Good customer service from Jesus and John, good quality of work by the painters (sorry I did not meet them so I don t know their names) Had my truck painted, changed the color so I had all the door jams done, they did a great job, covered the entire inside of the doors and completely under the hood and tailgate. Color was just what I wanted and they taped everything off really well so there was no overspray. I ve had many compliments on the truck since the restoration, thanks for the great work.

Many years ago, I had doubts about Maaco from the past. Now things have changed for me. I took my vehicle in. I have a paint job done on my shell And Tony and John really made it happen for me . I m very pleased about the outcome. I will be coming back to have my truck done done.

This is such an awesome place of service. I came in for an estimate for repairs of my truck. Jon the customer service rep was so polite and so awesome. He made me feel so at home. Then Tony who is definitely a morning person who speaks about Jesus which definitely means a whole lot to me. We must have our focus on God who is the head of our lives. Tomorrow is not promised to us but because of the Love and Hospitality of Maaco in Lancaster California I give above 5 stars to this business. Thank You Tony, Thank You Jon for your dynamic Service. I brought in a 28ft school bus to be painted 3 colors and it was a big job that not many places can do.They got it done, and knocked it out of the park.Great service friendly staff, competitive prices, quick turnaround time.I would highly recommend this place.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I took my 1969 Chevrolet Nova here to get painted and get a decent size dent pulled out of my driver side front fender, and to install a hood, and they did not disappoint. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the car, making it go from primer black, to a beautiful blue, (as seen innthe photos) they also removed the dent out so well that I can't tell that a dent was ever there. The new hood they installed also looks fantastic. I have no complaints anywhere. The pricing for all this was not only good, it was great. Jesus, Tony, and John not only helped educate me, but were very helpful and kept me informed the entire time.Summary: Will I ever go back for body and paint work? Absolutly.Will I recommend them to anyone who needs body or paint work? Absolutly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I purchased a cheap Mercedes that I wanted painted and didn t want to spend a lot of money on so I set a budget and Jesus was able to make it happen and stick to it. I had many dents and dings and faded paint and Maaco got it done in exactly 1 week. Over the years, I had always heard not so good things about Maaco paint shop. But one day I decided to stop by the Maaco shop & ask a few questions. The place was just about to close (the doors were actually locked) but a gentleman name Jesus saw me at the front door & let me in. I explained what I was looking to get done to one my vehicle & he listened & explained the process & the different paint packaged they offered. He explained to me that he was the new GM manager there & I had a good feeling about having my vehicle painted there because Jesus seemed genuine & he listened. He didn't try to rush me out of the shop because it was closing time. So I called Jesus the following Monday & my wife & I actually had 3 of our vehicles brought there to be painted! And we were very pleased with results!!! Jesus & his team started right on two of them & Was done in 3 days! He went above a beyond because he wasn't happy how the paint came out on my monte carlo (on certain sections of the vehicle) that he had his team to respray the vehicle a second time! We are planning taking two more of or vehicle's and our RV to get done! Whatever thoughts or preconceived notions you have about Maaco, drop it! Go speak with Jesus & let him give you an estimate! So helpful and considerate and patient when answering all my questions. Appointment is made to get my car painted and I'm so looking forward to it! The options available and their input as to what level of finish were very thorough. I was in there two times and both times, literally, other customers walked in and said that they had work done there before and they wanted to get their current vehicle painted. Best confirmation I could ask for!...So I am here to pick up my car and it is beautiful! And I have your pictures of the roof of the car, the before and after. Reflection from the shiny new paint but I hope you can see how beautiful it looks now! Also the front when it was in the shade before, and the front in the sun now. Again, so beautiful! Thanks, Maako! Especially Tony, Jesus, ... and John whom we never met but did our friends Minivan and loved it! Thanks for everyone!

Very nice and knowledgeable crew over here at MAACO Lancaster. Just got my vehicle back and it looks amazing. Went with the 2 stage paint and did the vehicle prep prior to bringing it in. Hooked it up !! I took my old car that I wanted a cheap paint job on and got exactly that they explained the pro and cons and I understood and am extremely satisfied with the results at a great budget price.

I was asking for an estimate on my front bumper to be repaired and painted, Jesus the employee also gave me an estimate for my whole car. I chose the whole car. When I went to go pick it up which was done unbelievable fast (3) days I started crying and hugged Jesus cause I couldn t believe my eyes, it looked like a brand new car. I am so appreciative for the work they did and the hospitality of the employees. I recommend any and everybody to use Macco they r very professional.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't go here for work if you need auto body repair.I've been here just about every day for the past 3 weeks, with the same response. "Come back in tomorrow at 8am, our body technician will be in then." I come back the next day and it's the same thing all over again.I would recommend them if it was for paint only, but there apparently is no one on site that does body work. It's easier to get the body work done elsewhere.Highly disappointed, I've been coming here for years, and as of the last 2 years, the operations here have totally changed.

