Long-time customer expectations are very high, so he/ she prefers to continue doing business with neighbors' business first. I would advise follow up upon completion of the service, make sure millese tag are up properly and dashboard reset correctly, if adjusted showing oil levels 100% and lastly walk through the cat make sure nothing left behind, just a piece of customer care, job done right

I came here 3 different times with 3 different cars. The first 2 times were good. They are efficient and fast. But I may warn you whoever is coming here to make sure and DOUBLE CHECK your bank and or credit card statements. They charged my mother 2 times and when I came and expressed my concern the man at the register said It s just processing, it won t go through . Little did we know, BOTH charges when through and my mother had to pay for both. We went back to physically get a refund, but there was no refund credited AT ALL. This may be my last time coming to this Jiffy Lube. Am very disappointed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Oil change as expected nothing out of the ordinary in and out customer service, was good! Went to this place today 3-7-24 Lol !Wanted to charge me $119 and change, I usually pay about 80 bucks I've been bringing two cars for the same service for years but they insisted that I pay 98 dollars according to their records but according to my records I left along with my business went not far paid 80 bucks and ten minutes I was gone, so today they lost my business and a couple of my friends business for years to come and I took one car there the least 3times a year the other twice but I've found a new home now for good, I'm changing 3stars to 1

I have had my oil changed there multiple times in different vehicles this time they changed the oil and when I got home it was leaking on my driveway took it back and they told me that it was the catch pan under the motor that they didn't clean also the time before I had the same problem and they told me that it was the oil filter first time shame on you second time shame on me I will not be going back there. I came to do an oil change, i own a shell business card, some guy named hazel they don't accept it here, where the card shell states it does, comes at me a little rude. Then he says he can't take my car, because they're about to close. Google says 6pm, but he closed at 5pm. Smh. Not coming here again

They were nice enough but didn't' reset my computer and left something loose in my engine and I ended up with a puddle of oil in my garage. No windshield clean, no tire check. Hundred bucks with a coupon. Got the mess fixed at sam's lube express in Palmdale.

Been here last 2 oil changes, never going back. First said I've never been there, then asked if I wanted a cabin filter because mine was missing. Yea it's missing because you obviously didn't put it back last time. SMH..I wonder if they even changed my oil because it was done in less than 10 min, didn't show the dip stick like others do.

I got the Signature Service synthetic blend oil change package as I always do. I usually use a different Jiffy Lube location. This location was terrible. All 4 tires had different air pressure settings. My air pressure alert has still been on, hours after the service. They didn't vacuum my floor boards or offer any recommend additional services, which I already knew I needed a new air cabin filter. The customer service was less than acceptable. Hopefully they actually changed my oil.

Went here for my smog certificate. This is the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. Everyone here was friendly, courteous, and professional. My smog tech Ed, (I'm not good with names, so I hope this is right. If not I apologize.) was great. He took me in without an appointment and had my car done in 15 minutes. I'm new to this area and was referred by my son so I will be returning for all my oil changes and maintenance from now on.

There's enough of these around if one's busy there's a good chance another one won't be. The first one I went to had an hour wait. I had to go to the doctor's and passed one on the way there. I stopped on my way home and there was no line at all. I was done in about 15 minutes.

Customer service was really good. Gentlemen were attentive to my needs. Unfortunately couldn't do anything about the price. Then gave me a coupon on top of the coupon I used. I use them every time.

Came in for a smog check and that service was fine. I even liked the guy who did it. However, I used the Jiffy Lube waiting room. There was an older gentlemen there who mixed up his coupons and the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude to this guy telling him he needed to do all this crazy stuff to have the right coupons. I was extremely uncomfortable during the entire interaction and just wanted to leave. I didn't even have to have service done here to tell it's run by a bunch of circus animals. Don't go here for any service on a vehicle if possible. Unless of course, you want to get ripped off.

Very thing was smooth just waited in my car till my turn then once they got my car they had chairs spaced outside so everyone was distant. The service was quick. I would advise to use this jiffy lube versus the one on valley central way they tried to charge me 30 dollars more for the same service.

