Called to ask about a break and light inspection. The answer to my question from the worker was "we would be able to do it but I don't have the certificates right now". My follow up question then was "what does that mean? Would I be able to still get the inspection and turn it into the DMV?" The answer to that question was very short-handed and rude with no real explanation "that means I don't have the certificates right now"(with an attitude mind you). If you don't have the certificates I'm too assume you can't do the inspection. Just state: no you can't do the inspection

After reading all the bad reviews about this place I was a little skeptical about it. Customer service was lacking to say the least but not horrible. They were very friendly and completed my service promptly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.I also read that they trap" customers into paying cash. They have credit card signs everywhere including a PayPal sticker but I could only pay with cash because their machines were down. I didn't mind however. They were willing to let me go to an atm and return to pay with cash, they were willing to put that trust into a client which is whyI will come back again and test their service again. Next time with an update if needed.

I ask them to get me some mufflers to bring down the sound, they told me they get size for my car to go in a different direction and that the sound will get a lot better the sound was the same and I asked again what I wanted and he told he doesn't do Mickey mouse jobs he didn't put the right mufflers in went a lot smaller than the original should. The welding was a Mickey mouse job trouble leaks between the pipe and the muffler.I wouldn't recommend the place to no oneService: Exhaust

The worst service I've ever had, I asked about the smog service and the guy told me that if I failed I could do a free retest at the end he charged me for nothing these guys are not professionals. Don t waste your money and timeService: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

The guy is a rip off and very racest rude and disrespectful ,,, don't let him do your brake and light inspection ,,,it's a trap he gonna fail u for somebullshit reason and want you to pay more for nothing ,,,instead of him checking all my rotors he checked one and told me I need to replace all of them on a car with 99 k miles on it he is a real joke ,,,they have credit card signs all over the place but don't take them and will not tell u intil after wards ,,traping you into paying cash

Very much unprofessional and not great with the way this business is being handled. I found it very absurd when the man that was working on my car was having an attitude. They are way too expensive!! To change my starter they wanted $400! I did it myself and it only cost me $100 !!
