Luis accepted a job that he could not handle. I gave him an entire spa cover and asked if he could replace the existing old vinyl with new material. He agreed, but aaked for $275 for the vinyl up front. I stopped to visit after about three weeks; it had not been started. Next visit, he told me he'd made a mistake and had to do something over. This went on from November to February when he finally delivered it to me. I paid him the rest, in full and even gave him a tip. It was constructed up-side-down and absolutely useless.In several places glue was holding things together; styrofoam was visible from the outside, the skirt was cut too short to provide any insulation. He told me he had no intention of refunding my money and would not face me. Luis called me filthy names that I will not share online. I have posted some examples of his... "craftsmanship."

The only reason I m putting one star is so that I can create a review. If I could, I d give this business negative 5 stars. I brought in two vehicles for reupholstering the front seats and months later are still unfinished. After upholstering one vehicle and having the seats of the second one dismantled he informed me that he didn t do headrests. The airbag sensors remained blinking on my dashboard after reassembly of the seats. I will have to take it in to the dealer and pay out of pocket until I sue and get reimbursed. I will also have to take my headrests into another upholstery location so they can finish the job and I will have to pay more for the job than I initially should have. That is, until I get the headrests back from them since every time I go in, he s never there or gives me an excuse. The quality of work is very poor and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any upholstery need.