I am using jiffy lube(this location) for the 2nd time! My car check engine light came on as I approached the shop; the oil change was done & I wanted to know what was the engine light on for? The attendant said I will check! A diagnostic test done car windshield clean all tires checked all fluids topped off! No charge for the test & precisely knowing what was wrong gave me accelerated satisfaction!

Came in for a simple oil change on my car they gave me my car and I drove a like 2 minutes down the road and my check engine light came on I immediately called and told them about it they told me to bring it back just to say oh it couldn t have happened during an oil change which is wrong because I took it to my mechanic and he said it could of been done by an oil change. They never honor the coupons that come in the mail. I rather go to Valvoline atleast their prices stay consistent and they honor their coupons. How does a 59.99 coupon total out to $94.00 for an oil change. Complete false advertising.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

In & out in about 40 minutes for oil change & lube , & no appointment or reservations,2 nd visit , they did the same with my other car , that is why I came back , great attitude's too.

Since I live in Lancaster, I receive coupons for oil change and brakes. I brought my coupon in, no appointment, never been here before and they helped me out! They recommended one other service to help me increase fuel efficiency and discounted it since I was doing the oil change. As a commuter, I appreciate all the miles per gallon I can get

DO NOT COME HERE. My experience here was a nightmare. I don't normally take the time to write a negative review about a business unless I really feel I could save others from experiencing the same. I brought my work truck here for a oil change in hopes of saving me time on my day off. A few days later I start to hear a clanking sound from the engine and the truck struggled a bit to turn over, so I ask my mechanic what he could thinks it could be. Luckily he remembered I told him a few days prior, that I had went to jiffy lube to get an oil change because he said that it's likely there's no oil in the truck due to the fact that jiffy lube service employees don't have much training or experience. Man did he hit the nail on the head! We pop the hood and sure enough there's basically no oil replaced in the truck 10 days out from my service. There was only what appeared to be oil residue at the very top of the dip stick. NOT EVEN ENOUGH OIL TO REACH THE MINIMUM INDICATOR ON THE DIP STICK. I immediately had a friend take me to buy oil and and as soon as we replaced the oil the noise immediately quieted down drastically. Being a clear indication it was a result of no oil. SIMPLE COMMON SENSE. I had to work the next day so I took it back to jiffy lube with my receipt, video and dated pictures of the noise to jiffy lube in hope of them somehow rectifying the problem. I thought worse case scenario I was going to be reimbursed for the oil change. Nope. The manager said he wasn't even able to reimburse me for the oil I had to replace much. He then proceeded to try and make any little arbitrary excuse to blame the issue on me. Such as why would I not have brought it back before replacing the oil? Next was that it did it have oil (since I mentioned it was at the tip) just not enough oil. After doing all he could to not except fault I figured I had to talk to the owner. It only got worse from there. I tell him the situation and he goes on to tell me a car won't drive or start w/o oil. "I have a 105,000 dollar car and I can bet you 20k (or something like that) that it won't start w/o oil. I told the douche he couldn't even reimburse me $70 on an oil change but wants to bet 20k? I told him if I wasn't reimbursed for at the minimum the oil I had to replace at minimum that I was going to the B.A.R and filing a lawsuit. He then accused me of doing this all the time. $60 is worth the time or headache I have to look forward to. Now 20 days out my engine on a perfectly well taken care truck has seized. DON'T COME HERE.

$102.18 for an oil change using synthetic oil is outrageous. I had no choice to go elsewhere as I was in a hurry but will never go there again. I feel so cheated. I always pay between $60 and $70. I have gone to 3 other Jiffy Lubes and thought the price would be comparable but boy was I wrong. With a $15 coupon and a free car wash included it came to $87.18.On the plus side there were no other customers and the service was fast. Maybe if the prices were lower there would be more people going there. Walmart had a 2 hour wait time for oil changes. Just saying...

I have been going here for years. My smog checks and oil checks are always done here. The employees are always polite and professional. I will forever be a customer here just because of the quick service and honest answers. Thanks !
