I called to see if he could order a simple part for my Jetta and he was very rude when saying "No" he could have just simply said "I'm sorry I can't order it because we don't work on Jettas anymore."

Nice enough to me but would constantly yell at his employees. He knows Mercedes but has multiple cars that have been there over a year the employees tell me. There's one car that has been sitting in the sun for over 3 years, it's going to need new paint by the time he decides to fix it.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Sal has had a customers car for over 3 years and has refused to work on it and when he went on vacation this last weekend the owner who was very upset came by looking for him and was very agitated and not happy w us at all
