Took my car in for a diagnostic. They charged me double the price just to be sure what they were telling was accurate. they said they had to take apart more of the components to look inside. Come to find out nothing was taken a part and I got back a melted up engine cover. This review is strictly based off the first impression, as I decided I did not want them working on my car. The labor they quoted me was high, just for a few hours of work.

Accent bmw specialist Johnny and his team did a excellent job on my vehicle I am well pleased I called last minute needing full brake service. He explained if I brought it right in he would have it back same I appreciate his speedy and quality service they are my new service professionals. I am forever grateful. I loved the honesty and the great customer service and I wasn t hustler into fixing my car when it didn t need fixing. They went straight to the problem and fixed it and gave me a price that was at least 60% cheaper then the bmw dealership.

Oh words cannot express how I feel about my mechanic Johnny Prado and his team. When I say trustworthy sprinkled with a whole lot of INTEGRITY I MEAN IT. I've been cheated so many times by BMW mechanics I'm talking about the dealerships and independent shops. So much money spent for unnecessary parts and labor ! But God sent me a mechanic angel yes I said it! Angel! That's my Johnny I never feel like a customer I always feel like family when I walk through the door. The warm welcome I get from the receptionists his daughter and niece!! Go see what I'm talking about! The name is Specialist for a reason...and tell him Taunya Green sent you!!

I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Johnny's service, I originally had plans to tow my car in to the BMW dealership, however when I called them requesting a tow, however they didn't offer that (really? For the price we pay you can't at least offer a tow). I decided calling around and found Johnny down the street from the dealer and he had great reviews so I called and guess what? Johnny stated they do offer a tow service. His shop was clean, and it was obvious he was getting folks in and out. I just picked my car up today and it runs perfectly now, and not only that, Johnny stated he stands by his work and gave me a two year warranty and guarantee on his work.

Johnny is hands down one of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my BMW for an inspection and a few fixes at Accent BMW last week.Not only he did an outstanding job, but also went the extra mile just to help me out. He's really passionate about bimmers and he always has the customer's best interest at heart.Take your car there and I promise you that you will leave satisfied every single time.

I ve taking my 535 BMW to this place for the last 2yrs. Great service at a very reasonable price. The owner typically works on the cars and he seems to be very passionate about BMWs. I would definitely recommend this place, it has saved me money and time by getting my car service here.

There very money hungry even tho i had a warranty with a 90 dollar deductible they were still trying to add more money to the price had me come up there 3 different times doubled the price to put in light bulbs then when i confonted him about it told me to take it to the dealer wich i did issue fixed with free rental wants to charge 100 dollars n hr to troubleshoot a problem please do not go here horrible service and will try and scam you

Although the original owner is no longer there the new owner work with him for many years and knows exactly what he's doing with your BMW and the pricing is a lot better than the BMW dealer down the street

I was charged $1,000 for a repair and the issue persisted the day after I picked my car back up, they repaired the wrong issue while overlooking the main car issue. Be careful.
