Representatives were very polite and respectful. They were also very honest and didn't charge me for diagnostic testing. Turned out that there was nothing electrically wrong with my car, it was a battery issue. Again, I was very grateful for their honesty and I didn't need to pay anything after all.

Angels Auto ElectricThis is my first review ever. Ricardo at Angel s Auto Electric took great care of me that I just had to share with everyone.I brought my 2003 Chevy Tahoe to Ricardo at Angels Auto Electric. It had an intermittent electrical problem. The engine would cut in and out. This was the reason the car was given to me as a gift in the first place. I talked with Ricardo and he took the time to hear what I tried to do to fix the problem as well as explained to him that the intermittent issue did not have a consistent pattern. He told me to bring it back the following week and drop it off for a couple of days so he can take a look at it and he explained that he would not charge me if he thought that it was something he could not handle. I dropped it off the following week and after three days of diagnosing and letting the car idle trying to catch the issue as it was happening the car would simply run fine. He called me and explained to me that the car showed no issues and all the computer analyzers he used to check for codes came back good. He said he could not fix it if it showed no signs of being faulty (After all the time he spent on it he said No Charge ). He was very sorry that he could not find the problem to fix. I insisted and begged him to keep the car for a few more days knowing that he had several other customers and he was out of room at his shop. I know that electrical work can cost a lot of time and money. After having it a few more days he was able to catch the issue as it was happening. He worked on it after hours and on the weekends when the shop is closed in order to work on it uninterrupted. After waiting a few more days on replacement parts he got it fixed and gave it back to me with the issue fixed. He said Guaranteed . Ricardo is a great guy with a great attitude. If you have electrical issues with your car or in need of general auto repair, give him a call. I will definitely use him again.I would like to also say that electrical diagnosing is one of, if not the hardest thing to master. Electrical troubleshooting takes tremendous patience, experience and the right tools. Ricardo and his team are very rare in the automotive industry. We all need a vehicle for our daily needs and when something breaks down or becomes an issue, ESPECIALLY ELECTRICAL, please understand that electrical problems WILL BRING YOUR WORLD TO A STAND STILL. Please plan accordingly. I have two cars so not having one for a few weeks was not an issue for me. I worked with Ricardo. The man is friendly beyond measure and is willing to listen to what you have to say! I took my car here for a problem with the shifter and he was able to fix it and guarantee his work with a 90 day warranty.If you're the type to complain about price, pass this shop up; you get what you pay for and here, your money won't be wasted, that's for sure. You're paying for quality work, good communication, good attitude and fast turnaround.

My car was shutting off randomly as I was driving, something about the ASD Relay. The guys checked out the car and worked tirelessly on the problem, even when several of the fixes that should have worked didn't, they never gave up. Got my car fixed and running good as new! Even had a small issue a few days after with the A/C not working right, which they took care of as well! 10/10 would recommend!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Great Job! A real Pleasure. 94 Grand Marquis lights flickered on and off. Replaced with after market light switch. Fully functional high/low beam; high beam signal; and automatic light sensor. Like new. Prices reasonable $$$.

I had an issue where my 09 Accord radio would randomly cut off & the engine cut off on me 2 times on the Freeway & I thought the issue was my alternator, but my check engine light would never be on when I had time to take it to a mechanic, I was refered to Angel by another mechanic who looked at my car. & he tested it & it wasn't giving him any errors & he told me to come back when the check engine light popped up again because he said it's a crap shoot to replace parts without getting a proper diagnosis & most other shops will just give a bs diagnosis to just make $$$ & he didn't charge me a penny & the awesome thing is it's been about 3 months since & I haven't had any issues w/ my car.I'm not 100% sure who was helping me, it might have been Angel but he was awesome & real cool & real honest w/ me because he could have easily sold me on an alternator change because I was 99% sure that was my issue!I'm happy that I have a mechanic close to home that I can trust :)

Took my wife's charger in for an electrical issue. My wifes new battery had died and was replaced by AAA. The new battery died as well. I took it to Angels and no problem was found. No charge fir the service. Turned out that AAA sold me 2 bad batteries!!

I've been going here ever since I had a car and my entire family has done the same. He's trustworthy and I've always felt his prices are better than others as well.

Called for alternator work and the guy said we close in 30 min it was 3:11 pm they don t close till 4pm ! Wow I m impressed by the lack of effort that company must be rich they way they turn down work! # don t go here! Bad people service!
