Worst place ever did not do the job that I asked and when told about it I had to pay again for the same problem as before they said they fixed it but a week late the same thing now they want me to pay again so then can figure it out I will not go back and all be careful with these crooks. I went back you gave your word it be fixed and same problem you guys are crooks

Sam and Vito are amazing.. these guys go above and beyond to make sure your service is good.. never had a issue once my go to shop

Went in with an older civic because my car was having idle issues. I tried troubleshooting the problem myself and could not find what the problem was. There was some confusion when discussing pricing and if their initial fee is applied to the cost of the repair. They were all generally nice, and when they discovered the problem I asked if they could have the mechanic explain to me what I essentially couldn't find myself. They were very polite about it and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Can't say I truly understand how pricing works there but what I can say is that it was very worth it for the work and troubleshooting they did. Overall a positive experience.Update: After their repair my cars stereo system started having issues. I believe it was due to them cutting the battery to run one of the test. I called back to ask if they had done touched the electrical system at all and they were immediately dismissive. I could be wrong that their work influenced the system but I felt slighted a bit that they were that dismissive off the bat. Still did a good job on my car though

Great group of guys. They are an authorized installer of Jasper Engines and Transmissions. Offering the 3 year/100,000 miles nationwide transferable warranty. They are experts at replacing transmissions. See them for your general or classic car needs.

I took my vehicle here for a diagnostic for the noise i was hearing near my tire. I was told the noise I was hearing was the tire. I was instructed to go to the nearest tire shop for new tires. Tires do not and have never made a grinding metal sound. So, I decided to take my vehicle to a dealership for diagnostic. There, a technician got in the car with me for a test drive to hear the noise themselves. What was found was that the rotor needed to be changed. Not the tire. $70 down the drain and to think I was going to bring my car here for a wheel alignment. I think not. Thanks for nothing.

Had a heater hose on my 2010 Dodge Charger break on me . Wasn t sure where to take my car so I read some reviews and decided to try Wayne and Dave s . So glad I did . Not only did they replace and repair my heater hoses the same day , they installed good quality hose assemblies . They could ve just put in the same cheap plastic assemblies , but they installed a good , stronger metal one instead. Just wanted to say thank you . As a customer I appreciate quality work . We will definitely be taking our vehicles back for any future needs . They did quite a bit of work on my truck so far less than a week seems to be good, if i could suggest an area where they could improve it would have to be, asking the customer what's wrong, if I knew what was wrong I wouldn't need to bring it to a mechanic. This being said I was asked probably 10 times what was wrong & finally I had to say if I knew that I wouldn't be here. 1 other issue I had was after leaving it for 4 days & spending nearly $2000 I had an issue the same day I picked it up, had to call the next day & Vito had no clue who I was after telling him I was just there, the color & make of my vehicle, my name, still none of this was enough to help him remember, which made me feel pretty unimportant & like I was only a paycheck.

Cost was a little more than I had hoped for. Needed more parts than I expected. Not their fault. That said, my car got fixed. Smog certifications and is running the best it's run in 2 and a half years that I've owned her. Would give 6 stars if available. Same day service for my oil change.

Get ready for a customer service experience that will change your outlook on vehicle maintenance and auto repair. Wayne, Dave, Tom, Chris and Ryan are exceptional, trustworthy, and honorable people!Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. It always gives me a bit of hope when a business actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support. I can't begin to explain in words how impressed I am with the service I've always received from Wayne and Dave's Automotive. The folks that work there are not only the nicest guys around town, they know vehicles inside and out -- truly professional!Honestly, taking a vehicle in for repair is not exactly something the average driver looks forward to. That's mostly due to the "unknown" factor (e.g., How much is it going to cost? How long will it take?) and it can be quite stressful to say the least. Every business says that their customers are their #1 priority, but many stories show the opposite. However, the people at Wayne and Dave's are ready, willing, and able to go the extra mile for each and every one of their customers. As Benjamin Franklin would put it: "Well done is better than well said."I must say, that after the unbelievably positive experience I had by taking my truck to Wayne and Dave's, I actually look forward to my next visit!Thank you!

I have been going to Wayne and Dave's for the last ten years. They have always helped me on repairs with my classic cars. I do not trust many shops, but these guys are stand up dudes and honest.I would recommend this shop to anyone. Chris the service writer knows his stuff. Its always a pleasure to deal with him!

My husband an I went to Wayne an Daves because of the good reviews but my experience with them was horrible. I went to have my jeep sunroof repaired an they had my vehicle for over 1 month. They were not able to fix sunroof,which okay,since it was an aftermarket sunroof. But they hardly never called us to keep us up to date on my vehicle, I always had to call them. They returned my car with the interior dirty with grease finger prints.When I finally got my car back my dome light was missing,which I had to go back for them to reinstall me a new one. My compass on my vehicle was working when I dropped it off came back not working which I had to make another appointment for that. I feel that if they kept us up to date with our vehicles we would have had a more better experience. An if I didn't have to back to get things re-fixed. They did fix the things that needed to be tho,which I do appreciate. But it was very difficult to not have my one an only good vehicle in the shop for over a month. I personally will never go back to them or recommend them.

