You can t find a more honest mechanic! Prices are fair and I never leave feeling as if I ve been upsold (which is so often the case at other mechanics). Torres has all my trust and i couldn t recommend him more

Steven did a superb job. I was in and out within 30 minutes when I needed to get my front stabilizers replaced. He is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I know. His pricing is extremely competitive. Before you take your car anywhere for repair, please bring it to Torres Automotive. Trust me; you will not regret it. Thank you, Steven! I know I will be back anytime my car needs service.

My exhaust manifold was bad the appointment check engine light was on and my car was backfiring no power so fuel economy you can imagine it was through the roof or should I say through the ground.through the groundnut in existence. Any rate I put the SOS out on another social media platform and Steven with Taurus t o r r e s automotive responded and after communications quoted me more than fair price for a no at/Steven responded and after communication he called me a more than fair price for parts and labor brought in today and it's quiet I don't know if any of you familiar with a bad exhaust but your car sounds as if the catalytic converter has been stolen and that's not the case.So again I would recommend Taurus t o r r e s ask for Steven great job fair price and again you no longer hear me coming I'm coming for you Dallas. Again just FYI when your catalytic converter is gone or rather your exhaust manifold is bad it's going to sound like you're missing your catalytic converter so I would suggest getting both checked again thank you Steventhencoverdone 2 hours and you no longer hear me coming

I called around to various shops when my car battery was dying multiple times a week. The rates and quick response time from Torres Automotive were amazing. I was able to take my car in the next day and have the battery replaced in almost no time. The owner, Steven Torres, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. His expertise in cars was very apparent in a wide range of makes and models and is professionalism was impressive. He also walked me through resetting the electronics/navigation and how to find my car's code post-battery-installation. I would recommend him to anybody, any day.

I took my car to the dealer and the quote was near $1,000, I then took it to Torres Automative, saved hundreds of dollars by going to Steve.Who completed the job in minutes, literally minutes, 27 minutes to be exact. What would have been a four hour ordeal at the dealer, was resolved promptly here. On my second stop here, oil change and tire rotation was done under half an hour. If you value your time come to Torres; if you want to get away from your family and get charged extra go some where else. (I make the trip from Santa Barbara)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

Torres Automotive is always quick to respond and does incredibly quality work. Treats the customer's car likes his own . You just can't beat that type of service, I will be returning soon. Thanks for replacing all for struts on my car in a timely fashion car rides like a dream now.

I ran across an issue with my 2008 Toyota Sienna about a month ago. Check engine light and abs lights as well as my transmission gears weren t feeling right. Went to my mechanic and gave me a special code for transmission sensor. He referred me to get a specialist to check out my transmission.I found Torres automotive to be specializing in Toyota and Toyota Hybrids. So I decided to schedule an appointment. The Mechanic Steve found out exactly what sensor was not functioning properly through special testing he was able to do. He also found out my radiator was slightly cracked and on the verge of completely going out. So I had him replace both items. I priced the items around and he still gave me the best price with dealer quality service. Great price and Quality work !Now , I have driven the Toyota Sienna to big bear and Perris 4 times already and the Van is running like a charm. Matter of fact it s better than when we purchased it. Smooth transmission changes and no more lights.I m completely Happy with the service and work I received. I recommend this as 5 stars for reliability of work and speed of repair. If you need some work done see for yourself. You won t regret it. Thanks Steve and Torres Automotive. If I ever need some work I will be back.

So first off, straight forward, car assesment. Brakes, 100k gig, tire rotate. Overall excellent job! Made my apt. Showed up. Complete brake job, spark plugs, engine flush. Done before rush hour.Excellent shop. Cheers

I took my 2006 Lexus LS430 in for a Timing Belt & Water pump replacement and Steven performed a great job repairing my car at an awesome price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for repair of your vehicle.
