Great customer service! I called and Saul was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 30 minutes before closing time and they still were able to diagnose and fix my issue! Thank you to Saul and Joe for staying late to get me back on the road!

My opinion. Poor quality work. Dangerous even. I'm not sure how many chances you should take with auto repairs before you go to a quality professional. Let's just focus on my alignment. Two attempts and still not correct. When I brought the documents from the dealership (where the work was done properly the first time) back to not so premiere auto, the I guess, "manager" did not even look at the results page from Toyota. He compared HIS final numbers to the numbers Toyota showed as incorrect and did not even look at the actual results of my final alignment to specification, on page two, which showed their work was not done properly... 2 times. His review of the factual report from Toyota itself was as thorough as the work done on my car at Premiere. Let's not get into the fact they they lost my wheel lock specific to my wheels and initially did not want to take responsibility but, ultimately had to because, well, they DID lose it but... first, Joe had had to deny it wasn't returned. Argue and upset me before just doing the right thing. Errors happen. fix it and move on. I admit that I lost my temper and called them thieves and bad mechanics, after the behavior of the employee that I had to endure yet again. Not a proud moment. It's not even about the money. It's about work not done properly and even worse, gaslighting when you're clearly wrong. This is not a cheeseburger without the cheese. It's a vehicle. Wrong is wrong. ....and if you see Joe, prepare to hear a whole lot of talking and expect no courtesy...and I can't figure out how to add a picture of results from both reports. I apologize.

I have been going to Premiere Auto since it was first Far West.I liked Far West, but am equally if not more happy with Premiere Automotive. They are friendly, welcoming, and have always been open and honest with me regarding the repairs needed for my vehicle. Recently, I was way past due for an oil change, so I took it to a place near my work for convenience. I did get my oil change, but I also got the report that I needed new brakes, my spark plugs were burnt, and a list of other things all adding up to over $1000.I decided to bring my car to Joe & Saul at Premiere auto, and they were honest and broke it down to what was really needed on my car. Some things the other guy said were in need of attention, but not some things (like my burnt spark plugs were in perfect condition!).Bottom line, I walked out with a repaired vehicle at half of what the other guy quoted me.Like I said, they are honest and not trying to rip me off to make a profit.I give them a 5+ star rating, and 10 thumbs up!

Well it used to be a great shop when it was Farwest Automotive. Now you take your car there for one thing they'll find 10 more.... If you don't know about cars don't go there! If you do know cars , don't go there... truss me they'll always find a way to say your coolant resevior or something else to add on. Smh you'll pay 140.00 for a diag.. and the diagnostic paper won't have what's wrong with your vehicle.

Worked me in short notice without an appointment for brake work on a Tundra. Joe runs a great shop, always on top of what s going on with your vehicle. Tony is an awesome tech, really worked his magic on a truck with 170K miles, it drives great again! Transparent through the whole process, these guys will take care of you and fix your vehicle the right way!

Joe really knows his thing about cars. He is thorough, and takes pride in his craft and customers. Very nice to work with and gives great advice on how to take care of your car. Would easily rate this the top auto shop for pricing and quality of work in the AV area.

RUNAWAY from this place! I took my small car for a tune up, they charged over $600. It was pricey but I didn t complain. A couple days later they said my car was ready. I picked up the car, and they didn t even change the engine oil. The guy says he didn t include the engine oil in the tune up invoice?!?! They apologized and promised to do it right, I left the car a few more days. When I returned they said everything was good and ready to go. Unfortunately the engine oil was just as dirty as before, the car had the same spark plugs and wire set. I didn t even bother to argue with them anymore. By far the most DISHONEST mechanic shop I ve ever dealt with.

Excellent shop friendly staff, the quality of the work performed here is outstanding never had any issues at and they are quick I usually receive a call that my car is ready within 2 hours of dropping it off no matter how busy they are, I would highly recommend this place to anyone

This place is Amazing! I unfortunately broke down on a Friday on my way home from work on the 14 fwy. I finally got my car home still not sure what happened. I know my car lost power, not wanting to really go but it was driving after I parked it for a hit in Acton. My boyfriend and I took it to Far West in Quartz hill and they guys really took the time to look at it and unfortunately it was my transmission that went out on Friday & it did it here on our test drive to check the engine light issues, so unfortunately we had to replace the transmission, They are reasonably priced and the best part I had my car back before a week hit! It's been 2 weeks now and my car is good! Absolutely nothing wrong with it, runs smoothly and have a bit more power. Thank you George and Team, you guys are Amazing!

