I did not have any work done but they are not professional. I could never get Jose on the phone, everytime I called he was on lunch, or driving someone's car and when I did talk to him he was rude and told me he was not available for a month.

I had a problem with my lights that for sure I would have got a ticket had I use them the way they were. They immediately address the issue and with a high level of expertise repaired the problem and I was on my way. Many thanks to them and I can assure them I will be back with other maintenance as they are now my new mechanic. You can deal with them with confidence and the good feeling of knowing you'll be dealt with fairly.

This place is in cahoots with a scam dealership called Valley Auto Center.. They sell broken cars, make you send them here to JP. They keep your car for days and act like they can't find the issue.They'll fix it up just enough to hide the issue and act like they did something.They are scammers. Do not go here!

I like JP Auto because they have kept my Jeep Commander running. I also believe they are reasonably priced because another automotive shop wanted to charge me nearly $600 for a job JP Auto was able to do for $459. Thank you JP Auto!

Best mechanic in the AV. I have been taking my car and suv to Jose for the past 3 years. He's always reasonable and keeps my vehicles running!

Worst place to go they know nothing about electrical issues with your car. My car bogged down i took it to them he tell me ECM i pay to fix it 367 it do it 2 days later he say fuel pump he try to charge me 200 for the pump when the pump is 41 online so i buy it bring it in he charge me 280 it boggs down AGAIN he say the alarm wasnt installed properly he rewires it and it dies the same day i come get it im done. Now he dont wana answer either of his business phones Not even worth 1 star F*** you jose tell me how u been getting my car to run and ill take this down

clean shop rates are reasonable your needs are taken into,consideration every needed part is explained as to its function one with the other. not a high pressure shop

Poor customer service!Extremely shoddy quality ofwork. My buddy works there and mechanics there do great work and they can find short circuit in a heart beat and my buddy does excellent engine rebuilds
