A lot of places you go too will fix your phone with no issues for the most part. Empire will fix your phone and make you feel like family the whole time you're there. The shop owner is genuine man, with his customers best interest at heart. 100% recommended to anyone who needs a phone repaired or to anyone who enjoys good conversations.

Adeel is the man. I broke my pixel 6A and didn't know what to do about my phone because I didn't have insurance. I called around and everybody was giving me way too high prices almost close to a new device. Adeel hooked me up with not only a cheaper price than everybody else, but he did it fast and efficiently. Excellent service at a great price. He did such a good job. I'm going to bring my surface computer in to get that fixed as well. I highly recommend and I will be revisiting, thanks again Adeel.From now on I will only come to Empire Phone Repair to get my devices fixed.

I ve had bad experiences in the past with mobile repairs due to the owners and workers being unethical. But Empire phone repair exceeded my expectations. My laptop had several keys that were sticking. All the other place I contacted said I needed a new palm rest, and quoted a several hundred $ cost. Adeel's estimate was half the cost of the others, and when he took a closer look, it turned out he was able to clean out the keys without replacing the keyboard - good as new. Charged me an extremely reasonable service fee, and gained a customer for life.

OMG! BEST PHONE REPAIR PLACE EVER! I've had @ least 2 previous phone repairs (cracked android screens and went all the way from South LA to Anaheim), but with my most recent phone, Z Flip 4, I had to come here! I called a few places and this was the best price!!! Adeel was so communicative and even tho the part I needed was delayed cuz part needed was from overseas, I was truly satisfied with end result!!! As I waited, I enjoyed watching a movie, but there's also the mall if u wanted to browse around. Repair was relatively quick!I highly recommend!!! Thank you! Shout out Adeel!

This guy knows what he's doing and is the most reasonable around. My son managed to crack my Samsung S23 ultra's screen. I called everywhere trying to find something I could afford. He was the best and even let me split payment via zelle and Venmo.

I had reached out to several local cell phone repair stores about fixing my cracked back screen on my IPhone 14 Pro Max. Adeel gave me the best price and quickest turnaround time. I also brought in an old broken Iphone and he said he would check it out and let me know how severe the issues were on the phone and if it was fixable or not before I had to pay for anything.I am giving 5 stars because he was timely, trustworthy, and gave great customer service. Adeel was easy to talk to and just a nice guy.I highly recommend this place. Adeel also grew up in the South Bay. Support LOCAL!

I m really glad I called this place. A near by service quoted me a $50 steeper price for a battery replacement. Adill is not out to get over on the price and is super personable and does quality work. I recommend trying here first before other places nearby

I live near this business and called to repair a cracked iphone screen. The owner was really nice and got the repair done in 25 minutes. Great price. I will definitely go again for electronic repairs.

I found out about this shop today and I definitely recommend it. Mr Adeel s service was excellent and he helped me out within minutes and for the prices, you can t go wrong. Next time your phone breaks or needs fixing, take it to him, you won t be disappointed. 10/10

Fixed my spouse s IPhone 14 pro max front screen and back glass. He actually put the effort to diagnose the problem and don t overcharge you. Quoted me for $430 and I paid $300. Thank you!

EMPIRE PHONE REPAIR is the best place hands down!! I had been looking for weeks for someone to repair my samsung z fold 3 every place I called said they couldn't repair it. I called Adeel and he told me he could fix it I came in and is a super nice guy and he quickly got to work on the phone and had great work! 100% recommended this place!Thanks again will definitely be recommending to all friends and family.

Adil offers great customer service and makes sure that you are happy. I brought in a battery to replace my XR with and there was an issue with it so they weren t able to install it, they offered me one of their XR instead. Battery replacement is only $49 anyway which is $10-15 lower than most other 3rd party repair shops.

Down to earth management of the business, they will meet you where you're at and do their best to ensure a satisfactory outcome regardless of the issue you have. For example, I had a phone that no longer worked and I was able to trade it in for one that did without much effort. I now have a place I plan to visit for any phone repair needs.