I had a leak in my tire. I drove to Far West automotive and even though they were really busy, they were able to look at my tire right away. The last shop did a spotty patch job on my tire and that is why it was leaking. The guys here showed me the patch they use and explained why it will be a permanent fix. I appreciated the explanation! They fixed it immediately. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great service and fair prices! I definitely recommend.

I went into fix a tire that had a screw in it...others around town were telling me 3-4 hours wait! When I stopped in to see Far West, Sergio told me, "Oh, about 15 minutes..."! I was speechless. After talking with him for a little bit longer, I could really tell he had my best interests at heart. He (and his team) were truly awesome to deal with. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable. I will be going to him for everything I need. Thanks Sergio!

They installed a new distributor and fixed my AC for a reasonable price. The manager Sergio was very kind and knowledgeable as he offered my kids and I some cold water and explained to me what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. Super happy about my truck running like new again Thanks guys!

Loved Budget Tires, but now it s Far West Automotive with a new owner. Sergio was nice, but he s a good talker. The mechanics need to pay attention to the small details.....THAT S what makes great service. Lack of paying attention to small details is pure laziness.

Bought 4 new tires from here. They beat all competitions prices, installed quickly.Had a puncture a month after and they fixed it for free and offered free rotations of the tires. Great service. Best place in town

The owner and the employees are great. They took very good care of me. Even brought my car home to me because I didn t have a ride. Worked on both my cars on the same day. I will continue to go there and recommend them to family and friends.

Car repair is completed, the only part that irritated me was all the Grease left all over my car, a week to do my brakes, i learned if someone work for great guy, doesn't mean its the same work at a different shop, wouldn't have left my car with oil smears. Clean up when your done, cause I spent hours cleaning my car removing the dirty hands that left crease on my car. What is wrong with auto repair shops cleaning up the mess they left. I wonder what happened to my car, it doesn't take a week to do breaks, and notice something about my hoodUpdate: 12 of June 2022 after spending a $1000 on 4 brakes & 4 rotors, I told him no Chinese brakes cause they are too cheap, he charged $1000, & I call & tell him the problems im having after you worked on it, well bring it in & see if we did it. Your the only place it was taken to, he was rude 1 week my high performance car was at this places & charged way more then average price, well the pads fell off on 10th street, Maybe 9 months & started hearing the grinding sound. What a con job, you need to spend more money better quality that was a joke, plus the front L, tire the 2nd week I hear rattling. CBS AUTO RUN BY SCOTT, WAS THE BEST & DIDN'T TRY TO OVER PRICED YOU. Then this place, what a set back never trust a mechanic. When I told him I'm going contact BBB he became really nice, what a load of bs. Don't take high performance cars here. A little over 10 months & brake pads broke apart. Now it sits in a garage, thanks far w auto for your mickey mouse job on my car.

Bunch of hustlers. Taking advantage of people that don t know about cars. I Do not recommend this shop.When I came in to see what they ask why the work was being recommended, the guy started getting defensive, and shrugging his shoulders.Then it didn t matter what I asked he just kept saying it s your car, you can do what you want

So I came to this shop to get my rear brakes fixed they tried to charge me $600+ for a job that should've been only about $300 they made me uncomfortable because the guy just got off the phone with another customer and was laughing cause he got $1000+ off a simple job that even I could do with the basic tools at home then I hear they had charged another guy $300 for a set of lug nuts for his tires at that moment I knew this place was a scam most of the reviews you'll see are probably just bots or people who don't realize they just spent 2 or 3 times more than anywhere else, someone should definitely call BBB on them cause their practices seem kinda off ,please make sure to call other shops and ask for prices before even picking this place as your choice for car repairs.

I needed a smog. While my s.i.l. and I waited for Daniel to return from lunch, we waited in a lovely tv area complete with fresh coffee and water. And the ladies room is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. Daniel's very nice and through. Thank you!

Great customer service, treated my family like his own but there parking lot looked like a junk-yard/car-lot with all the used cars. It would be nice to have customer parking, and the inside office is unorganized and messy. I know there remodeling but they have been there since August and it's almost December now.

I have used Budget Tire since 2000. They are more than just a tire store. They also do automotive repair and routine servicing. I have found them to be fair and honest and I have5always been extremely happy with the service they provide

Quick Service. They do good work and send you to the dealer if needed. They are close to my home and will use their service in the future.
