I have had the best experience ever with Fix Auto. From my estimate with Steven to my phone calls to Angie they are top notch professionals. Steven explained the entire estimate fully. They have now done work on two of my trucks, a Tacoma and a Tundra. The work was done so professionally that you couldn't tell there was prior damages. Steven and the crew have gone above and beyond my expectations. I understand when Steven says Fix Auto is a family. I highly recommend them for all your body work from the smallest scratch to major damage Fix Auto has you covered. Easy to do insurance claims without hassles. Thank you everyone at Fix Auto Lancaster, Ca. I am a very satisfied customer.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. The way this fix auto took care of me and my vehicle was amazing! I got her back and she was just like brand new, like nothing ever happened. Staff is so friendly, welcoming and professional! I will never take my vehicle to another body shop other than Fix Lancaster. Amazing job done and amazing people! Andrew(boss) is not only a Tesla hero he is a every car hero

This place is filled with extreme professionals. Steven from the get-go explained the details of what the process will be without being too overwhelming on yourself. With my vehicle being in the shop for three days, I have received constant updates and at the end when it was time to pick up the vehicle, it came back brand spanking new. This is the place you HAVE to go to. This line of professionalism and customer service is hardly seen enough these days and I cannot thank Steven and the rest of the crew enough for bringing my vehicle back perfectly.

Phenomenal staff, the smoothest repair experience I have had. Shop was willing to work with me to get the parts I wanted installed vs an OEM replacement, in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.

These guys are a hidden gem. It s rainy season and the bottom plate of my Tesla was ripped off by mud and they were able to get me in quickly and get my car repaired asap! Definitely stop by for any auto body needs. They are a shop that cares about their clients I would recommend them to anyone

Amazing people work here. They truly went above and beyond to help me when my insurance had a problem. They fixed my car really quick. I was in and out that same day. Definitely recommend checking them out. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

This is the best auto collision repair shop I have ever been to. The shop is very clean, the people are friendly and helpful. They worked my vehicle ahead of schedule due to my having to leave town. I would recommend this shop to family, friends and coworkers in a minute.

If I could give it more stars I would!! They did absolutely amazing. They made a stressful time a breeze. Got it done in a week, even detailed the inside for me without me even having to ask! I told them about my troubles with another auto body place in Lancaster and they even reached out to them to fix what they couldn t.Absolutely amazing!!! I recommend 10000% .

As always, super friendly staff! Very professional too! They also have free water and candy, which is an added bonus. They also had my car fixed quickly. But I m only leaving four stars this time around because they didn t fix it correctly the first time and I had to bring it back in. They did cover my rental, but I still had to come up with $100 deposit for the rental (that still hasn t been credited back to my cc) and had to take a little time off of work to secure the rental which was inconvenient.Service: Body & Trim

Oh my I believe this is the best place in the Antelope valley to take your car. They were so nice kept on top of everything always called and text. I knew exactly what was going on the whole time. I will recommend them all the time. Thank you, Fix It Auto Lancaster.

Amazing! If you re looking to get your vehicle repaired without having to deal with any back and forth or worry about quality please go here. The team was super professional and attentive. My car looked amazing when the repairs were complete. Good as new. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were very quick in completing the required work. Five stars for these guys!

I brought my Tesla in for the bumper to be replaced and requested it be done in 4-5 days they finished it in 3. They re amazing the job was done well and don t have any regrets about bringing it here. Staff was understanding that I had no rental and they finished it a day earlier then I excepted. Recommend if you have a Tesla and really care about your vehicle looking brand new. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside amazing staff the girl at the front Angie and Carlos pushed it to be finished and they didn t disappoint. Couldn t be more happy or grateful!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great body shop! The red color for my carv1as harder to match and he did a fantastic job, looks perfect. The work was amazing, car looks brand new. Staff is super nice and friendly! Andrew worked on my car...very professional, very thorough, he knows what he's doing and I'm so happy with his work. I absolutely recommend Fix Auto! We'll always go here for body work.
