This collision center is a complete disaster. Incompetent employees, who can not keep up with files and bodywork is not so great. They want you to replace unnecessary parts that the employees that work from them are too incompetent to repair. My advice is to shop around and do your homework thoroughly before leaving your vehicle for repairs at this shop. It's not wise at all. I'm sure you will find better options.

I was sent to this shop by Mercury Insurance for inspection and chose to have my repairs done too. Their work and customer service were excellent. They fixed my front bumper, fender, front door and rear door and made my car look like new. I was also particular about getting OEM parts which they accommodated, and when I found a scratch in my window after picking it up they immediately ordered a new one and got it fixed same day. Jeremy was awesome and office staff, Monique and Emily, were amazing as well. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them!

I was sent to this shop by Mercury insurance for an inspection. I had not planned to get my Audi repaired there. But Jeremy was awesome. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns over the next couple days, so I went with this shop. The car looks great, cleaner than when I left it. Time will tell how the repairs fair, but I am very, very happy with their service all around.Service: Body & Trim

I am not satisfied with this service. It's been a month and my car still isn't ready. Mercury recommend this shop but not worth the wait. Emily was very nice and understanding but Monique never reached out to give me a pick up date. Will not be recommending this shop.

I was sent here by my insurance, and I'm very glad. The logistics of inspection, drop off, pick up, and billing all went very smoothly. The workmanship was good quality and my car was ready faster than I was expecting. Great communication through the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Great service. Need immediate repair to my car and they were great from start to finish. Kept updated every week and provided my car on the date promise. Monique is very patient and super professional. Call these guys if you need body repair on any vehicle you own.

This was the second time I have been to Crest Collision. The 1st time I was rear ended and they made the repair quickly and looked brand new. So when my front end needed repair, I was happy to return to this trusted business. The repair is always done quickly and professionally. They communicate and answer any questions I had. Crest Collision (Monique and Jeremy) went above and beyond to help me fix my car. During covid times, and parts are scarce, they really tried their best to get everything needed to put my car back together. And also had the patience to deal with my insurance company too! Would absolutely recommend them to other people. Quality of work is also spot on.

I recently went to Crest Collision Center thinking they were a mechanical shop and was pleasantly surprised of how efficient and friendly the staff was. During my mixup the estimator Monique noticed my brake light was out and asked her technician if he could fix my light. The technician was super nice and fixed my light out of courtesy. If they take of customers ,who made a mistake in assuming they were a different type of facility,I can only imagine the great care they give their actual customers. I know if I ever get into an accident or my vehicle gets any type of damage I will definitely return to Crest Collision Center and get it handled with them.

Crest Collision Center has been around for a long time, for good reason.... they do quality work. They are equipted with a state-of-the-art facility and they know collision repair. They don't cut corners and you can be assured that your vehicle will be done right. In addition, they are friendly, knowledgeable and keep you informed of the progress.

Monique was so helpful! She called every time something changed for my car date completion. She also stayed after closing time on a Friday for me to pick up my car so I didn't have to wait to get the car on Monday.
