Super friendly and helpful staff. Been a happy customer since they were on sierra highway(15+ years). The service department has never let me down and every bike I have bought has turned out great. Bonnie and Tony are strangers to me but always treated me well and sad to read some of the reviews here with no good explanation.

Went in, spoke to Tony, on a Saturday evening we made a verbal agreement for a side by side, I went and got financing came back to let Tony know ow that we where good to move forward , when he tells me, oh.. we sold it already!!This is Very Poor Customer service, but then if you have been to riders choice you will see how they treat you like you and your money is no good. I will drive down below just so I won't be treated like this.I will never go back!!!This is on you Tony P!

I bought a dirt bike from them and it was good for the first few weeks then it turned to trash now it has nothing but problems and things just keep falling off of it no matter how I put it back on the carb has problems and it sounds like garbage i payed way to much for this to be happening. After I bought the bike my friends told me to never do business with them because the are way over price and there bikes are trash next time I'll go to a better shop! P.S. All of this is true everything I said!! They just can't handle the fact that there a bad shop

It s a large shop with a lot of stuff, some of the staff are helpful but some are super short in there response and it comes off kinda rude was thinking of buying a bike but the guy I spoke with didn t seem like he wanted to answer any questions

Friendly staff, knowledgeable service techs, lots of options for apparel and accessories. It's a true 1 stop shop for all motorcycle needs. Plenty of bikes for sale from small dirt bikes to large cruisers and everything in between. Prices were competitive and better than most, with a better turn around time for service.Thanks for doing an excellent and extra fast service on my forks.

Dear Riders Choice;Do you remember selling cars that were salvaged or wrecked titles?3 years ago Oct 5th at around 4:30 pm my son James died in a car you sold him with failing brakes. I wonder Tony and Bonny do you remember?I shall remind you. He received around 11 thousand dollars at the beginning of covid from the state like so many did.He bought a cheap guitar an inexpensive Amp, and you managed wrangle the rest of his money for a junk motorcycle that he couldn't keep running that had blown front forks dangerous worn out tires.He kept bringing to you and it just seemed to need more work according to you.Although you are not a car dealer to my knowledge you took the balance of his money for a ford Focus Tony. The brakes and steering were dangerous and you knew this when you bought it as a salvage title. Yet you filled out a transfer of title and collected registration fees from James didn't you? Just like a car dealership.The proof is this: your wife Bonnie bought the car new. When it was time you sold it. It was totaled in an accident. You were notified and bought it back from the impound yard.Without any repairs done to the brakes or steering you sold this wreck to my son who intended to purpose it to his girlfriend who had 3 children, along with my sons unborn child..she complained the car had trouble stopping.So my son James picked up the car and brought it to you remember Tony? What was it you said to him?Oh yes it was up to him to repair the brakes. He didn't know the first thing about brakes. You sent him to Bob howel but they wanted 100 dollars to just inspect the brakes. He didn't have the money after giving you thousands for a worn out motorcycle and Bonnie's junk salvaged Focus.3 years ago on sierra hyway while on his way to put the new brakes on the car you put him in he was unable to stop at all. The brakes failed completley and your car plowed into a light pole on sierra hyway and ave L.My son was killed instantly.The pole came through front of that car and hit James in the face splitting his skull severing his brain stem,Crushing his chest. And cutting off his left lower leg.It pushed James drivers seat onto the back seat of your salvaged wreck and puncturedThe gas tank. The car with a full tank of gas burst into flames and my dead sons crushed body was burned beyond recognition.It took the coroner's office 4 months to identify james body and to release James body to me. He had to be cremated.When I see your smug excuses that you give customers like a church sermon here it reminds me of the many times James came to you for help... each time you turned him away.Finally he wouldn't ask anymore. Not after oct. 5th because he died in Bonnie s salvaged ford Focus.This car crash is available on YouTube October 5th 2020.Anyone can see it. The cars in flames and my son James body still inside pinned in the wreckage.The car is still in your wife's name. He couldn't get it registered without passing a light, glass, and brake inspection. Like so many others Tony and Bonnie you just turned your ban on my son.I still have the paperwork from you. Oh And I still have the car.Today Tony I think of you every year on this day, Oct. 4th and tomorrow as always I take flowers and place the on my son's grave.James Farren August 14 1985Died October 5th 2020 .You are missed my sonDad.

Hard to find good local shops. Been coming in here for years. Always great service and if you ever get the chance to go in you ll most likely get stuck talking with a gentleman named Paul. Great guy always super friendly with me and my child. Super friendly family orientated environment with reasonable prices. For sure the shop to hit for all your off-road needs in the AV.

I booked a film shoot with competing local company, who passively neglected our schedule. I scrambled for a new professional racing team and Rider's Choice came to my rescue in under 24 hours. We had two bikes on set doing tricks. A second shoot a week later. I am so thankful to Rider's Choice, huge thanks to Dustin, Dillon, and Conley. You guys saved me on this job.

