Been coming here for years and just brought my Tesla for new shoes and did not disappoint . Got some Michelin defender 2 ( they are new ) ride comfort and they stick to the ground - let s see if they do reach 80k . Staff always helpful and knowledgeable

So our daughter, a USAF airman needed a car when hers was no longer road worthy. She found a nice 2017 Honda Civic in Nevada. Just over 1200 miles since the purchase, While home for a visit a sidewall blows out on the rear passenger tireSeriously upset @ having to replace tires on a vehicle that was supposed to be certified used car from Findley Honda. What a refreshing experience here at Americas Tire. They made great recommendations found her discounts on a full set with full size spare. Less than $600 w/ warranty, In and out just under 40 minutes . She was safe to make the drive back to Nevada. This is one reason why we trust America's Tire on Valley Central Way, in Lancaster. It has been, is now and will remain our home for all things tire related.Safe on the road, is how I always feel after a tire rotation and balance or even just a pressure check.Thank you Americas Tire.

Juan and the rest of the team treated my car, my wheels, and me, with nothing but respect. I was nervous about taking my Rays to get tires mounted, but extra time and care was taken to make sure I received top quality service. No complaints whatsoever.

Today was the second time I went to the shop to get a new tire (looks like my old ones are going out) and I am always welcomed nicely and professionally; I like the way they do business here: one time I watched them tighten the lug nuts with a torque wrench (which doesn't happen in so many places) they take careful notes about the rotation that the customer wants and they work fast and efficient - though the line can be fairly long in the parking lot they give you a time estimate and as the shopping centers are next door a person could just walk and do their shopping and the car would be ready ( they also send you a text message)Thank you for your help :)

The young men at this shop are super, happy, cool kids.. Customer care is nearly nonexistent these days and today I am raving about a tire shop. LOL!! . From front door, where you are greeted by several team members, to the shop where the work is done, it is quick, efficient and appreciated. Thank you

Never again. Something has gone wrong at this specific store in Lancaster CA.For 10 plus years across many cars everything was good until about 2021 or 2022.I always purchase 4 new tires at a time and rotate them.During a routine rotation at Americas Tire was told they cannot be rotated and must be replaced.I left, rotated myself, and safely drove 20,000 more miles on those tires until they reached legal stage of wear. Went to a different authorized dealer.When I had Slow leak from the tread area after 9,000 miles on new tires, Americas Tire was only store available to fix almost new tire... And this time said, oh no, cannot fix must buy new tire.I did, and took the tire they refused to repair to original authorized tire dealer where they fixed it without even saying it could not be repaired. This Americas Tire is either dishonest or playing it way too safe on the tires they sell and service. Will NEVER GO THERE again.After 10 years, and many sets of tires.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - I guarantee if they recommend a big service and you go to a different honest shop they will most likely tell you, you don't need the service at all. Has happened to me multiple times going to this chain in lancaster. They are money hungry. AVOID

I love America s Tires. Johnny helped me with putting pressure in my tires. Every time I ve had to come here these guys have been professional and courteous! Just all around nice! Whoever hires these guys must have a standard and it works!!! Thank you and God bless you all!

Dude today tried to rip my chick off and tell her that her tires were at 2 threading today.Smh took it to Ford and they told us they were fine. Instead of trying to scam a women out of her money try being a better mechanic so people keep coming back.

Not to bad of an experience as far as tire shops go. This one is vary clean and the staff is helpful. I like this company because they always use a toque wrench on the lugs. Other stores use impact tools , I dont like the impact to be used on my cars to toque the lugs . The gentleman that helped me today was super friendly and showed me many options before I made the decision to have four new tires installed with road hazard and free flat repair and rotation. I will be back as needed. I'm editing my review to 5 stars. Keith was just awesome to deal with. I've driven the vehicle around on all types of surfaces now, ruff roads smooth roads freeway ect. I'm very impressed with the recommended tires . When I tell my friends about America's Tires I'll tell them about my exceptional experience. One more edit. Just had another set of tires mounted up for my other car. Same experience as before. Just can't say enough about the great people at this store. Max stars all around. Well done.

