Javi's RV refused to even look at my travel trailer. All I wanted was to get the wheel bearings repacked. I called and told them that I have a 2022 A-Frame folding trailer, and asked for a price estimate. She said she would ask the technician. She called back and told me that they would not be able to help me. When I asked "Why?", I was told that the tech " Didn't want to". What kind of answer is that? This is terrible customer service and Javi needs to learn how to run a customer driven business. I'll bet if I had a half-million dollar class A motorhome they would have wanted my business. I will be taking my business to Bob Howles RV down the street.

Javi s RV Services Center is amazing! They worked with me even with my old 1993 pop up trailer! They installed a trailer break on my truck and SUV. Yeah, it takes awhile to see them but they are totally worth it! I can t recommend them enough! They are the best in the AV hands down!

Every other RV Service center had treated me like I was lucky to make it to them. They were distasteful. Javi actually took care of my needs and listened without bias, or attitude. And for that, he earned 5 stars. I'm pretty sure I'm going to him for everything I need from now on.

Javi was great! He took the time to help me with an electrical issue that was hard to diagnose and got me up and running quickly. Most men in repair shops want to prove how much smarter they are, but he was respectful, listened to details and very informative.His prices were very reasonable and he is highly recommended!I wish there were more like Javi!

Went there to get a piece for my RV dump tank attachment. The older gentleman came out to see my setup and turned the pipe attachment downward. Had no idea that could be done, didn't need to buy anything and I could now dump my tanks with ease. See, smaller shops customer service! Happy eeverytime I come here.

This guy is amazing, he was reasonable and before I could get home and settled in, he called to say my leak was fixed! I was so relieved to learn that we would not need to cancel our travel plans due to leaky plumbing.

Another 5 stars! Best RV repair service I've had. Accurate work, fair price, on time ( even early!) Had a furnace replaced, the a/c unit replaced, and most importantly my Schwintek slide system completely replaced. Everything works like brand new. Had to have it on a tight schedule that they met. My first choice if I ever need a repair again. After calling many shops I found the best one to handle this type of slide ( most shops don't even want to work on them).

They are very helpful Javier even got under my toyhauler to show me how to take my water tank off myself if I wanted to save some money. I said thanks, but I will wait for you. We also bought out awning, due to it blew off in Havasu, and it was a couple hundred for the replacement arms. It's tough sometimes to get someone on the phone, but if it's during working hours someone is there.

I had a kind of emergency with my RVon the day we were leaving. All other places were unable to see me. I called up Javi and they managed to squeeze me in. Not only did he fix the big problem I had he helped me troubleshoot 3 others. Fantastic service and a life saver for myself and my family's roadtrip.

This company is honest they will not take on work unless they are familiar with the job. They are reasonable in price and the job is definitely completely acceptable.Should you have questions feel free to inquire their opinion on the subject. They are more than helpful with suggestions as to the way to take care of a minor project !

We came to Javi's needing some body work done on our 96 Winnebago Adventurer. We were provided excellent, timely service and Javi did an excellent job finding and replacing the parts we needed! Highly recommended!!!

I have a 2018 rv that I purchased from Camping World in Newhall. After we got it home we had a TON of issues with it, minor to extreme things. After fighting with service there we took it back and it stayed 3 days there. A week after the repairs were done, things started going wrong again. Instead of fighting with Camping World to get bad service, I called Javi. We got the problem solved in under 2 hours and he was super patient with all of my questions! I will never call Camping World again!

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when we had questions about our RV's fuel tank. We didn't buy anything there or have any services done, but they were kind enough to answer our questions.

Just picked up my 2017 forest river that I use full time needed a new driving ac compressor and I'm just going to say I'm very glad I took my rv here to have the work done best customer service dropped it off at 8 this morning was told it would be ready tomorrow afternoon they had it done same day in 5hrs I am completely blown away by Javi's and reccomend if you need any work done take it here as I will be for now on I cant even type out how happy and just blown away I am by their speed and coustomer service

I was very impressed with the customer service. I needed an out of date part. They took their time to try and find it for me. And it was close to closing time. (Sorry guys) but they found a part, and I don't have to get a new refrigerator. I will be back.

Did a few things. Replaced awnings on our slide outs, replace the switch on the air conditioner so I could control the speed of the fan, replaced our solar charger for the engine battery, did a full wash, maintance the generator too.

They installed solar panels on my 30ft. Winnebago Sightseer and they did a nice clean job and the price was reasonable.
