L&S Automotive is definitely my go to mechanic. They have worked on all of my vehicles and i have never had an issue with the quality of their work. They even work on my kids cars and their friends cars and everyone gets the same results. Fast service, quality work, affordable and great customer service. Would definitely recomend everyone to come here for their automotive needs.

i had been having transmission issues on my car, and i visited several shops, asking around to see who might be able to help. Jerry at L&S was very engaging, very active, asked a lot of questions, and expressed a genuine concern or desire to get to the bottom of the issue! Dropped off the car, and got a follow-up call a few hours later with updates, as they worked on the fix. It's a rare and wonderful thing when a mechanic CARES about the projects that are coming their way, and not just after the pay. This place is the best they did a great job fixing my 2012 Ford they are patient and understanding. They were having a hard time finding the parts needed but they didn't give up and they found a way. Jerry and the mechanics are great - super honest, hardworking and knowledgeable! My volkswagen cc was having all kind of issues since I bought it and they fixed all of them. After having my car at another mechanic shop for 3 months just waiting, I finally called jerry. First time ever using them and i was 100% satisfied. Not only did he get my car fixed and back to me in 3 days, he saved me a motor that the other mechanic was trying to sell me when I didn t need one. Had my truck towed here from California City while I was out of town. I informed Jerry of the issues my truck was having and he said he d take care of it. 3 days later he called me to tell me it was ready. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up, I paid, we talked about some future plans for the truck and he said he had some people who could do the work I was trying to get done. I m new to the area so need some hookups on truck stuff and Jerry was more than helpful. Took the truck on a 2hr road trip home, cautiously, but the truck drove just like stock after having a severe oil leak.Thanks Jerry! Will get my business again if I m ever in the area!

Beware:Brought my car here on May 17, 2023 to have 2 front struts I purchased from rockauto installed. Jerry was cool, and gave me the rundown about how there s no warranty since I m providing the parts. Not a problem. Installation goes well (I thought) and I drive the car home. The next day 5/18/23 at 5 in the morning on my way to work, there s a horrible thudding coming from the front passenger side of the car. It gets worse as I m driving but I was nearly there. The brakes start grinding horribly and the car doesn t want to stop. (The brakes were just replaced shortly by a certified mechanic before this happened so I knew that wasn t the issue). Get to work and the car is still struggling to turn, the brakes are grinding etc. I get out and look to see if there s something lodged on the brake. There was not. Get back in and try to put it in gear to move, but it won t budge. Turn the wheel any amount and it makes the horrible noise. My actual supervisor came and pushed my car into a spot. Called the tow truck later that day and it s doing the same thing while he s putting it on his truck. Finally get to Jerry s shop and they check it. What was the problem? A loose bolt that his mechanic didn t tighten up all the way. The parts I brought were fine. But his mechanics error messed up my car and made me waste a tow. Jerry apologized and gave me a complimentary oil change, with me supplying the oil, so it s actually not free. I just called a few days ago to take him up on that offer and he didn t even remember me or the situation until I went into great detail. On second thought, I think I ll pass on the oil change. If the mechanics are incompetent enough to not screw a bolt properly, which could ve severely damaged my car and made me crash how can they be trusted for a simple oil change?

I trust their work and appreciate the savings compared to going to my car dealership! I get it all done here now ever since they did my entire tune up and saved my car from overheating! Honest and hard work people!

I have gone back to L&S three different times, and the service is great each visit. They call back quickly with quotes, and seem to be available same day for diagnostic and seems like a week at most for major repairs. Each time they give me an estimate, it s lower than the big guys like Pepboys, and the work has held up. I ve taken my Subaru here for a rack and pinion replacement on my 2010 Forester, they ve done an oil change and diagnosed a couple of other issues and they ve seen the car on another instance because I had a few lights on that turned out to be just dirty sensors. Jerry is the man! He went above and beyond to ensure we got my car fixed. He was patient while trying to figure out the warranty and although it didn t work out the price I eventually paid was incredibly fair. I appreciate his honesty and his mechanics diligent work. Jerry, the owner, is exactly what a mechanic should be. Honest, upfront, and very reasonable. My friend recommended me this place after i was lamenting on how hard it is to find a good mechanic who isn t just trying to rip you off. He immediately said go here. I called Jerry and explained i needed my engine mounts replaced. He offered to do it at an extremely reasonable price so long as I provided the parts. This guy was incredible. I drove an almost hour from the valley just because of how honest/reasonable he was. Will be making that hour long drive a routine for all my automotive repairs in the future. Jerry was awesome he took my car in quickly and fixed it even faster. He also gave me a much better pricing than the other shops I took it to. My car is running much better than any of the other times that I have had it fixed. They fixed my 1990 Toyota 4Runner. Took it in after it sat for years with several issues. They gave a long list of things it needed and an accurate estimate. A couple weeks later they were done. Took it to get a smog check and it passed. The smog tech said it looked like someone did a complete rebuild and complemented the work. When I noticed an oil leak, they showed me it had nothing to do with the work they did, but fixed it by tightening everything down anyway, at no charge. Initially I had a power steering manufacturing issue and took it to the Chevy dealers to have it fixed and all they did was delete the code without actually fixing it. I was then referred to this place by a friend. Jerry and his team fixed the power steering problem within a reasonable price. Jerry is always so helpful. He always tries to squeeze me in if he can. My car is 13 years old and every time it has had a problem Jerry s team has fixed it. Jerry is awesome. Honest and reliable. He gave me a quick estimate for my car. He even shpwed me exactly what was needed with my car up in the air. He told me what was a priority and what could wait. No games! Best shop out here by far!

Family owned and operated, alittle bit hard to get in & out because entry driveway is narrow. The owner Jerry is honest and he provides service and repair at a price that is affordable! I was impressed to see the mom and his son working together. I left feeling welcome from my visit. I will definitely come back.

Jerry is such an amazing guy, there are a lot of mechanics that are crooks, Jerry is definitely NOT one of them. It's been hard to get enough money to give to Jerry to work on my car, and he was gracious enough to let it stay there until I could get some money to give to him for the repairs

Great service. They try to get your vehicle back to you as quick as possible while providing great work. I've been taking my cars here for a few years now and have always been happy with the results. Great prices for the work, friendly, answers all your questions. They let you know what's going on and what they are going to do to fix the problem and keep you updated. If you need any other vehicle service they don't provide there then they have businesses they to refer you to that also do great work. I recommend these place to anyone I know looking for a mechanic.

Jerry has been our family mechanic for at least the last 5 years now! I trust no one else and neither does my wife or daughter. He is the real deal, knows his stuff and honest as they come. My daughter will still drive from the San Fernando Valley just to have him work on her car.

One of the best mechanics I've ever had , just moved out here to Lancaster and was referred to Jerry. It was a very friendly and very knowledgeable mechanic knew the problem my car was having just from what I described didn't even have to open the hood. Thanks for the help with my Honda big Jerry

Jerry and his pet Gorilla where very helpful hr even gave me a ride to my inlaws house while my car was getting worked on. When I went back to pick up my car the problem they originally told turn out to be fine it was actually a loose contact that it had. They only charge me for the 1hr it took which was find because they saved me $260 in the part. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The guy is honest which for a mechanic that's a rare thing. Lol.

Jerry is a rare guy these days ! A good mechanic that stands behind his work . Reasonable and just all around good dude . And I drive some real junk so I know ...LOL
