Buyer beware! I came here for a timing chain replacement on my Mercedes C250. They charged me the same price that the dealership quoted me but after they replaced the chain, my car repeatedly exhibited engine issues including rough idle and slow acceleration. In addition, my car got a parking ticket while it was at their shop, but they did not admit to the ticket until after I received in ticket in the mail weeks later and I confronted them about it. I brought the car back repeatedly for them to fix their work, but they weren't able to solve the problem and the check engine light kept coming back on. Ultimately I had to take my car to the dealership anyway, and the dealership ended up charging me only 2/3rds of the price they originally quoted me, so I should have used the dealership all along!I would not recommend ABM for any complex engine repairs. Flavio is a nice guy, but he is not capable of complex repairs.

I have had great service both times I have been. The price is reasonable and using brand items. I dont mind the driveway. But if that is what is stopping you, you can park on the street behind and walk around.The car has not been dirtier/ messier than how I left it

This shop is amazing. Fernando the owner is very thorough and honest. He took his time diagnosing my Range Rover and got direct to the problem. He took photos of every step of the repair process. He showed pictures from removing my old transmission and parts all the way to putting in my new parts. He is a great communicator and will work overtime to meet the customers needs. If you want a solid, quality job done to your vehicle, go to ABM!

I have taken my car twice to ABM and John and his crew have done a great job. They keep the old parts so I could take a look at them and cleaned the engine top so it looked great. They even took pictures of the work in progress to show me what had to be done. I recommend ABM to my friends.

I have been to ABM Auto repair twice for my 2012 Audi A4 to be serviced/ repaired. The first time I came to ABM Flavio replaced my engine mounts. Recently I had the water pump replaced by Flavio and both times I have left satisfied knowing that my car was properly serviced. Flavio and Jose know what they are doing they tell you upfront what needs to be done and how much it'll cost. Great job! I showed up there, they checked my car immediately and explained issue to me. Everything was very trustworthy. They fixed it fast and also took care of minor issues, i.e. changed light bulbs. Pricing was good as well, totally reasonable. Thank you guys!

If you're looking for an excellent mechanic and reasonable prices, look no further. Since buying my used 2001 Audi TT, I've had problems and buyer's remorse until I found Fernando at ABM. He accurately diagnosed the issues and repaired the car such that I intend to keep my car for as long as it'll last, and I can honestly say that I truly enjoy driving it now. It performs and drives 10x over and I never knew prior to ABM's work the potential that the car had. I highly recommend ABM; Fernando is meticulous, he truly cares about his work and his passion for auto mechanics shows in the final outcome.

Blew the wngine of my 2006 Audi a3, they diangosed my car in two hours and sugested I get a new one. Had the new engine for 8,000 miles and it runs how it should. Got a great deal on the work

I'm updating my review. This place has been very patient, understanding, of the service needs for my car. Flavio was very accommodating to me after I began to get frustrated with my initial service. My car is running very nice so far.

My CEL light was on and was reading turbo over boost on my 2004 Audi A4 1.8t. I specifically told the shop owner to check the vacuum line to the waste gate actuator to the solenoid cause I think a hose broke under boost. Left the car for a couple of hours as he diagnosed the problem.He responded and told me that I have a bad diverter valve and it needed replacing. I said go ahead and replace it. Charged me $215 with parts and labor.Drove the car and the CEL came back on so I was back to square one. He told me to come back the next day then changed his mind and told me to come back on Thursday. I took a day off to get the car fixed and nothing got fixed.Decided to take a look at my myself and I found the problem which was a broken hose from the wastegate to solenoid.It was such a simple fix and I told the guy to check the hoses and apparently he didnt check it.This place gets a 1 star and a bad review from me cause they failed to simply do a visual inspection.Atleast I have a new diverter valve LOL.

I have an AUDI A6 and it have a decent mileage on and the warranty is not current anymore, well, I an glad that I found ABM at Lawndale, they recommend me the Maintenance Services required under the factory and give me a good deal. If you have an AUDI and you live close to Redondo Beach this is your place to bring your euro car.

I drove my car to this place since saw the good reviews here and it was also close to my job at Redondo Beach, it was a over heating problem in my Land Rover 2003, they checked everything, at the end it was the water pump, my car was repair in a few days and the price was reasonable.Just for you to know this shop is now at Lawndale in Hawthorne Blvd and Redondo Beach Blvd. Recommended!

Very good service above all the honesty was most important it's hard to find a honest mechanic but abm did top quality work for a great price a different place quoted 1000$ but abm did it for 300$ I will be back

today i went in to ABM to service my car, got an oil change they also replaced my front axxles they did an amazing job a few hours later i drove off with my car felt like i was driving a new car. thanks to Jonathan.

I found this shop in the corner of Hawthorne Blvd and Redondo Beach Blvd, my Land Rover over heat and I was just driving by, so i'd decide to ask them what was happening to my car, they gently check everything and fortunately it was nothing serious, they give some recommendations for the future like bring my Land Rover regularly for an inspection and Maintenance, and that is exactly what I will do.

Hi, I have been customer of ABM for a little more than two years, since I call the very first time, they give me the right answers to my questions about what it was wrong with my AUDI A4, I was so scare about the cost of the repair, the technician give me choices and an estimate, the car was repair in a good timing and since that day I bring my Audi to them for a regular maintenance, good price and service close to my place at Redondo Beach too!
