Get service from Ricks Automotive every time my vehicle is there. I have taken my car here and my fathers vehicle, and they always make sure our cars are in tip top shape. I appreciate how detail oriented they are and I value the respect and care they have for their customers. Any vehicle I have will definitely be serviced with Rick and his team again. Thank you.

By just meeting Rick, it was enough for me to give him 5 stars before he work on my car. Here is why, my AAA towing dropped the car overnight but they left it at the curb it was a guarantee violation "ticket". But thankfully Rick drove by and checked the drop box saw that it was a costumer vehicle and went ahead and put the car inside his shop. In conclusion when you come here rest assured you are in good hands.

I'm absolutely thrilled and excited to see that my car was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. The reason I chose Rick's Auto Shop is because of the excellent reviews, and my experience confirms that it was the right choice. When my engine light came on, Rick fixed it at a much lower price than I had anticipated. I'm so grateful!

Extremely impressed with the team over at Rick s auto. My wife dropped her car off for a check engine light. They were helpful, they were friendly and extremely thorough. Rear brakes were squealing and started looking for repair shops immediately. Came across Rick's shop and was quoted a fair price with the expectation that the work would be completed same day. The invoice, receipt, and status updates on my car were all handled electronically which made the whole process feel modern and easy to track.

I was new to Rick s Automotive. I felt reassured that I was getting very professional service for reasonable prices. I just wish I had deeper pockets to get ALL the work my car needed. The car passed smog & we were able to reregister the 2004 Ford easily. The technology & communication between the shop & me was exceptional with fully explained breakdowns of each test or job performed. Rick and his team are awesome! I drove about 70 miles to visit family and the night before I was to drive back home, my car started smoking. I called Rick s Automotive the next morning and although he was booked, he offered to help, even after it took several hours for a tow truck to drop my vehicle off. Rick listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. In fact, he was able to fix my car in the time it took my family to go to lunch! This meant so much to me because I was able to keep the plans i promise to my nephew that day, AND drove the 70 miles back home, confidently! I m telling all my friends and family in the area, go to Rick, he ll save you time, and money!

Rick's Automotive Service was readily available when I desperately needed service for my Lexus GS 300. Price was kind of high, but the repair service was quick and performed expertly.This type of auto repair service is exactly what I needed in my desperate situation at the time. On my own, I called several other auto repair shops, to no avail.I thank the Automobile Club of America, Southern California, for this referral. Lastly, I say thanks to owner Sir Rick Seneris and his competent repair crew.

Originally arrived for an oil change. Also had an increasingly loud knocking noise and asked them to tell me what it was as well as the estimated cost to repair; my alternator was about to break down, which I agreed to have replaced.Uponmy request, they examined my car thoroughly and showed me the trouble area(s) while explaining functions and what to expect if I continued to ignore for xxx period of time.I highly recommend Rick's Automotive because they are clean, thorough & knowledgeable with high integrity and excellent customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Ricks is a great all around mechanic shop! Great genuine service from all staff members from the front to the back. I like the fact that they also go in and tell you the condition of the other mechanical parts in your vehicle. they send it all email with proper documentation pictures and prioritization upon your approval.I have been a customer since 2020 and I have taken my car back on minor warranties and they never hesitate and no extra charge. they still document that visit as well. I contacted this shop bcs I needed to replace my rack and pinion on my Chevy Cruze LT. While at this stage and time, they couldn't help me they advised me honestly about what to do and I had a feeling that this is an honest shop and owner. Rick took time out of his day, even though he was not seeing a prospect of making money on me and advised me about what to do. Thank u Rick!

I'm very satisfied with the job and the customer service that Rick's Automotive provided on 12/01/22.The oil light sensor on our Jeep needed replacing. They got us in promptly (next day) ordered a new part and fixed the issue the following day.Louie and Rick were both very cordial. I found him on the FIXX app. His shop was recommended also by AAA. Rick the owner is very professional and courteous. He let's you know all costs and repairs up front before you pay. All estimates are emailed directly to you so you have a record of all repairs done. Rick and Donald continually provided and updated me with photos and descriptions of the repairs that were needed to stop the check engine light from appearing on the dashboard. The best mechanic experience I've had! Let's dive into why!Rick not only owns the shop, but is VERY hands on and involved with your car from the moment you bring it in to the moment you pay for the services. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work.I towed my vehicle into this shop after it stopped on me mid drive. I called prior to coming to check for availability to be checked out the same day. I was greeted politely, asked a few questions for clarity of the situation, and confirmed their ability to work on it over the phone. Upon arrival, Louis greeted me, got me checked into the system right away and explained how I could track the progress of my diagnostic and work recommendations. The diagnostic was incredibly thorough and provided photos of recommended repairs with a price breakdown between labor and parts pricing from the beginning so no hidden/altered costs!The shop work area and office was clean and organized.They kept open communication with me as new updates came about via the text feature or a phone call. Anytime I called, they answered the phone quickly EVERY TIME and politely explained or answered any questions I had. Whenever they needed to follow up with me after a phone call, they'd call back within 20 minutes or so as promised.The service was CRAZY fast! I needed my fuel pump removed and replaced, it could've been done in a day, however, parts were the issue. I approved an oil change within the 40 minutes to an hour of picking it up and upon arrival, it was complete and waiting for me. Not to mention, there an awesome warranty on the work done here and I received a AAA member discount!I will DEFINITELY be returning to Rick's from here on out!Service: Oil change

Great experience. Rick explained to me all repairs and costs. No surprises when it was time to charge me. Provided me paper work. One of the mechanics even gave me a ride home while the repairs where being done. Very professional and courteous mechanics. So far no issues with car. And they guarantee the parts for 3 yrs or first 36,000 miles! That was my favorite part. I took my minivan in on Friday and got it back Saturday. Changed my timing belt and a few other things. Very good price. Gave me a loaner car to fit me, my wife, and our three children. Super friendly and professional service. Laid out everything that was needed for my vehicle. Gave me a price. I gave them the ok and they got right on it. Sent me digital updates. With pictures and details descriptions of work. Even checked out my vehicle for other issues. I will definitely be taking it back for the other recommended service repairs. Rick is the Man!

Came in to get my driver side mirror replaced, with a part I had bought myself. Rick was attentive and told me they would also do a courtesy check inspection. I recently bought the car off a private seller and didn t know much of its history, but I knew that it was in need of repairs. Not only did they take care of my side mirror, they also gave a detailed inspection for me to look over and understand the condition my car was in. Rick called me as soon as I had the inspection to read through it with me, asked me about my goals for car, and then told me what they could do to get my car in good condition. They went ahead and ordered my parts, got started on work and even let me use a loaner car while my Scion iA was in the shop. Rick s Automotive called to give me updates about my car and left voicemail when I wasn t able to answer. My car was in the shop for about 2 weeks, and I m extremely happy and satisfied with how my car is running now.
