If you want an honest car shop that gives exceptional customer service, Pep Boys in Lancaster is for you! Roland and his team will take amazing care of you. This is my second set of tires at their shop and my husband is also buying his next set there. I highly recommend!!!

The Manager Roland Bardelli he did a great job on my car with the brake fluid and it running so smoothly and good. Much appreciated. He was patient ,decent and knew how to treat people.

This could change but at the moment this is by far the worst experience, 2013 Genesis coupe that I ve put a lot of money into and taken care of, took it for a routine oil change, been doing my own for some time but didn t have time a week ago, the actual very next day, engine blows up. Went to mechanic and they gave me a report showing there was metal in the oil filter. Called manager, at first seemed very concerned and seemed like they wanted to help, after I went in and provided the report. Told me it was my fault because I didn t stop the vehicle and had little to no care, and seemed like they wanted to push me aside about it. (got it done 5:45, they close at 6) not sure what I should have done leave it and hope it doenst get broken into? Anyway, 10k to fix and I m a college student just incredibly unlucky I guess. Was told their insurance will look into it. Lmao looked this up and seen 15+ others who have said the same thing that there engine blew the next day after taking it in for an oil change. I d be careful really and take it somewhere more trust worthy.

Great friendly service. I'm very particular about my car and get upset when people aren't careful. The gentleman who worked on my care was cautious and careful with it. When moving the tires in and out of the trunk, he was careful not to touch my bumper and when we but my used tire in the trunk he laid plastic down first.

The Pepboys in Lancaster, CA provides excellent service. The Manager, Roland, knows cars but more importantly he knows how to treater the customer.

Good customer service by Mario and Roland. I do not like the fact that they do not give you the final price until you pay for the tires, but they honor the price that they quoted me. I asked them to put it on paper. Good deal on the Buy 4 tires get one free, with free installation. The store is closing and everything is 40% off right now Sep.18.21.

This is a Great place to bring your automobile to have your valve cover gasket replaced, serpentine belt replaced, radiator flushed out brakes done, pep boys has a wide variety of good quality batteries & tires at good price especially if you order it on line & have it sent to the store. This garage does all the stuff I don't have the tools ,time ,patience & most of all the knowledge on how to do those things. Pep boy's makes it look easy.& I know it is not . I appreciate these mechanics/Auto techs & the friendly staff at the Lancaster location.My car runs great.

$595.00 for an oil change and a set of pads. I was blown away, dude behind counter just smirks. Said if I didn t pay I couldn t get my car. Oh and check this I had a 20% coupon on the oil change & 40% off on the brakes. Common sense would be to check the rates, something I didn t have because I ve done oil changes go all my cars and done pads a few times always less then $100.00. It s kind of sickening that I ended up borrowing money for this. Anyway this was the Pepboys in Lancaster, ca last month. Hopefully this won t be you.

Excellent service writer and mechanics did my front brake pads, rotors and calipers and it was time for olf. Work was done in a timely fashion while my daughter and I waited in the customer area. Great price. Will definitely return for any future service or maintenance issues.

Thanks for the FAST service! I had thought that I would have to wait around 4 hours to get my tire replaced because so many cars were ahead of mine. Now I can get home early for a change!

Excellent service. The representative at the Lancaster location was professional, with high quality of customer service and attention to detail. Our Camry was serviced in less than two hours and we were able to watch during the entire process. The price for the service was great and we will definitely go back there for any future services, much better than the dealer where the charges surpassed a double amount of money. Very much appreciated. . Absolutely recommended to others.

Just got my brakes and rotors done here on 11/05/2023 and the brakes are already rubbing, take it in to get it looked at and I'm told 3 to 4 hrs, for that and a oil change DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

The tech FORGOT to put the Splash Shield back on my car after an Oil Change. This is a big part of the car, probably at least 2 feet by 3 feet, that goes under the engine. Should be hard to forget to reinstall it. The worst part of the whole thing was that Pep Boys DID NOT CALL to let me know they had forgotten to reinstall this part. I happened to check to see that they had put enough oil (due to previous bad service experiences, not with PB) and noticed that I could see the ground under my car in the engine compartment. I then drove back to the shop and informed the Service Manager who had it reinstalled. Had I not looked, like most customers, I would have had to replace this part later at a cost of $200 - $300 for the part, not including labor. Pep Boys, as I said previously never told me it was still at their location and that they failed to put it back on. VERY DISAPOINTED.

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by the staff. They had great prices for new tires and they worked very fast. Thank you for your great service. Rafael is very professional and very help. This was at the West Lancaster store.

Got an oil change here and had a really nice experience and was happy at how inexpensive it was. No judgement from them even though I knowwwww my oil was bad (lol) and no pressure from anyone to push other sales at all, it was kept within the service I came for! Didn t take forever either which was cool. Rafael was really nice as well I appreciate it :)

Manger very rude, not good customer service, I was there for more than 2 hours just for a flat tire, he got mad of me because I asking how much longer, he canceled my service and trough out my van Pool keys, he said no more service for you. I have a Rideshire Van pool.

The bitter old white man of a manager at the service shop is very rude. No people skills what so ever. Doesnt do what you want on car only what he wants! Never coming back here. Back to Firestone in future...

If you are planning to come here after buying a newer Hyundai vehicle (circa 2021 and up) to get inspected through Carvana's warranty and/or do the regular service maintenance...DON'T. They won't have the parts for you (like an oil filter) and apparently nowhere else around Lancaster will have it either from what the service person said. He told me to go directly to the Hyundai Delearship that was 40 miles away...I asked the Hyundai dealership and they said they will do the warranty inspection (don't go off what Carvana recommends saying that Pep Boys is the repair to do it...at least not the one in Lancaster.)

while the customer service was great from the gentlemen the issue was not resolved. I took my car in on a Friday morning for issues with my AC not blowing cold and the AC making a noise I paid my deductible through my service contract plus for additional stuff that was needed I was quite happy until I picked up my car on Saturday only to realize my AC issue was not resolved, I was asked to leave it there through Monday which I did and I called Monday 4:00 p.m as I heard no news now I was not rushing anyone I was simply following up on status of my car. I was told tomorrow (Tuesday) ...ok I wait... Tuesday (today )at 9:15 a.m. I get a call that my car is ready again great customer service on the phone by Rafael advising me that my car is ready so I go on my lunch break from work I walk in and the young lady just hands me my keys doesn't say a thing to me, I am like ok Thank you so much I appreciate it.. I go to my car and I start it.. turn the AC on and I know it takes a while drove it about 20 minutes no difference in the AC its still like a fan.. I call and am put on hold for 7 minutes and the young lady answers I ask what was done to my car since I was given no paperwork or nothing she puts me on hold and comes back and says your AC was recharged at no cost.. meanwhile I am like that was not the problem clearly.. and I did not ever request any service for free of charge I even asked what my balance was when I got the call this morning. I am just in disbelief .. if it can't be fixed or the problem cannot be found simply state that not tell me it works when it doesn't. I was out f my car for 4 full days for no reason at all since the issue was not fixed and I am extremely upset and disappointed. Also, the young lady can clearly learn some customer service skills as no one was rude to her.
