I normally don t write reviews but when I m treated with respect and professionalism I like to leave a review. Came in for an alignment, Ernie at the desk greeted me right away. Was told an hour or so, got me out before. He treated every customer the same with manners and respect. His customer service is 10/10, recommending me parts and what to do next so my car can be running A1. Duke was dope as well very attentive at the shop. Will be going here now on. Very honest shop. And thank you got the technician! Steering wheel is straight as an arrow!

This was a tremendous place to get a tire repaired in Lancaster! Not only was there great customer service, but it was an excellent price! I would have been stranded without them. I would highly recommend!

I appreciate DUKE for HIS willingness HELP me..He was KIND AND willing to help RIGHT AWAY and HE was also very knowledgeable. I definitely RECOMMEND this shop especially when you need immediate service.

My whole family & coworkers used the Grand American in Newhall when we lived in Castaic & for a long time after we moved to Acton & Lancaster so when I found out they had one here I decided to use them. Glad I did. Duke and Ernie were friendly and quick to get 4 new tires and a rim on my Kia that I brought with me. Fair prices was a plus! I'll always go backm

Went to get tires for a honda fit, after inspecting the tire size p 185 /55R 16 the Grand American tire employee told and another emoloyee said that size is uncommon and needs to be order from some place, i quickly left, i dont know what were the scheming or try to scam in I'm not falling for, i went to get my tires somewhere else that provided a better customer service and had my tires in stock.

Called on Thursday inquiring about the price of 2 tires. They were the best prices I found.On Friday I went to the location and purchased and had the tires balanced and mounted. I was initially told it would take about and hour. I job was completed in 45 minutes and I am highly impressed.I would recommend giving them the opportunity to quote you a price before going elsewhere.

From my first phone call to grand American tire with Duke was very informative and extremely helpful in getting the tires best suited for my car. Duke was very personable to chat with, tires arrived when promised and on arrival for installation we in and out in under 30 minutes. definitely be back for our other needs.

Grand American Tires is the best. Their service is quick, friendly, and very reasonable. Duke is the best. Was recommended here for a tire alignment, and felt taken care of. Duke was cool, fair, honest, and didn t try to upsell me. Recommended I consider replacing something in the future, but didn t tell me I had to do it there or pressure me for extra business. That s what you want out of a tech. Next time my wife or I need brakes or tire work, gonna go to these guys. Thank-you again!

The guys that work here are all super nice! I called a few days before coming in to get an idea on 4 new tires and super easy to understand plus with great deals on tires for my Tacoma. Thankful for them helping me pick great tires and make my truck look like a truck!:) highly recommend and will be back again for my car needs!

Duke was great! I drove from Ridgecrest to get new tires, I thought I only needed 2 front, but he showed me my back tires were bald on the inside as well. I had to come back and I ended up getting a full set for a great price. I definitely recommend them!!

I took my truck to the Lancaster Grand American Tire (GAT) to get new tires, shocks, and upper control arms put on.The truck is a 1995 Dodge 2500 4x4.The tires and shocks were provided by GAT, I brought the control arms because I could only find one company that makes them cnc bent to clear larger tires without rubbing. I put the lowers on myself.The upper bolts were difficult to remove so I supplied new bolts and nuts in case the old ones had to be cut out. Ramsey, the service advisor, told me they had to remove the lowers to get to the uppers and would charge an extra hour of labor, I understood, that was fine.After GAT had the truck a full week I was told it's done. When I arrived (Friday 3/16) the control arms were installed with the bend pushing out so that the tires rubbed even more than stock. When they took off the lowers that I already did they didn't even put them back on the same way. I was asked to take the truck and bring it back next week to be fixed.Unfortunately I was moving that next week and I did not get the impression they would be able to fix it in time so I took it upon myself to flip all four control arms that weekend. Which I did. Ramsey also told me they had quite a bit of trouble installing them, but I was able to do it with a pair of jack stands and a basic tool kit without trouble...What I found was disappointing to say the least. The upper control arms had been considerably damaged by what I can only assume was an incompetent mechanic. They had sustained numerous heavy blows from a pointed object leaving the surface heavily pocked. I don't see why this was necessary when a rubber mallet or dead blow hammer would have done the same job of maneuvering the control arm without damaging it. Each control arm also used to have a grease fitting at each end and three out of the four on the uppers were sheared off. I'm surprised that this was not mentioned to me upon delivery of the truck and even more surprised that they were not replaced with new fittings after being broken off. I also found that the nuts I supplied were not used. The drivers side at least had the old flanged nuts which is good, but the passenger side had a regular nut with no flange and no washer. So they seem to have lost enough nuts (at least 6) that they had to dig a couple out of a bucket somewhere, but to use a regular nut without a washer is unprofessional. I would have rather been told and charged the $5 for new nuts that were correct.I have attached pictures of the control arms how they installed them, and the damage I found when I took them off to flip them over correctly. The last picture on the tailgate shows them with new grease fittings that I had to go buy and install.They did check the alignment for me after I fixed their botched job. I asked them for a refund for a portion of the labor I paid for, since I didn't get what I paid for, but got nothing.

Always great service when needed. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming, just got 4 tires today and they helped me out on time since I work at edwards got me in even though they were close to closing. In and out less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Every well oiled machined crew.

Grand American has been my "go to" place for tires for more then twelve years now and they have never failed to give me the best quality and service. Cars, trucks, on road, off road, trailer, customs and special orders have never been an issue. I am a bargain shopper as I always have been but when it comes to tires and tire related issues, I head for Grand American Lancaster. Ask for Duke or Ramsey.

I love Grand American Tire the staff is very easy to work with I have taken several vehicles there to work on they have done a fantastic job every time. I would recommend them to all my friends, they also have a nice selection of rim's and affordable tires just ask for Duke.!!!

Very good experience. Helpful owner named Ramsey. Very patient and helpful with the whole process before they started working on my car. I have brought my other car here as well and it was great work. Definitely recommend this place in the AV!
