!! Most parts need to be ordered.. Some items on the shelf (oils especially) are not priced (because they re over priced). God forbid you have to return anything! They frown upon any returns and actually charge a re-stock fee!! Go to another auto part store unless you re absolutely!! desperate!! Please, someone open another auto parts store on the mountain!!!!

Beware! They price gouge here. They charge double what other auto parts stores charge for a quart of Castrol motor oil. I would assume it s because they know they are the only parts store in the area and fully take advantage of that fact. Unless you re in a pinch, I would not shop here for anything.

Thee most pathetic owner/franchisees ever, it s too bad the guys who work there have to learn how to be a A-hold from this guy, Do Not give this Guy your business !. I took my battery in to get it replaced, I didn t have a tool to remove the two terminals, the owner said We don t remove the terminals, you ll have to buy new ones I said ok, I ll buy them.. I then told one of the guys I needed a alternator, and a wrench to remove the mounting bolts, the owner told me You have to get the wrench your self, and if it not the right size you have to still pay for it, we do not exchange or take returns I ask the guys if they could look up what size I would need, and the Owner said We don t look up sizes So I had to look for it on my smart phone, I was only able to find the bold part number, so I ask the Owner if he had the bolts for the alternator mounting, He said Yes we have them I ask him if I could see one to get the bolt size, and he said I don t give the bolts to get sizes, you have to buy the bolt So I told him then what good it it to buy the alternator if I can t take it off, so I said Then I don t want the Battery, the Terminals, nor the alternator. This guy is thee biggest a-hole ever. If you don t believe it try asking him a question you d normally would ask at a legitimate auto parts store. Don t Give This Guy Your Money just a warning The guy has on his web site We Offer Free Services . Free air to breathe.. Free place to stand while waiting.. Free to look around.. Free to wait your turn.. Free to be disappointed in their service.Free Free Free Free !!!I ll be reposting locally, and on the Internet

The franchise owner is the worst business owner I ve ever run into. After his employee advised me which wipers fit my car, I was charged a $2.70 restocking fee when I returned it for correct size. (to hang it back on display 20 away). Total jerk, total ripoff.

Had a heater hose blow out on a 2015 Ford Transit. Of course, it was a dealer only part. The staff was more than helpful to come up with a hose that was similar. It's nice to find someone that just doesn't look at a computer and say "no, we don't have it". This is the place to go to if you need parts, period!

Needed an emergency replacement batter for my Subaru. Called, got info, dropped in with my old battery, and got lightning service, correct size battery, and top notch folks behind the counter!!! Best place in the area!!

Nice, helpful staff. If they don't carry what you need they can usually get it in the following day. My husband is a mechanic so we are in there constantly. Good people!

Have done business at this store for many years, they have shown continuous improvement.......The staff has good solid automotive background. Couple this with the convenience of local parts availability, and stop by to see for yourself.

They are the best...nothing like leaving the store and having the guy behind the counter come out to your window and say..." I think I found the part your looking for"That dosent happen in a busy city....

They will not loan a 1/2" wrench to a traveling person in need for a trailer repair right in their parking lot after spending $50.00 for new taillights and a cheap wire repair kit. Wanted me to buy a wrench as well. What happened to real men?