I wish I would have taken a before picture so you can see what an improvement this is, but my car was lookin so ugly (it s an 08 and she s been through four accidents!) that there was literally no reason to photograph that. They matched the original paint perfectly and it was finished within 4 days. I was mainly helped out by Jesus, he was very helpful and gave me a reasonable quote. So glad I repainted my carcachita!

I haven't got my car back yet but I will say Tony has gone above and beyond to make me feel like my cars in good hands. Even put up with me changing the color multiple times lol. I'll update once I get the car back. Car came back and looks incredible, there are only a couple spots that had orange peel and two spots that had paint drip. Overspray was minimal, although they did get my windows i was able to clean it off pretty easy. I did get the highest tear package and overall first impressions I'm extremely happy. I'll do my best to leave another update in 6 months.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my 2005 jeep liberty painted(That I just bought from the dealership) the only reason I chose maaco is I saw a deal advertise for $249 so I had to check it out. I ended up paying 600 for a paint job because the $249 was a basic paint and wouldn't be as good so, I agreed to pay more for a little better quality.I picked up the Jeep 5 days later, No inspection when I left. But the next day while having new tire pressure sensors replaced, I Instantly saw these weird cracks on the hood. I also found once I took off the visor from my hood; hidden under this visor was a tear shaped run/drip of paint ((like a glob and was hidden on purpose)). When I finally get it back to maaco Jimmy (the manager) comes and checks it out. He agrees the employee definitely hid the drip under the visor and he noticed not just the hood with cracks, but all over my roof too. He told me this is caused by someone not taking off original paint.Sad part about this is Jimmy has no idea who painted the Jeep and says they don't work there anymore. It's a little odd the Manager wouldn't have the paperwork on employees who work for him.Jimmy continues to tell me, that it's not covered by a year warranty ((even though if you look at their prices in-shop it clearly states year warranty)) that a year warranty really means 6 month coverage with 6 month pro rate.But anyway, he said they would re -do the hood and roof for free, But with them being busy, at the moment, I was scheduled to bring in the Jeep in 2 weeks and they'd take about 3 to 4 days to fix their mistakes.7 days after dropping off my Jeep, I CALLED to see the progress, I am, then told they have to wash the car so it would take them another 30mins. Which in turn I gave them an hour and when I get there to find my Jeep still dirty and was covered in white substance... Jimmy had told me white stuff had been spilled on my car while it was in the garage but it would be ok because they had inspected the Jeep all it needed was a wash. But as I went around the Jeep I noticed the limited said litmed... Jimmy then calls the inspector over and goes "you didn't notice this?" Inspector says, "no." and Jimmy says "that's ok, she didn't see it either, until now." This irked me, I am not the inspector, he should have seen it. This told me they didn't inspect my car just like before.Anyway, they sent me down to get a car wash and also re ordered a limited replacement emblem for me. The white stuff is STILL, all over my plastic racking(also racking plastic is separating) white has hardened itself onto the rubbers around my doors and sun roof. The experience is awful and I say "is" because I still have to go pick up my limited emblem and have them put it on... and again I CALLED today to figure out whats up and sure enough they have had the limited emblem they just forgot to call.Integrity, quality, and honesty is not one of their strong suites.P.S. Pictures shown is 5 days after I picked up the car. This is after being sent to the car wash to get the white stuff off and cleaned. All plastic is light grey then its original dark grey.If this is what you deal with you'll pay more later replacing and restoring,Get your paint job somewhere else, this Maaco franchise does not care about service because if they did, then I wouldn't be coming back for the 3rd time for faults that they caused.*** Added *** My sunroof sits at an angle so even though they tried to fix the rubber they destroyed my sunroofs funcunctionality. They cause more damage every time I bring my car back. Never again.

I'm very happy with the work done to my car. I had the paint completely taken off. Had it sand it down and fixed a couple of dent's fixed. Then repainted. The paint job looks fantastic and all for a great price. Customer service was awesome.

Jesus was very helpful and professional through the whole process with helping me repair my car within my budget. Tony was also very thorough in going over my paperwork and what to expect when I dropped off my vehicle. I dropped my car off Monday afternoon and they called me Saturday morning to let me know that it was ready for me to pickup!