These guys are awesome. They could not assist me because my vehicle was way too large but they pointed me in the right direction and made sure all my tires were safe to go. I spoke with their guys everybody seemed knowledgeable and their shop was clean I will take my other cars there for sure

they are really good each time i was always so stressed about how long i would be without my car and to my surprise they had my car ready for me the same day, prices are reasonable ( you get what you pay for ) very cool people..

Vito was very professional. I took my car for one of those AAA road trip ready services and even though his mechanic just did the oil change, my car was washed and Vito gave me a free oil change and will do the rest of the AAA inspection next time. My alternator went out this morning. Wayne and Dave's is my new favorite repair shop. No up sales, understanding and fast n friendly. I will be recommending them to all family and friends in need of automotive repairs. AAA approved with discounts. I had a great experience with this auto mechanic shop. They are very helpful, customer service oriented and good people to deal with. Their prices are reasonable and they don't sell things you don't need!I will be taking my cars to them.

The staff is very nice...however... our car is going in for the THIRD time to fix an issue that we suspected (and relayed to them) before we took it in the first time. This is especially concerning because it deals with the brakes. Twice now they have completely failed - very frightening experience! They did send a tow truck for the car after the most recent failure so we didn't have to put ourselves at risk again, but it was scary!I believe it will be fixed now, but it is a bit frustrating to have to pay labor costs again for the original problem.

Been bringing my vehicles in for repair here since 1996; 2 Subaru's, Honda Civic, Ford F250 and even my 1986 Executive Diplomat motor home and they have always been fair and honest with the price and work performed. I recently moved back to the AV after being gone for 15 years and will now be bringing in my Tundra to have serviced before I go back to Nevada for good. It's darn hard to find better mechanics than Wayne & Dave's.

I been there a few times and If Chris is the service manger Run fast especially if you are a woman. Chris will charge you for things you don't need and make up stuff just to make money off you. I will never go bank again. I had to have my husband call him with all the bull he was telling me and his tune change especially when my husband who knows quite a bit, corrected Chris about the false things he was telling me. It's not the first time Chris did this but it's the last time. If you get a very tall stocky guy he is legit and tries to help you out. He may be an owner but avoid the short guy Chris. The mechanic work is good, no complaints with the work. I just hate people who choose to take advantage of women so I would stay away from Wayne and Dave as long as a Chris works there.

Couldn't even do a quick alignment and Naw it doesn't take 2 hours for an alignment I have been in the automotive industry for 14 years.

Every time I have taken my car in to Wayne and Dave's,I've been so pleased. They fix anything! Even take you home and pick up!!;great place.they found a Mistake someone else did.

Took my son's car here....very poor customer service...never kept us updated....had to keep calling back for updates and they just could not return calls.....and to our dismay personal items stolen from the vehicle. They did fix another problem they found on the car for free to make up for the stolen items and for keeping the car way longer than originally stated....and paid for a rental. Managers were nice once informed of the problem...but still you want to trust ur mechanic....will not go again due to the items missing in car...they lost a potentially loyal customer....its a shame as their prices are decent.

This place is a scam , ripped 4000 out of me and a lot from my daughter, they said would fix alr conditioner in my truck and several other things supposedly, when I bought it I took it to them to inspect so not to put a lot of money, I didn't have. So the first thing after I had no choice to pay for a lot I didn't even say to fix ! So drove it for a minute and put air on and only got air blew out. Took it back and said it leaked out, said I needed to pay 250 more for Refeel, so my daughter paid. So dtve it one day no air again. They didn't fix the leak, only filled it after they put new one in. And power door locks don't work and so much more! So in other words they should of told me it wasn't worth putting money in it. Sell and let a person who knows how to fix all the stuff that needed done! And my daughter has no air ether and they paid a lot to. Also did tuneup and after looked at oil was black so checked air filter was dirty. So much more. But hope this helped some people who don't want to go in debt to somewhere else!!!! One other thing I told him the reason to have it inspected was I am on a ss and 65 years old and will not need to put a lot of money on a credit card. I wouldn't have any left for food. So such a scam artist. Also spread the word and help your friends and family. Merry christmas and sorry it was so long.

I trust these people. What you see is what you get. I don't like the policy that you gotta pay like 90 bucks for each engine code they diagnose even if you don't want anything done about it.(my reply) I enjoyed the clarity of the work done, but the invoice was confusing and it seemed that I was charged that 94 dollar fee for each code that I had.

Brought my truck in because the "Service Brakes" idiot light came on.These guys inspected them and found them to be in spec. They found the reason for the alert was a bad hub bearing and replaced it in about an hour. I will use Wayne and Dave's again. Nice clean shop!

Wayne and Dave's is one of the best repair shops in our town. I crashed my car, thought it was completely done.. with the help of Wayne and Dave's I drive my car. I also get routine maintenance there great place to go.

Brought in my 65 vette for engine overhaul.. very difficult to work On with alot of mismatched parts on original engine.. it was a long process but it got done.. thanks to Chris and mechanic for going above and beyond to make it right. You don t find this kind of professionalism and customer service nowadays. Would give them 10 stars .. highly recommend for all ur auto needs!Sam Vaiana