Great service Everytime. Today, 9/29/23, I was greeted out the door. He offered me to go inside and have a seat, welcoming my dog as well and took care of checking me in. I think he noticed I was having trouble because I had hurt my ankle at work that day. He was actually really nice to every customer that came in. Nicest guy!!! It says on my sales receipt that Micah was the salesperson, I don't know if that's the guy that gave me my car back or if that was the guy that greeted me but they were both really kind.Thanks you guys. Even if I think of going somewhere else, that's the reason I always come back here.

Had a nail in the tire. Arrived around 9. Got checked in, and told car would be done around 1030. Car was in the bay 1030. Done at 11.Fast service. Good work.

Tires are always a big ticket item and this place is awesome! We have got tires here for years with the full warranty package. It seems like an extra expense when getting tires, but it has paid off in the long run. They are honest and able to service most cars quickly in an hour or so most of the time. I took my car to another place for service and they wanted to sell me two new tires with the oil change. I said I would take it back to America's Tire. They did a free tire rotation, free rebalance and inspection and the tires checked out fine. No issues needed. Overall a fair value for tires and a trustworthy source for tires.

Employees are very knowledgeable about their job, quick-service and they do a real good job! I live an hour and a half from where they are and that's where I get my tires and my tire service! I recommended for everybody!

They offer free air pressure check and fill over here. Got all my tires looked at, only took a few minutes. Very fast & convenient. Will be going back here for my other cars too.

Always greeted with a warm welcome and friendly words. This is by far the best America's Tire in the AV. Knowledgeable employees that work hard to get you in and out while never sacrificing quality of the job. Special appreciation for an employee named Micah and although any employee will treat you right Micah will definitely go far and above to make sure of your complete satisfaction. Thanks America's Tire and especially to MICAH!!!! You have once again earned my business again and again.

So service was great up until I pulled across the street on Valley central way to grab groceries as My son and I are walking to car I almost passed my car because my car didn t have damage on it earlier that day. So once I realized that this was my car I pulled right back across the street to address the damage. They immediately said they didn t do it without even looking first. So I waited about 5 mins and the guy who pulled my tire and rim out and the manager came to my car and said that there was no way a tire made the damage because it would be rubber and it would come off. I said well of course except for the fact that my rim was on the tire as well. So I asked if they had pulled the purple bag out before pulling the tire out from under the cover that the spare sits in and they said there was no need. I told them to reenact pulling the spare out with bag on it because AAA Definitely did. When he re-enacted it with the spare he almost hit the exact spot where damage is. They said it looks like it came from a garage. I don t use a garage. They were very rude and obviously very weird and finally after going back and forth for 10 mins he finally said he would submit a claim but he s sure it won t go through. The guy even said he didn t have to pull the tire from underneath the cover which was a big lie. I know AAA Didn t do it because I held the cover while he placed the tire UNDER the cover. I went back and asked for my tire because now I m convinced they lied about me needing a whole new tire in the first place due to one screw. I m definitely taking this one to court. Advice to women, make sure a guy handles these issues. I don t think the result would have been the same if it were my husband. They definitely would not have been talking super reckless to a 6 2 man. Oh and they were playing way too much in the shop, screaming and all as if it was a playground with little boys on it. Then tried to charge me 240$ for a tire I paid 180 for just a couple months earlier.

Walked in and had 4 new tires in less than an hour. Everyone was so nice. Muauga was especially helpful. I won't go anywhere else again for tires.

Very good customer care - I mean that. They have very good service, and the employees (especially Johnny) are knowledgeable and on the ball. They can order what they don't have in stock - we've used them as a family for over 15 years now.

Horrendously long wait times. I would be embarrassed if I had a shop that took 3 hours to put a single new tire on. (And they didnt even have to take it off the car! I took the tire to them!) At literally any other tire shop I could have had brand new tires put on all 7 of my cars in less time than it did for this one tire. Never coming back here again.
