Called O Reilly to check if they had a battery and they did. I walked in purchased my battery and was out in no more than 8 minutes. Customer service was great. Fast, friendly quick check out..husband's been there a couple of times and always has a great customer service experience as well. Thank you O'Reilly..

On 09/24/23, I went in to the lathrop store hopping to get my car remote battery replaced, I came in with my car registration so they could look it up. The associate gave me such a bad attitude with a rude remark why bring in my registration instead he needed to see the battery out of my remote i told him if he could help me with that since i didnt know how, he straight out said no and that they where too busy I told him i understood and that i wanted him to just look it up with my cars info and for him to hand me the battery that i would buy it and install it back home his responded, "I have no time for this". This time i just walked out very dissapointed at the customer service i got at this lathrop location. Orilleys need to retrain their associates on customer service.

Picked up supplies for an oil change for my ranfla. Gentleman at the counter verified the oil filter was correct and I was on my way. Good service and very friendly.

I had my truck parked outside the store and one of my hose was leaking and as a women I don t know much about it so I asked the employee if they could see the hose and tell me which hose was leaking so I can purchase a new one and she said that she couldn t go outside that they don t do that. At that same time another customer came in and he needed help with his spark plugs and another employee went outside and checked which ones he needed. (This other employee looked nicer and not lazy at all ) So I told them I thought you guys don t go outside?? And she didn t respond and just stared, at that point I was mad and just walked out. If you don t like your job get a new one. That same day I went to the one in manteca and they went outside and checked my truck and helped me with the parts I needed. I told them what happened to me on the lathrop store and they said that they lied to me that they do go outside.

Things have changed. I wish it would be easier for short or disabled people to get a motor oil. They are too high to reach. But otherwise good. They have on the window that they can help you with installing certain items on your car. They say they can't. Even though its on the window.

I went it to get a new air filter for my car after receiving the wrong one in a online order. As I was asking a question to the employee known as Gary. The older gentleman starts getting impatient. He begins to get a little more hostile and starts giving me little smart remarks. Making a scene in the store with other employees and customers near by. Saying things like somebody come get this guy! Someone deal with this guy! I m sorry but that s probably the last time I m going to an oreillys. I don t want to get treated like this and belittled. For asking a simple question. You re a front desk parts associate Gary. It s a customer service type of job. Not a UFC match. Don t try to fight the customers.

The associate that assisted me was named Thomas. Rude and unprofessional. If you are unhappy and hate your job as much as it seems you do maybe you should look for another place of employment. People skills keep the customers coming back to help keep the company open and help pay a portion of your payroll check. One to grow on dude.

I never got the name of the lady who helped me but she was the best.! While I was out I had accidentally ran over a can of spray paint and needed a product to get it off. The woman who helped me recommended me some great products and they really helped.! Thank you so much again, the spray paint came right off.!

Maria (manager) won t do immediately family purchases which complies to company policies. Gets difficult over the phone and gives up on team members and completing a transaction. The family member was there to pay for the parts themselves, was not trying to do a over the phone payment because that goes against store policy

These guys went above and beyond for me. Kept the store open 5 minutes later than close because I had an emergency radiator swap-out, then when I left the rubber feet attached to the old radiator, they got them for me - saved my bacon! Ever since then, I try to buy most of my parts from them! Great job, guys!

O'Reilly's is always solid. Usualy have what I need at a decent price. This last time was for all 4 brakes and 2 brake caliper mounting bolts.

Had problems with brake lights being lose in socket. They ordered multiple brands to try and helped until they found the one that fit perfect. Only charged me for the one I kept. Great customer service!!!

Called to order part. Said I needed to come in and pay. Ok... I get there and PC has no idea what I'm talking about. Spent 15m looking for part that I just called about 10m ago. PC use to be so much better, faster and knowledgeable. Now they just hire anyone!

Walked in to find a replacement batteries for our Alpine 750i and S550 car keys. The sales reps had no idea how to open up the clickers to figure out the batteries it took. Left without purchase. Have to Google it, I guess, or go to the dealers

Sales are reasonable and the sales clerk are knowledgeable. They attend to you as quick as they can and go out of their way to assist your automotive needs. They are also well stock!

When Sam Hern came in looking for parts for his 93 civic with a V4 then try and talk down to me I move on to the next person I don t get paid enough to deal with that kind of stupidity and ignorance

For exception of maybe twice i get what i need with out having to travel back, witch sucks when mid way on a job. I hate having to get in my car greasy always means another task when im done. Keep up with the great work!!

So yesterday was a horrible morning I paid somone 20 bucks to jump start my car cause no one was helping me when my car died and they couldn't get started so left with my 20 and me still stranded. Then a old guy stopped didnt have jumper cables but said O'Reilly's was up the street and they would probably have a jumper I could borrow. So I walked there and sure enough they did and the amazing lady that works there was told she could walk with me to help she carried that jumper all the way to my car I asked if I could help and she said nope I got it. Her kindness was amazing we need morning caring people like me and her. She definitely went above and beyond and I appreciate her 100% Debbie ty so very much for your kindness

Just spent 30 minutes standing in line waiting for an employee to be done socializing with a customer only for another employee to tell the first to go to lunch when he was done then disappear into the back without helping anyone in line. Terrible service, and AutoZone is cheaper anyway.
