Miguel was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. We needed plugs for our trunk and didn t know the size and Miguel went out of his way to help us find the ones that would be a perfect fit. He has a really great attitude. This is what we need more of in the car community.

I bought a part for my wheel. I went to Las Vegas and back to Lancaster and out of town again. After pulling out of a gas station, my auto part broke! It just broke! Thank God I wasn t on the road! People say I could have been killed! The axle was bad. Make sure your parts are ok. I praise God every day I m alive.

Bessi and Sean were wonderful, patient and extremely helpful. My car broke down a little distance from AZ and they went out of their way to replace my battery with a great attitude! They made a negative experience a positive one!! Thank you!!

Desperate for help installing cabin air filter, previously purchased over a month ago and was still carrying in he car. Two staffers came out to my rescue! Shoutout to JOSE & the lady staffer who completed the task. Phew! Very nice folks. Made my day! The cust service policies at AUTOZONE are top class. ALWAYS GOING THERE FIRST for my car needs! Thank you!

Called to find out if they had a part in stock like the website listed & was asked to wait a minute. After 3 minutes I was hung up on so I gave them 2 stars for answering the phone at least.

Sold me the wrong oil filter and then wouldn t return it because it had oil on it. Terrible customer service.

The autozone on K is very good with customer service. They're all friendly and helpful, even when I call someone answers my questions right away. The autozone on J left me on hold for 30 minutes. Worse customer service.

it was pretty good actually buh, one of your co workers were complaining about they wish they had more hours and i think you should be more polite to your employees.. I just wanted to be honest but love the store

Coming in, I had no idea what kind of window wipers I needed or how to install them. Bessi and Jose the manager made it extremely easy. They went as far as to show me how to put them on. Very polite and helpful. I d definitely go back to this location. Thank you for all your assistance today.

I needed a code reader to resolve a check engine light. I paid $42 for the device and per their instructions, did the reset and returned it perfectly in it's original package for a full refund. This process would have cost me hundreds at the Mercedes dealership. Made my day!

An employee named Isaiah really helped me the other day.When I scraped a yellow pole at a McDonald s drive-thru, my front fender collected a lot of bright yellow paint. It would not wash off!Isaiah recommended a paint removal product, Nu FinishScratch Doctor. I decided to try it. He also recommended using a Scotch Bright scrub pad (the yellow sponge with the coarse green pad).It worked great! It removed ALL the yellow paint, and my fender (which is plastic, a gray Ford Taurus) looks as good as new.Hint: For the stubborn areas, allow the paste to soak in for a few second, then scrub it off.Thank you, Isaiah! [the Autozone on Ave. K near Target]

I was personally assisted finding a new antenna for my car. My original antenna got bent and looked funny so I replaced it with a shorter one. I am happy with the reception with the new antenna

Cashier will add items to your bill without informing you. She didn't even bother to offer it. ( Lightbulb grease)

I had gone during my lunch break to exchange headlamp bulbs...had a gentleman come out to my car to make sure that I was getting the correct bulbs. Not only did he come out to check but he also installed it for me. He had great customer service and very pleasant.

Line was too long and some customers just don't know what they need so it makes the line a much longer wait. Maybe add another line for customers who grab something off the shelf to purchase.

This specific store has friendly and courteous employees. They are always willing to assist you and answer all questions. Autozone always provides quality products at a fair price. I especially appreciate the manager at this store who assisted with the installation of a car battery in the past.

I went in to this location to ask what oil to get for my car and while I waited in Line, a woman associate said, she would help me down here and then another man that had been helped already at a different register said he was waiting on battery service, so she, Donna, stopped waling to the register she said to go to and started helping him by checking the battery, looking up info and then went get a battery off the wall for him then rang him up without even looking at me or saying I'm sorry or anything. I was surprised because she was so helpful last year at this location and this is the ONLY reason I returned to it. The tall boy with dark curly hair did not seem much help until asking as if I was taking too much of his time when asked to reach th w20 oil on the top shelf.

The people here were very friendly and helpful. I simply needed a new battery for the key fob for a car and had no idea how to do it. The man who helped me was able to look it up online and together we found out how to open it and replace the battery. He even made sure that it worked before charging me. Clean store with some cute car items and of course practical car items.

This particular Auto Zone is not up to customer service standards that it should be. I was told 1 price in the morning for a battery and then when I went back in the evening to purchase the battery I was told different information. Instead of acknowledging the mistaken information given I was only told sorry and still had to pay a different amount. Also the manager was rude and told the person helping me that he wasn't allowed to install the battery as they advertise that they do if purchased from them. While waiting in line the manager decided to see if there was anyone else that needed help before acknowledging me next in line. So disappointed and disgusted. Customer service is horrible at this location on Ave K by McDonald's.
