Hector over at Pacific tires took care of me as soon as I pulled in. I was visiting from Northern California and got a nail in my tire. They took care of me right away and got me back on the road. Highly recommend this place!

Took my car in yesterday for flat tire fix. Woke up this morning and the same tire was flat again. Took it back this morning and they wanted me to wait 2 hours before they could get to it. Since they supposedly fixed it yesterday I think it should be a little more urgent. They didn't seem too concerned.*edit: Took back the car after the holiday, they promptly attended to the vehicle and fixed the leak. Fortunately had another car to take for our road trip. Just glad this didn't happen while on our trip.

Everyone that I interacted with at this location was extremely helpful, insightful, and patient. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had regarding replacing my tire. I am extremely grateful for them adding me in two hours before they closed on an extremely rainy Sunday. Great staff and location! Thank you!

Fast and professional service. I got a puncture that morning that required a replacement tire. They were able to squeeze me in so my car was ready by the end of my work day for be commute home. Great customer service and making it all happen quickly.

First time using the service. Had to replace a dead battery. I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and it didn t take a whole lot for them to get the work done. They offered 2 different batteries - one AGM and the other standard. The first was slightly more expensive but had an additional year of warranty (4 years, rather than 3 years). And I was told that the AGM battery gets charged faster than the other, which meant that it would last longer. It is their words, not mine.In the end though I d rather have a battery that lasts for 4 years in case it dies on me and I have to replace it with a new, which is free with the warranty. I had once a Costco battery which had 3-year warranty died on me and had it replaced with a new for free then, so it s good to know that there s an extra year to fall back on.Oh, and I was told that it d cost $80 there to install a battery purchased elsewhere. With the batteries they sell, you pay only for the battery that you d purchase (although who knows if they have already factored that in when pricing their batteries). At any rate, I decided to go with a professional service this time because it appeared to be more complicated to remove the old battery and install a new in a � ton truck (unlike with an SUV that I installed the battery purchased from Costco myself).I don t know if the batteries Costco sells are AGM but it (only one type) was similar to the price of the standard battery at Pep Boys. The thing is that Costco doesn t install batteries for you.When I saw the signs saying free tire pressure check and free brake inspection while waiting, I didn t think of them much. But I saw a vehicle pull in, a customer got out and went into the shop and then next minute she was getting tire pressure check. I didn t ask about it but it appeared that that was what happened.

These guys are doing a good job. My first instinct when I was searching to fix my wheel issue and saw pepboys n google search result , I immediately was convinced they will fix it. Behold they did fix it perfectly. My first time going there and will definitely continue with this company.

We called to confirm a wheel alignment could be done. They replied yes, gave us an appointment and link. On the day of the appointment, we arrived late but they still got our car in the service bay within a few minutes. The link allowed us to see the progression of work done. We opted to wait while the service was being done and were asked if we wanted to watch television while we waited. The waiting room was clean. The service was completed before the quoted time and the car drives great.

Lawndale location less busy than other areas and quick in and out diagnosis of the problem. Had a loud clunk with turning. Identified a bad left control arm. Did not use them for repair, but they were quick to identify the problem.

They lied and said pep boys don't do uber and lyft inspections,, got in my car and called 2 other pep booys and said the COULD do it,, maybe didn't want to do because I'm black.

Needed rear brake pads and an oil change. Was given a very reasonable estimate so decided to try them. Decided to change front pads at the same time. They checked the vehicle and determined that front pads were fine, but rear rotors also needed replacing. Maria at the front desk was great. The technician did a very thorough job. At payout Raymond added some discount coupons I wasn t even aware of. I will definitely be back and suggest you check them out. Great customer service and excellent, knowledgeable staff.

Needed some special consideration as I was getting my rims powder coated so I needed the tires removed and then new tires put back on a week later. They were more than happy to accommodate the special request without charging me extra.

With reservation, it was easy for Full Synthetic oil changes with full inspection paper and also 25% dis. coupon. AS well I requested tires quotes with dis. ones. Wish to do it for next time.

By this means I want to give notice that I had an appointment this day at 5.30 pm due to a puncture in the tire that has a problem with an air outlet. repaired and they cannot repair for the 2nd time in the end what they wanted was to cancel the appointment because either they don't want to work they are tired or they don't feel like it very bad impression honestly what a shame I read good comments but I have had bad luck

After booking a appointment for 3pm we arrived at 2:38pm. They got to work right away with a around the block test drive first. I realized that I left a bank bag inside the car with $7000 inside. I panicked and looked right away when they got back. I did find it under the seat later but not before loosing it a bit. Although they were upset about the outburst they exceeded my expectations still. They did the alignment and filled air in the tires with a inspection report. Thanks guys

This was my first time choosing Pep-boys to service my vehicle. This location has no customer parking. Employees don t acknowledge their customers. I felt that they had enough work. So I drove away. Worst experience hope they get better with their customer care.

Alignment was performed and it's just as bad before I took it in. Advisor told me only afterwards that they don't have a master tech and the analysis was that my caster bolts are broken. I spent another $200 at the dealer and they said it was fine. What a load of incompetency

I m not great with cars so my husband does most of our car maintenance and repairs. He s out of town and I couldn t get my doors to lock/unlock so I went into Pep Boys and they helped me trouble shoot the issue Chung (Trang?) and Ruben were helpful, I made a purchase and my issue was resolved. You can trust Pep Boys - I m always worried that I will be a victim of a scam or purchase something unneeded and this is why I go in person. Thanks!
