Good place for a quick fix if needed no lines if you do see one it,s going to be maybe 5 minutes wait.

Super awesome team here. I showed the lady on duty a picture of the part I needed and she barely got a glimpse before she took me right to it. I was with my 1 year old son at the time as well and couldn t install the part and the manager Chris got down on the wet floor to help me install it. I will only be coming here from now on.

Waited in line while other cashier was on the phone. She was actually helping someone. Then some older guy was just standing there so I waited patiently giving him his time to finish what he was doing. Then some random guy walks into the store goes in front of us and up to him and they start having a full conversation. He completely ignores me and continues to help the other guy even though I had stood there waiting. Very disrespectful and unprofessional I am a local and will never go back to that store.

Thank you Richard at Lawndale for your outstanding help that goes beyond your duty. Great knowledge. Help us with the right car battery, assist to install it, and make sure we are okay to start the car. Well, I oversimplified. Leaky battery, broken connector, hard to reach connection struggled for 45 min. Richard helped put it together in 5 min. Thank you!

I went in for a new battery. Gentleman who was working there was very rude.i asked to speak with a manager and was directed to manager Daniel. I am a 79 year old man and my knowledge of cars is for gone. Daniel was very patient and even helped me change the battery. I made a remake saying he should be promoted and he proceeded to say he was just promoted to manager. Very good choice from upper management. I will definitely be coming to Daniel if I need any further help with my car needs!

I have to many locations for Oraliey s but the kind of service s this location offers with experience staff and professional attitude have the highest rating and quantity service hope this review helps you get the best experience. Nice clean new location with friendly staff. Parrs and tool selection is pretty standard with other O'Reilly stores but the layout did feel more open here. There's usually a food truck out front as well, so that can be convenient.

It's a typical autoparts store, but with great customer service. Over the years, I've always been greeted by friendly staff that have always seemed happy to help. The store is well stocked, and always clean.

I was having a smoking issue as I turn the engine on my Saturn at 181,000miles I usually visit the place at Carson CA, but didn't have the pcv valve found it at Lawndale, my smoke issue seems to have gone away plus my motor shaking problems...

Friendly staff. Made sure I got the right parts everytime. They do free battery testing. They wouldn't change my battery because of corrosion which was disappointing. Good selection of parts for a good price.

Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service reps. One of my favorite auto parts stores. They are not the cheapest but they treat you professionally and try hard to get you the right parts. Thanks guys.

Just came in Sunday May 1, 2022 @ 6:20pm, asked the old man about my fuse for my tacoma horn and said he wouldn't go out there to see which fuse 15A it is. Said it is against the law for him to go out there after they have installed wipers and checked the engine light etc! Geeeez! 1 star!!!

Came in to replace battery under warranty but they wanted to try and recharge it but it didn't work, so I waited an hour in-store so they could tell me the warranty expired. I showed them the receipt and they finally replaced it.

Always have what I need at a good price ... if they don't they will get it from or send me to another store ... even if it's not there store ... always friendly and helpful
