Came in at 8:30am at opening. They took my car right away! Friendly owner, Joe! Auto shop located off of Division and Nugent st. Found him via Snap Finance, and thru google map. As of 03-15-22, the A V Auto service has 27 reviews. 4.6 stars out of 5!I called the shop the day before, to ask if he works on Honda Accords. Possibility of an oil leak, and may need new seals. Right away they put the car on the lift to check for any obvious leaks from below and the top of the engine. Recommendations was an engine clean, to pinpoint any leaks. After a few hours, they found NO leak. Culprit was possibly the regular maintenance by the oil change shop spilling oil. Very happy that it was nothing major, and if it was.... I feel secure that they would do a great job. Please note, that cars are different with different issues and can take time for repair. I was lucky that it wasn't anything major!Parking is minimal, recommend coming early before the shop opens!

Hands down this auto shop is the very BEST. He not only saved me around $700, he was prompt and a very humble man with great customer service. I dropped my car off Saturday, it was a long task at that. He went in on his off day on a Sunday to get my car to me so I wouldn t have to wait until Monday for no. additional charge. I m so grateful to find his shop. Phenomenal customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am have been going to this shop for 13 years I will not take my cars anywhere else. This is not your backyard mechanic he has all the proper equipment to tell exactly what is wrong with your car. Joe will not take advantage of being a woman and all I took the basic class for auto and we can agree on what is the best option to fix your vehicle, I will put my cats on this mechanic the best. When I was unable to leave my sickly mom he would pick my car up and return it, great service. Office my not be fancy but the service is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my car towed here for a no start issue. He charged me $60 for diagnostic that didn't reveal $#!+ .....he said it would cost $1500 to fix, I said "OK, I have that in my pocket right now, but if diagnostic doesn't tell u whats wrong, how do you know what it will cost?" His reply was priceless...."Take your car, it's to much work, I don't want to fix it." So I paid for another tow truck, all together, $210 wasted. Horrible experience, poor service...

I went to several repair shops in Lancaster this by far was the most affordable and professional. I needed my ac repaired I was told I needed a new compressor so I bought a used one from a wrecking yard and of course I was given the wrong part... My car had already been disassembled so I called the wrecking yard and explained the situation they refused to deliver the part to me which is less than 5 min away from there business The owner of the repair shop had a coworker drive me back to wrecking yard to get the correct part. This man went above and beyond to help me out. It s hard to find a reliable mechanic he is one of the good guys.

Not only did they fix replace my radiator but the or said if I bring it in they would have it done the same day. They closed at 5 but stayed til 730 to make sure I had my vehicle.

Very friendly professional workers they didn t overcharge me like most places because I m a female I called about eight different places and they couldn t see me till next week they were able to see me the next day and fixed my AC within 25 min BEST PLACE !!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioningServices: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning
