Bruce and andre are truly exceptional nice people with knowledge of my mercedes benzes needs. Exceptional pricing and expert service! After finding this place I will not be back to the dealer, where I spent thousands! I'm glad I found these guys who are honest and treat customers like family! Hard to find these days!

I love this place and have been going to them for years. Honest and high quality work, their place is tidy, easy to navigate and friendly for a female to feel comfortable at. I have had to go elsewhere a couple times due to time and distance, but come running back to Import MotorWorx every time. They are the best!!

My experience with Andre did not disappoint! I greatly appreciated the courtesy, professionalism and timeliness of my visit. It was far more pleasant an experience than being at the dealership, plus I was able to save some money. I will definitely return!

Good experience at Import MotorWorx. Efficiently communicated with me via text throughout the process. Andre (manager) is professional, easy to talk with, explains all issues well, and is not pushy. Mini Cooper was bought used and been in the shop 2 - 3 times over the years. Great place to bring in your car to get serviced. You get a clear part and labor breakdown sent to your phone so you can easily see the cost of the service/repair. The team is very welcoming as well, you can tell they have structure and systems in place to ensure a good experience along with great service! My wife and I were very please with the service we received.Import MotorWorx was very professional and thorough with their engine diagnostic.We had to get the Catalytic Converter replaced on my wife's BMW X5. The pricing was much better than what we would have paid at the BMW Dealer.The office manager Andre was very pleasant and helpful. Maybe not the cheapest place you'll find, but definitely the most tech - they provide very advanced and detailed diagnostics. I spoke with one of the lead mechanics after everything was finished and he was very professional, knowledgeable and more than happy to share additional helpful information. Their website also makes it easy to schedule an appointment online, including choosing whether you wish to wait for your car or drop it off. They also send you texts for discount offers and specials from time to time. It's not easy finding a reliable, reasonable mechanic but I think I'll be making this place my regular shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very Bad experience I was given a false diagnostic please if you are a woman stay away from this place they told me my engine was ruined and my car was unrepairable I took my car to the BMW dealer for a second opinion to find out all I needed to replace was my spark plugs and ignition coils

One of the things that make car ownership pleasant is finding the often spoke but rarely found, honest, thorough mechanic. Face it, if you own a car, you're at their mercy in a sense. If that's what you seek, look no further. I will always take my car here! This place saved my "you know what" big time! I cannot sing their praises enough. Other places I went were so quick to do a job and charge me $22,000, unnecessarily, these guys took a little extra time to find out what the issue was. Turns out it was a far less expensive issue that wouldn't wipe me out. Good honest mechanics do exist and you'll find a few of them here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in cause the computer system was telling me it was time to get my brakes serviced. They gave a me a thorough inspection to tell me what everything needed to be done with the car not just the brakes. Ended up I didn't even need the brakes replaced just brake fluid and some other regular maintenance of an oil change etc. The report also gave me a list of what will need to be addressed in the near future to make sure my car stays in top shape to stay running smooth.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

New in town and my Mini Cooper run flat went flat! Brought the car to Motorworx and they fixed it up at a reasonable cost. Very happy with their service! Mechanic Andre was very friendly and helpful. He called with a price before doing the work. Called when the car was ready.Service was so good that my wife brought her BMW a couple days later for basic maintenance. She was very impressed with the friendly employees...and EXTRA impressed with how clean the shop was.We ll go back to Motorworx without a doubt.

I have used Import MotorWorx ever since I bought my Mini. They have worked on just about every aspect of my vehicle and if I needed something they didn't do they had a referral for someone to give me. Andre makes sure the work is done and I am back in my car as soon as possible. Awesome euro shop. Took my x5 in thru silverrock and the guys took care of me. They fixed a control arm, coolant leak and oil filter housing gasket. Waited for the leak to come back but nothing. These guys are the most professional shop I've been to. I would recommend everyone to these guys. I've been going to Import Motor Worx for the last 6 years. Andre and his team over in Torrance take amazing care of my car and I trust them implicitly! After having awful experiences with other mechanics who claimed to know how to work on mini coopers, saying these guys are the best is an understatement. First time Mini Cooper owner here,I bought a second hand car, a 2009 Mini Cooper S and it was in dire need of service. Import MotorWorx is the most transparent and honest car repair shop I have ever been to. They take photos of inspections, don t perform unnecessary services, have the same tools that dealerships do, and know how to make things right with the customer. Also, they offer a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on all of their services so you know they do it once, and do it right. I d trust these guys to work on my car any time, if you re hesitating, give them a call and see how they can help you out.

Greetings, my experience with these guys was awesome, Andre and his team were amazing me and my team were traveling to California for Arizona on business during this interesting time in our nation history with this Covdec 19, there establishment was practicing all of the Safety and Sanitation guide lines. Andre went a extra step and arrange for me to have transportation back to my hotel until my BMW (X5) was ready. I must speak to the integrity of this establishment where women our concern I was not taken advantage because I was a woman,, there pricing was more than fare for the work that had to be done,,,,,, they were a answer to our prayers, oh by the way Andre was willing to take to my mechanic at home in regards to my vehicle. Many thanks and blessings to Andre and his team they are pretty amazing my truck had two major issues one of which Import fixed the other got fixed when I got home to Arizona by my mechanic. Andre thank you and your team again!!

I brought a 2009 mini in that had no engine, it was a nightmare and other places wouldn t work on it, even the dealer. I called Andre and he didn t try to sell the business to me but educate me on the car which made me feel very comfortable. The technician that worked on the car, Wayne, performed a miracle. He went over and beyond the call of duty to get the car working. Once I told Wayne this car was for my daughter he made sure to go through the entire car to make sure it was safe for my daughter. This will be the only shop I choose to work on the car. No up sale, they quoted me a price and that s what I payed plus the things I added. Extremely satisfied with the service, would recommend to others!Service: Engine repair

Had the pleasure of dealing with Andre on my Audi. Did a full diagnostic on the car, replaced coolant pipe which had a leak (Initial Reason for visit). Changed coolant fluids, and reset the system.
