I bought a 2018 BMW X5 at this dear. I went to 10 different dealerships before them and they were all trying to take advantage of me and overcharging me 3-4k extra fee for accessories. I called and spoke to Arman , immediately I felt completely comfortable when I talked to him. The car is amazing and their customer service was fantastic. I took my car to BMW dealership to do service and complete check up , they couldn t even find anything wrong to recommend. I will definitely buy more cars from them and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

My Wife and I had such a great experience at VIP AUTO HOUSE especially with the help of Shakib. Really appreciated his honesty and service to make the process go super smoothly. He was very helpful and made us feel at home. Great Prices, Great Customer service, Definitely recommend :)

I don t know why this place has bad reviews. We bought our car in October - we got an amazing deal and they were so nice! There was a scratch on the wheel and they agreed to fix it and they pulled through and did. I definitely recommend to you all to buy from here with a piece of mind. Really good guys!

I was worried about going with a smaller lot to buy a car. But I was very impressed with the sales associates and the finance guys here. I don t have the greatest credit but these guys worked extremely hard to get us into a beautiful BMW AT A VERY REASONABLE MONTHLY RATE. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you VIP Auto House!!

Bought a car from them a month ago and very easy process wasn t upsold anything and straight forward process. Compared to other dealerships that try to up-sale you and have you all day at there dealership I recommend this place quick and easy.

I rarely write a review, but it wouldn t be fair in this case to not share our great experience with VIP auto House . Mr Shakib and his team are the best in their business. They are honest , helpful and trustworthy which is crucial when it comes to purchasing a car. It s important to have a peace of mind and to know that you are in hand of the best. My husband just bought an e63 amg s from them today. He is in love with it. They even held the vehicle for us til we got approved for our loan. And it was hands down the fastest car purchase I ve ever heard of or known about. When we arrived I walked my dog around the block went inside and my husband said they were almost done with the paperwork and we were only there for about two more minutes until we were able to drive off with the new car Usually dealerships take hours an hours my last car from BMW Buena Park literally took nine hours to purchase, so this was a great experience. highly recommend this dealership!

I can't say enough good things about VIP Auto House. Shakib and Arman went out of their way to accommodate me. I live in North Carolina and I purchased a bmw convertible from them. They setup transportation and Arman even spoke to my DMV office to get final details worked out for my registration. Great price, car and experience. I would definitely buy from them again.

Do not buy cars from these people they have no manners they have no education they don't know how to treat people in a professional way i really had a bad experience with them so i do not recommend this place...one of the reasons would be they were cussing at me thru the phone just because the bank put a hold on the money which they were supposed to get (vip auto sale) so these beep.... called me and started blaming me and cussing at me hey i said brother i got nothing to do with you...ok you took my money as a deposit the bank approved me for the loan...you deal wit the bank ok...but these middle Eastern people are like that...screw this place buy from another dealership they have no professionalism.

Worst dealership. Never believe anything that Arman says. He sold me a damaged BMW Z4 by forging inspection reports. Two wheels of the car have over 6 cracks each. Arman never told me about the cracks and now one of them is so bad that it is unsafe for me to drive the car. No mechanic is willing to repair such bad wheel and replacements will cost 1600 dollars. When I call the dealership/Arman now, no one picks up the call. Never buy a car from this dealership

Worked with Arman and was an amazing and patient and understanding guy. Really helped me with the struggles I had in financing. Helped his best with me and I was finally able to purchase my dream car, 2006 c6 z06! The best first experience in buying my first car. Really recommend. A great place to buy a vehicle!

Really sad to write this review. I loved the cars on the lot and atmosphere. But I feel like I need to "warn" others who may buy a car from here. I purchased a low milage BMW 550i from them. Beautiful car. Within a week of purchase, it has been problem after problem. Now I have had the car almost 3 months. Took the car to be checked by my local BMW shop and received a quote of over $6800 to fix ALL the problems on the car. Now, even more issues have come up since then. The full warranty I bought here wasnt useful at all! Literally nothing covered. They slap some wax and clean these cars up, but man... beware. Test drive as much as you can. I now have a car thats basically useless. Called and spoke with Ron and he spoke with the owners. They advised me the car was sold as-is and to go ahead with my review. Here it is. I am just feeling defeated and they wouldn't help me. The Mercedes I also test drove was beautiful but during the test drive was making very loud creaking sounds. I passed on that car. Now I am stuck with a car I cant drive. Do your homework before buying from them and bring your mechanic!

The salesman and the owner were gentleman and very professional. And the car is wonderful I bought a Tesla Model X. drove from LA to Northern California and it drove perfectly no problems. I recommend this company to all my friends

They don't allow test drives on any of their cars. Came here to purchase a car and they wanted me to sign the purchase paperwork before driving it at all. Very poor customer service. I went to another dealership who let me test drive before pulling credit and signing paperwork. I ended up buying the car from the other dealership. PS - Their reply below is full of lies. I have excellent credit that I do not want damaged with extra credit pulls. I have never had a repo either.

Good service, he had good communication. We agreed on a price, but he wanted to add the lender fee to the total price of the car, a 700 dollar fee in my case. I work at a car dealership as a salesman and that s a fee that the dealership is supposed to cover. He was just trying to make back money on the car because he felt like I was getting too good a price when in reality he just listed it too cheap the first day online and got a lot of calls so he raised the price. Understandable, we ve made that mistake too. He did honor the original price I saw which was nice, but he shouldn t have tried making me pay that lender fee. Overall not a bad dealer he worked with me, just didn t appreciate the lender fee he tried having me pay.

In love with my Alfa Romeo that Red interior is sick If you need a car VIP Auto House is the right spot very great prices and great customer service, I've been hunting for this car for months, I'm glad I found it here and so close by.

Where to start , I called to see a 2018 Alfa Romero I saw on car guru that they listed for 26k.I informed the person I was gonna come in the next day at 11am. I showed up at 11 on the dot and entered the office as I entered I informed the guy I was there to see the vehicle and he told me he had another viewing at 12. I informed him I had an appointment at 11 he told me although it s first come first serve that I might need a co signer I had a feeling but I had good/great credit he informed me that I couldn t afford the vehicle as he looked up and down at the way I was dressed (shorts and plain black shirt) but had the nerve to say you can see it waving the keys in my face after that I just declined and went to the Alfa Romero dealer ship and they ran my credit and got me in a 2020 Alfa Romero , he didn t run my credit and didn t bother trying to do business and judged my appearance worst experience of my life I will never recommend this place to anyone because I wouldn t want them feel hurt after being judged upon looks ....WOST PLACE TO GET A CAR !!!!!! 1 never asked me about my job and never gave info on my line of work 2 I don t work part time which was BS 3 never ran my credit to find out 4 didn t show enthusiasm to help me out and I said I would put 1000 but if I needed to put more I would have .. don t need to falsify anything because at the end of the day you lost a buyer and I gained a 2020 Alfa with warranty

IDK who I worked with the salesmen or the manager was very rude and disrespectful did not listen to any of my questions. Was acting very shady the whole time. Was acting like he didn t want to sell me a car at all. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone take your business somewhere else.

had a horrible expierence , went in to look for a car and was automatically judged by the way i was dressed . they were rude and very unprofessional. i was going to leave with a car but with their attitude i just left immediately.
