They are very respectful and have never over charged me. Rayes has always listened to my concerns and given me feedback on the repair and any potential future needs. They are always friendly and easy to work with and close to home. They are the best!

I ve took 2 of my vehicles there for service and they did a great job. They are very detailed and explains the issues your car have truthfully. There prices seem very reasonable for the work they do. I trust them & when I need work done.. I will be back.

Jim and Abdul are the best. They never overcharge. They are honest, reliable, friendly and quick. Ive had them work on my car multiple times . They even will make you coffee and give you a sandwich. As a woman, most shops try to take advantage of women with car troubles, but I feel comfortable here. They Always take my car-related stress away.Services: Electrical, Battery, Oil change

When you are able to find a great mechanic with integrity, it provides a great experience and confidence in handling the day to day maintenance we all need for our vehicles. Rayes Auto has been taking care of my vehicles for over a decade. Definitely recommend Jim.

Unfortunately they didn't fix my van, after 3 attempt (2 weeks total ) 2k spent and multiple parts replaced the engine light still ON.We went from replacing a.few parts to a engine replacement. It seems like they were guessing the issue every time (they claimed having 15k worth scanners). Very weird situation, having the feeling of not telling me the truth, not to mention that they did not give the receipt with the work done on my van.The shop was recommended from other mechanic I used.

Great priceI went to Toyota in Tustin for mechanical issue they quoted me to $2k worth of repairsThis place only charged me 500$Imagine that!!!!!

I have been coming to Rayes Auto Service for years. Always fixed the issues and never overcharged. Fair prices on the labor and parts. Great mechanics, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, if you are looking for a shop to maintain all your vehicles.

I left my car with them after telling them what the AutoZone printout from the computer said and negotiating a price for those repairs. They said it would be done that day. When I hadn't heard from them a half hour before they closed I called them. Jim said it would be done soon and hung up on me. I called back because I wasn't sure if he meant by six (closing time) and he said it was ready now. I get there a twenty minutes later and my car's hood is up, Jim is standing over my car's engine with a mechanic in the driver's seat trying and failing to start the engine. I'm obviously upset that my car's not running but was polite and agreed to leave the car until the next afternoon. "I'll call you" Jim said after I said afternoon. Sure enough, it wasn't until 3:48 the next day that they called and said it was ready. They said it was running "much better". I paid. I noticed it was still running very ragged as soon as I left but thought, "well, the check engine light is off now so it's probably fine." It came on ten minutes later. Jim is refusing me a refund saying that he did the repairs I asked for. I never told him not to do his own diagnostic, which seems like a no brainier for a mechanic, I only showed him the printout and negotiated a price for new spark plugs like it said. (And ignition coils, which Jim showed me the old ones when I came to get my car the first time and said they were covered on oil but when I came to get it the second time they said they hadn't replaced them so that's a whole other thing).To summarize: they kept my car a day longer than they said without notifying me, finally told me it was fixed with no other communication, it still has the same problem and I'm out hundreds of dollars

I took my truck to change the hose of the hydraulic system, I paid him and they did not change anything, they seem like people who want to help you but they are very dishonest. be careful check the service you ordered

Have been going to these guys for over 10 years. I plan to stay with them even after I move 65 miles away. Always great. Fair and affordable and they never do unnecessary work and there has never been any "surprise " repairs that pop up like other places.

I love this place. They used to be 2 minutes from my house and now they re at this new location but I m more than happy to drive and have my car checked by them. Excellent service, always very straightforward, they re quick and always try to squeeze me in even when I don t have an appointment. They re awesome.
