I waited a full day to review to make sure I was set in my rating, and I can safely say that 5 stars is the LEAST I could rate. I had my accident at the start of March, got my car yesterday, and everyone at AV Collision was nice and helpful. I was so worried about how my car would be fixed, but they walked me around my car, gave me a breakdown on everything, and made sure I knew exactly what they did. I really appreciated it!

This shop is very knowledgeable and trust worthy, the experience I had having my vehicle repaired here is 100 times better than when I took my vehicle to a Subaru specific shop out in Santa Clarita. The repair was quick and they informed me every step of the way. With a quick turn around time and quality work done. I recommend this shop not very many shops like this in the AV.

Was reffered to them through insurance, great place, kept us updated on how it was going, door skin replaced and paint blend in roughly a weeks time id definitely use thiem again

Let me tell you i dropped off the car and it was a great experience jessie looked at the car said what he would repair and told me he would call me when he had ALL of my parts. Got the call he had all the parts dropped if my car.after 3 weeks of a nightmare of back and forth and getting broken promises it was exhausting. I finally got fed up to the point where i was going to call my insurance and tell them i need a new place for my car. I recieved a call from sergio and he fixed everything got my car the day it was promised he fixed all of the inconvenience and even came and picked me up at my house after hours in his personal vehicle just so i didnt have to go another night without my car. What would have been a negative star review turned into a 5 star. This company does high quality work just need to speak with the right people. They also had a very new office girl who made the whole thing frustrating because instead of finding out the whole story she would tell you something and then be like oh nevermind. So maybe some better training and i doubt there will be any more unsatisfied customers

I have never been in an accident, didn't know what to do, how to go about it and sure my truck was totaled and would never be the same.I was recommended to talk with Jesse here at AV Collision. He walked me through the whole process. Kept me updated on the status of my truck. He answered the 50 questions I had for him.Thank you so much for helping me through the annoying process of somebody hitting my vehicle and walking me through everything to bringing my truck back to like new!

My vehicle was going through months of issues at Caliber Collision and the paint shop. I called my insurance and AV Collision took over. They were very easy to work with and unlike the other shop, they put me first and took their time painting my car. I received updates and am very satisfied with the final result.

What should have been an absolute nightmare was honestly a smooth and easy process! My catalytic converter was stolen, everyones worst fear! I showed up to AV Collision panicked and in tears. Jesse was so kind and comforting throughout the whole process. He walked me through the process of making a claim with my insurance, how the repair would be handled and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back as quickly as possible, understanding that I run my own business out of it! I couldn t be more appreciative of the quality and care I received in such a stressful situation! Thank you guys so much for being genuine and kind people on top of highly skilled mechanics! Initial visit for estimate and drop off wasGood Richard very attentive. Briana (front receptionist). called to inform me that the car had been torn down and a supplement was sent into the insurance company. Repairs took along time I called to follow up on progress since I had not heard any updates for a while I asked for Richard several times but Briana would alway say he s in a meeting out with a customer? Asked to have Richard call me back, no call back. I was called that my car was done and ready for pickup, I had my wife s car I was swapping it out with. They checked in my wife s car and I received my car back. The front clip was crooked and when they blended the paint they did not spot putty the rock chips in the hood paint. I was informed that Paint chips are not part of the insurance claim. I get it, they should have called and asked if I wanted to pay to have the rock chips repaired for the best quality repair. Dropped off my wife s car. My wife s car had cosmetic damage to the hood was called that they tore it down and submitted a supplement to the insurance company,Really supplement?the damage was visual no tear down required. I was called that my wife s car was done I went to swap out but this time I inspected my wife s car first, same issue with the stone chips were painted over, but this was covered under the insurance claim. Went into the office the owner was working with an upset customer in the lobby he did acknowledge me by saying hi. Richard and Briana never did. Briana was on hold on the phone and Richard was at his desk working on the computer, so I decided to leave my wife s car to get the issue corrected and I would call instead of waiting. I called that evening no answer so I called the following day, and spoke to Sergio who said he would let the shop manager know about my wife s car. I also mentioned the Carmax sticker on the trunk to be polished out when they did the rework. I was called a couple days later that the car as done. I went to swap the cars out again. I looked at the rework on my wife s car and it looked good this time and yes! They did buff out the car max sticker. Kudos for that. Walking into the office to swap cars, Briana behind the counter and Richard on the phone, no acknowledgment, Briana walked out from behind the counter and started filling up the soda machine, she stopped filling the machine went to the back pulled my file and then greeted me to give me the key and collect my deductible. I left my car to have the front clip aligned. I called in later Sergio answered I asked to talk to the owner Jess he said he was in a meeting but would give him the message to call me. No return call. I received a call 2 days later that my car was done. I went to pick it up looked good went into the office Briana asked to have my car brought up from across the street, I told her I would grab it. Both my wife s car and my car repairs took longer to repair then told they would be. My car I understand needed parts and in these times we are in, parts delivery could be delayed but my wife s car did not need parts. Where is the customer service? Where is the quality? They leave a thank you card in your vehicle stating if you questions or if there s anything they can do to improve call?? I did, no return callsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you to the staff and mechanics at AV Collision. Everyone I came incontact with was very courteous and professional! Jesse was great, he made sure my car was well taken care of while in the shop. Very fast service! The repairs and paint job done to my car were perfect. The little extra things they did as well really made my experience with them amazing! The staff went above and beyond my expectations. I have damages to my back end not related to my accident and I will definitely bring back my car to get it fixed in the future. Highly recommend this shop!

