Had my 4runner towed into this shop after my front-end ball joint popped out in a field. Spoke to Andrew on the phone said he would take care of it. Dave and Rick worked on the truck fixing it like new, great bunch of guys and HONEST. Charged me $268 and sent me on my way.

Andrew & Dan do excellent car repair at Antelope Valley Auto Care. Dan worked a couple of times on our 1969 Dodge Charger General Lee and we are very happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend their car repair services. Again doing work on the 69 Dodge Charger March 2024 here with Father Dan & Son Andrew. Best Automotive Repair Yeam this side of the Mississippi!

Best Automotive Shop I have ever had worked on our 1969 Dodge Charger's 440 Engine. Dan & his son own the shop and wow what an excellent place yo take your Collector's Auto or your daily driver! Super clean & organized shop. Have total confidence you're vehicle will come out 100% repaired at a fair price just as or as close as possible to their quote! Our General Lee is running "Cool" with the Electric Push Fan Dan Installed 3 weeks ago! Now it runs on a very low radiator temperature! What a difference! Thanks Dan!

Big shout out do the guys at Auto Care I went in they gave me the time of day and gave me some answers I went home I did what they said and it worked my car is running soI'm very happy with them nobody else will give me the time of day these guys did very down-to-earth thank U again HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Been having a problem with my vehicle for a while. I took it to two different places and had work done. The same problem and check engine light persisted. I took it to Antelope Valley Auto Care. when I first walked in the place, I found it was very clean and spacious. The staff greeted me when I entered. They were very friendly. The vibe in the place was very relaxed. I felt safe leaving my vehicle with them. I explained the problems I have been having with the vehicle and all of the things I already had repaired. They conducted a diagnostic on the vehicle. The mechanic was able to diagnosed the problem the same day it was taken in. I was told they needed to order the part. The mechanic stated he wasn't sure which part it was exactly since fords make different accessories for each model and year. He planned on ordering the part later in the evening once he verified it was the correct one. I left the car with them over night. I receive a call around 4 pm the next day from the mechanic who stated that the car was fixed and ready for pick up. I was quoted an approximate price over the phone the day before. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the man behind the counter took the time to explain to me exactly what they did to the vehicle. Upon request, he also took the time to educate me on how the engine works with regards to the problem at hand. I cant remember his name I wish I could. However, It was greatly appreciated. I am definitely going to be utilizing their services in the future. I highly recommend this company. Always the best. I've been going here since they opened, and anything they fix, stays fixed. I never have to do anything twice. Andrew is very personable, and thorough. This is my only mechanic. If you have ever delt with shafty, shady mechanics, this place is the cure. I highly recommend.5 Star.

Took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler here because I was in a pinch after Christmas with a death wobble and couldn't make it to the only dude who's ever touched my Jeep . They came highly recommended by someone in my Jeep club. I was nervous to try out a new place, but boy what a surprise!I couldn't be happier, their shop is immaculate, their staff is friendly and man are they quick! They got my Wrangler back on the road and even let me bring in my own performance parts (upgrading from oem).She's back in there again for a coolant leak and once again the experience was totally painless. They keep you informed, they are extremely fair in their pricing and just all around cool guys. I am so glad I found this shop. If you want quality work at a fair price, look no further!

DONT COME HERE they were un friendly mean .I made email twice for a appointment never got emailed back. I called and I try to make a appointmentand they didn't even ask for a name made me wait for my appointment 2 days later .When I got their Andrew said they were to busy to help me and the guy Dan had to help me because he was the one who made my appointment Isaid ok I'll wait for him ,Andrew said no because he still needed to do his other job.And Nothing was making sense ,No one wanted to help me !!!!!! ,after Andrew said my car won't be ready until 2 weeks everyday is $35 to have it parked their. And they wanted me to leave without giving me a ride back , which they also offer on website They never even check what's wrong with my car before telling to leave and leave my car their.

My car was making a grinding noise after going through some road construction. They had me come in the very next day, took the time to show me the problem. I appreciate that they provided options and didn't try to guilt me into picking the more expensive repair, but made sure I understood the repercussions of going cheaper. They finished my car in one day and were easy to work with. I will definitely come again.

As a female, I highly recommend this auto repair shop. They are honest about what needs to be done. Their prices are within the standard. As a family we have been taking our vehicles to Mr. Shelton, who works there, for almost 20 years. Please stop by for an evaluation of what your car needs.

There is not a better repair shop in America as far as I am concerned. The entire crew are amazing and skilled at electrical and mechanical issues. I bring my personal vehicles here in addition to the fleet vehicles from my place of employment. Dan and the crew are the best. I cannot say enough good about AV Auto Care.

This was my first experience here, the owner & the employees were very nice & polite. Service did not take long at all. I'll be going back. They do accept Snap Financing as well. Reasonable pricing.

I've been dealing with Dan and Tom for many years. Possibly over 30 years when I first met Dan who ran the mechanic shop at Ray"s Chevron in Palmdale. Dan has always been fair and honest with me and I trust him totally with the care and repair of our vehicles. I now live in Oregon but if I have issues with a vehicle that can wait, I do so until we come back to the Antelope Valley to visit family and have Dan and Tom repair and care for our vehicles at that time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Family-friendly place. They help you with your car trouble and they give you a thorough explanation about the car troubles you're having once they diagnose the issue. For me, the owner even showed me what part of my car was having the trouble and why that part needed replacing. I wholeheartedly Trust the owners and wouldn't go to another shop out here in the AV.

I called for a quote and they gave me some great advice and directed me to other shops that would better help me with my issues. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity and will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs I may need.

I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic and repairs. Was told i needed my rear sway bar bushing replaced (quoted 125$) as well as a brake caliper (quoted 250$). I agreed and was told it would take a week or 2 to recieve the bushing after ordered (June 3rd). I called back once a week to see if it ever arrived only to either not have my call answered or told its "on their to do list" after calling weekly i finally ordered the bushing off amazon for 20$ on July 19. Yes over a month and still no part, they never called me with an update a single time. The bushing came in today and i replaced it in 15 minutes. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. I chose AV Autocare because they had a perfect customer rating on google maps...unfortunately i recieved no service whats so ever. Please dont be fooled by their ratings.