No tires in stock and won't work on anything old. ...Guess what the new stuff works good already. Guess time to find a new shop. No advice offered no troubleshooting questions to see if I even needed a carburetor cleaning. Just we wont-work on it and you're on your own. Not a great way to do business?

I purchased a 2016 Yamaha FJ09 from here, the motorcycle looked clean and well taken care of. The purchase was simple enough and didn't take too long. Every single employee at this establishment was extremely helpful. After my purchase I rode the bike about 8 miles to costco. I noticed that there was a lot of oil leaking out of the bike and called the shop, they told me to bring it back. I brought the bike back and the mechanic said that it was probably the head gasket, I asked the owner of the shop what would happen next and he offered me a full refund, or that they would fix it for free. I went ahead and chose for them to repair the bike. After the repair the bike has been running great. However about a month later the ignition on it was blowing out the main fuse and eventually ended up catching on fire and I had to replace the entire ignition switch which was pretty tough, I dont know if it is possible to know about something like that before a sale though.... I also found a patch in the tire which was a bit of a disappointment, but nobody is perfect. I also purchased a jacket here and its been awesome. And they offer a military discount for gear! Very uncommon in california.

Definitely some laid back people but I had a very sketchy experience here. Brought in my sxs that needed repair and they told me it would be 1k to repair it I found that reasonable so when we got to talking I told them about the awesome deal I got on the sxs and thats when the employee said wow that s a great deal etc etc. So the repair will be 1700 as soon as I heard this I began to question their honesty and decided to bring it home with me because this seemed like a sketchy move from their part, how the price of said job went up by $700 after I told them I got a good deal on the sxs.

I brought my motorcycle suzuki 2014 to this place because this got overheat, this person Tony is a really bad person not maners and do not know how to treat costumers he was not able to fix my motorcycle no even 1 or 2 but 3 times, my motorcycle still broken and when I ask for him to take responsibility no even answer or talk to me just send someone to tell me no going to take responsabilty. He said that happens because my motorcycle is old and I don't know anything about motorcycles and he have 28 years of experience, but honestly this person is not even respectful person, just take my money and didn't do anything. My motorcycle still broke. Take care, Don't do business with this person or you will suffer and be disappointed after he take your money too!!

Went there to buy a new chain and have it installed. But to my surprise, I was told my chain was in great condition, no need to spend $200to have it replaced, Wow, I would recommend Riders Choice to all looking for repairs or accessories. Honest local family business.

Got tires here. Great service and prices. Had been calling around and ended up here, and with a much better deal since my tires were too big and unavailable elsewhere. While waiting I looked around; lots of merchandise available.

I had purchased new tires, rode 8 miles to my house and parked. I took the bike out maybe 60 days later and the rear tire was flat. Asked them to look at it to see why. They told me anyone could say they didn't ride it. They took my mileage down but I wanted to see if it was the bead not set or the valve stem possibly, they said no, but they got my 700 dollars from me.

Yesi recently had a oil change and new exhaust and carburator done to my yamaha and I have to say this shop did a very lousy job when I did the oil change it began leaking the next day took it back and they said the bolt wasn't tight then had had carburator rebuilt and exhaust done and it smells bad and my rom would go higher then 10rpm I took it back and this guy tiny said he would have to charge 80 an hour they want to charge me for something they didn't do right in the first place. So I have decided to contact a lawyer and to see what needs to be done. I don't recommend anyone to this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

This place is Great, really great people, I ve recently gotten back into dirtbike riding with my Wife & Sons, this place has been a huge help, their inventory is the best in the AV, but best of all is their staff, they are all very knowledgeable & have answered all of my questions right off the top of their heads regarding parts and accessories, the maintenance shop are has been Extremely helpful with all of my parts and repairs needs and again more questions!! They treat you like a normal person even if you are just learning and getting into the sport. If they don t have something in stock (they usually do but) they order usually within a day or two. I d Highly recommend them. Nice, capable & knowledgeable!! I ll be returning....a lot!! Thanks guys & gals!

My step dad bought a helmet there and left mines there they said they would hold it for him went to go pick it up was told they threw it out my a** who throws away an Arai helmet employees were all sketchy like if they had it or knew where it was at owner or Manager was no help SMH last time I go here for parts or anything

Went to pick up A tire they said the had in stock witch they didn't have when i went there to get my fault went 2 days after i called them but Was told my tire would be in the next day if I want to order it so i did and paid for it and it i got it 8 or 9 days later not the tire I wanted but I said what ever to get me a tire faster not sure what happened they were nice when fixing the situation but at the same time still had to pay to put my tire on 25 bucks witch is normal but you would think after having to wait so long and me being patient and nice back you think they would of just put it on for me its the little things that keep good customers to keep returning and I told them its my bike only running transportation at the time so I could of ordered one my self and took it on to get put on faster