Went in for an estimate. They are in no hurry to get any jobs. The property is packed. I walked in the office. There was a girl and a guy there and they didn't even acknowledge me walking in or standing there for a couple minutes. They have a sign up on the wall saying they charge $175 an hour for labor. That is ridiculous and insane.Sounds like a robbery to me

Called around and AV collision had the cheapest price not only that but the bracket they installed on my mini van they painted the same color as my van without even asking no other place was willing to do that without charging more! Everyone was extremely nice nice waiting room with great pop corn. I would definitely recommend this place for all your body work and more...

Had this company repair my Cadillac. They asked if they could use an aftermarket tail light..I said "no". well after watching my wife leave to workI noticed the tail lights do not match...seems they used an after market tail light anyways

Someone bumped me on the highway, and this was the repair shop my insurance sent me to. They did a great job and there's no sign of the damage that was done to my car. They have an agreement with my insurance to get billed directly, so payment was no hassle either. The only down side was their communication. They were great at first with updates through texts, but then they stopped after the initial completion date arrived and went. I had to call them back after they said they would call me back with an update a couple times. And I was never told the reason for the delay in repair time. Fortunately they were very friendly, and always answered my questions, so I would still recommend them as a repair shop.

I can t say enough good things about this business. The staff are courteous and professional. Engaging and constantly in communication with the customer by phone and text message! They perfected the repair and paint job and were so concerned that everything was top notch! You can definitely trust your vehicle in the care of AV Collision. I am a loyal customer and no other repair shop will touch my vehicles. Trust that and take it to the bank!

A terrible experience I drove my car on the second day the bumper that they replaced came off they didn't put the center console back in the bunch of scratches all over my car that weren't there before I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone worst customer service ever experienced can guarantee I am never come back to this place againService: Body & Trim

I visited this place way back in 2003 before my son passed. And they were very professional and fixed me up within three days. Which is why I chose them againThey are good from the moment you enter the lobby until they send you home. No fuss or frustration with these guys and they make sure that the Job they do is catered to your needs.

Horrible experience. They lie about everything.They told me I will have to leave the car for 5 day, my car has been there for almost 2 weeks now.They told me I will have a rental car for 5 days for zero cost, and they gave me a car only for 4 days.When I went to Enterprise to return the car they were charging me for the rental. Enterprise rental car hold $50 on my credit card and they still not return my $50Don't go to this places, you will feel so sorry.

I had an accident with damage to the driver s side of our 2015 X3. AV Collision did amazing job and the car looks better than ever. It s hard to source parts for any car right now due to delays around the country and the world. Jesse and his team sourced everything quickly and did an outstanding job. Service was quick and courteous, I got the estimate i needed for my car with no hassle and they sent it to the insurance company fast, i received the reimbursement for the car in about 5 business days. Great work with that fast service.

I picked up my 2001chevy silverado. Drove on to the street check engine light came on .went back to av collision fond 4 diagnoses codes, they cleared the codes. Started tuck check engine light came back on, with 2 codes. Was told it was a dirty air filter. Went to get fuel, truck stalled would not start. Called AV collision was told that it is not accident related. That they would look at it . At my expenseI told them that it was not that way when I took it in there there was no check engine light and it ran fineI ended up having a toad home lifted the hood looked around I found one wire to my fuse Box was not connected so I pulled the fuse main fuse Box and found 2 pinched wires in a loose connector the fuse Box had to be renewed in order for them to replace the front finger it was thereFault I do not recommend anybody going to the shop because they do not stand behind their work and even offer to tack a look.Service: Body & Trim

I took my vehicle here for a simple repair on the quarter panel that required bondo and fiberglass. All the reviews looked great so I decided to take it here since I'm not from the area. The first time they said it was done, they left the bottom of the panel un-buffed, bondo lines three inches long and many other imperfections in the paint. The second time they called and said it was good; I went down and there were 4+ imperfections in the paint and clear coat. I also noticed a significant mileage difference from when I dropped it off, which was alarming since it is a small parking lot and shop, but this was partially justified when Rick, the owner called me the next day. Rick also said he found a couple other imperfections when he personally looked it over. Then, Rick said my vehicle would be ready in three days and that he would personally be there when I come to check it out. That made me feel a little better. When it was ready, I took the trip down to them to find out that the OWNER, Rick, decided I wasn't worth his time because he was not there like he said he would be. That was infuriating to find out he was not there to present the vehicle which took three times to get right. After my final inspection with the manager it was up to par but when I ran my hand down the passenger side (opposite of the work) there was clear coat over-spray on the entire side. This all points to quick cheap work by this shop with no obvious quality control, case and point unfinished buff job the first day. It is unfortunate that a paint and body shop can not get paint and body right. On a positive note, the front desk ladies and gentlemen were always very friendly and understanding throughout. Finally, if an owner tells me they will personally keep an eye on it and present it to me on the THIRD try and they blow me off, I can not give this place a good review, that is business 101. I hope people are checking their work over in the sunlight. Poor quality, shoddy body work business. A.V Collision, please enact some sort of quality control and take better care of your customers.

Took my 2017 Honda Civic in after my neighbor backed into me and damaged my rear fender, they absolutely killed it. Could not even tell what happened, i highly recommend them. I will definitely be going back if i need something else fixed!!!
