Larry and his team are great! Very trustworthy. Fast, efficient, and friendly. They completed what I asked and provided me with info that is helpful. They did my high performance brakes and rotors, changed out my spark plugs, put in a new battery, and did an oil change. My 2010 Camaro SS is up and running smooth after sitting in my garage for 4 years! I highly recommend them.

Ordered 2 rear tires online and booked an appointment on Friday @ 1pm. The email said the tires will be at the shop by 12:30pm. Went to my appt at 1pm and was told the tires are not in and will be there after 3pm. Told them i would be there the next day, Saturday at 1pm. Went there again at 1pm and my car wasn t worked on until 4pm. Left the place around 4:30pm. 3 1/2 hours for a tire change is not acceptable.

It was the best experience I ever had in a car shop. Everyone was super friendly, and the mechanic was highly competent overall. I can honestly say they r the best at what they do

My experience with both American tire depot has not been pleasant. I made an appointment at a specific time. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment made and that I had made it with the other American tire depot. When I arrive to the other one no information was shown on their side. So I called the American tire depot I went to first. The manager changed the story and said I had an appointment but I never showered up. So he booked me for the following week. I show up at 8:30am. My appointment was at 9am. So I said I will be near by call me when you guys are done. Manager says we will call you no problem. 3 hours later I show up and my car is still parked like I left it. Then the manager says that they are waiting for a file to download to do the alignment because they have to get it from the dealer. This whole time I feel like I ve been lied to and I am just waiting due to management issues. They seem super busy all the time and I continue to get excuses after excuses. I don t feel like they are helping much.

Larry is the best!!! He always takes good care of my cars. I have been going to him for 15 years now and I won t take my car to anyone else. They have great customer service and will cut deals for you. By far the best!!!

Excellent experience with American Tire Center. I shopped around and got the best deal in the Antelope Valley from them. I called the main number and the gentleman I spoke with got me an excellent price on four tires for my truck and got me in the same day even though I called around 3:45pm and they close at 5pm.Joanna at the location on 15th Street West location in Lancaster was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.Outstanding experience from start to finish!

Larry and the team over there do a great job with vehicle service as well as customer service and appointment setups. Timely services as well. That's the only place I'll trust to do alignments for my cars. Thank you very much always.

Excellent service got my vehicle done a lot faster than other places Larry the manager was amazing top notch customer service will definitely be bringing my vehicles here 100 percent ( two thumbs up )

Came here to get a brake inspection and quote after speaking with Larry over the phone. The guy who worked on my car drove my car onto the car lift and reversed and ripped my car cover that protects the car beneath off my car as he backed up, he ripped the bolts off while in reverse, I was so upset. He lost the plastic bolts when it broke off.He then lifted my car up to put the piece back on to my car with zip ties. So even though my car did not have zip ties holding this partTogether when I came her. I left with them on my vehicle. My car was not inspected properly. I wasted my time here and left with a part to my car damaged. The guy seemed very careless for my vehicle. I would not recommend.

The tire store makes up reasons to charge you more then is needed. They way over price anything that is done to your vehicle. This is absolutely the truth. We will never go there again.

Went in for low air pressure on my tire , came out that I had a nail on my tire and they fixed it for free and they were friendly and fast I would recommend these guys super nice and awesome

I stopped by American Tire Depot to get my tires checked on my Tesla. The way was quick , and they serviced me right away. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely will be returning to get new tires installed.

I came in with a flat tire to be repaired. The manager and staff were friendly and professional. It didn t take long and they made a proper repair: internal patch with a stem to fill the hole. Everything is buffed, roughed, and vulcanized. It makes it apart of the tire and is, therefore, a permanent repair. Best of all? No charge! They do it as a courtesy. Amazing. Update:2/10/24: same great service on this second flat tire I had fixed.

Had a 8am apt and was 2nd through the door. Their 8am tech called out so they had nobody to do anything until 9am. 2:40 later I finally have my car and can now arrive to work 2 hours late. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the tech I dealt with was polite and I know it was wasnt his fault.

I've always have a great experience here. I'm so grateful I had the option of acima to get my tires. My credit isn't very good so it's nice to have a payment option. I'm absolutely relieved.

The one on 15th west is terrible customer service is terrible. 3 hr wait time for tire rotation and oil change.Recommend the challenger and j location better staff and way more comfortable.

Had a appointment for 9am for an alignment check. The current alignment wasn't to bad off, still in the green but I had them go ahead and fix it even though it wasn't really needed at this time.Larry and the crew are awesome to deal with. I always thought this place was just a mechanic shop, not a tire, alignment, brakes, and a few other things a well.Definitely will be back to have all my service needs.

Staff is amazing and very helpful. Timing they give you to get work done is accurate so I can actually plan my day a bit accurately and the prices are great. Still haven't found a place with better pricing as far as labor. Parts are kinda pricey but they warranty their parts for 3 years I believe but they would happily install your parts if you want to find something cheaper (but with no warranty). But will always be my first place to check

Friendly atmosphere, and people who obviously know what they're doing. Larry is knowledgeable and professional. I've been coming here for years and can't imagine going anywhere else for tires, brakes, etc.

Stayed open past closing time for a flat tire. Store manager told me that he does this for emergency type services. Battery, brakes and flat tires. They were also well priced and extremely quick!

Place here is a waste of time. I shown up two times to get my alignment done and said they can't take me till another day. I would look someplace else.
