Honest mechanics and good at diagnosis. They did work that did not fix the problem, realized it and didn't charge me for that work. Then did additional work that diagnosed the problem correctly. My new mechanic.

This mechanic shop is reasonably priced and they do good work. Had my axle replaced, rear brakes done, and an oil change ... car runs great! Tom is honest and kind. Thanks TYC for bringing me peace of mind by knowing my car is now safe to drive!!!

Best place to take my Honda. The owner is great and is honest about true repairs needed. no one trying to see you on unnecessary repairs. When I do drop off my car the repairs are done in a timely manner. The people there are courteous. Makes a woman feel reassured that she is not getting gypped. I highly recommend this business for all Honda & Acura mechanical needs. And prices are way better than going to the dealer that will always be overpriced.

This review is long overdue. Reliable, honest, with fair pricing- how often can we use these words to describe an auto shop?! After so many bad auto shop experiences I can sincerely say TYC is in a whole different category that cannot be compared. I commute over 50 miles a day and thus, rely 100% on my vehicle, Mr. Chau and Team give me the peace of mind in making it from point A to B and back to A without a glitch.

Wonderful car repair place! Honest, reliable, and helpful. No other repair shop tells you whether or not you actually need certain things, if you don t, they tell you here and don t pric gauge you just to make a quick buck. Tom and his team are qualified and friendly, make the process simple, and are pretty efficient too.

This is a very small shop. After my repair shop closed I was pleased to find out that his brother had a repair shop.The wait time may be long, but that is the only downfall. This has to be one of the last HONEST repair shops around. When I go in Tom always tells me what I need done. I could honestly write a plethora of positive things about the people who work here and my experiences.

Referred by my usual repairman, Mr. Chau at Japanese Auto Specialist upon his retirement... Love it. Same experience: honest, reasonably priced, efficient service at a great price. Will forever recommend to everyone i know, now that Japanese Auto Specialist is closed.

An amazing establishment I have never meet such a honest group of people "Tong" the owner and his staff walk in integrity they try to save you money not cheat you. In a world where most look out for themselves it's a blessing in the world of automotive to have someone is looking out for your best interest.

Tom is dishonest. I see lots of reviews about him being honest. No. He did repair my car. However, he told me that the mechanic who replaced my alternator damaged the hoses that caused the problem. When that mechanic called him he said that I was always lying and not to tell me he said this. I have an audio recording of the conversation. Prior to 12/13/21 I had never set foot in this shop. I have spoken to the man for maybe a total of 10 minutes. All I did was repeat to the other mechanic exactly what Tom told me. When I asked for the hoses so I could show the other mechanic he pulled two hoses from a box in the shop and told me to take a picture. I assume these were not the actual parts from my car. If you want to hear him spewing his dishonesty to the other mechanic I will gladly share- I just can t figure out how to do it here. He charged me $290 to replace those two hoses. Or so he says.

Always the best price for the right repairs. My daughter has been coming here for over 10 years, she gets her vehicles maintained and has bought several cars thru them.
