Please make sure to read the reviews before going to this store. I failed to do so and lost over $250 dollars. Went in looking for a steering wheel and the hub for my car. Called the shop asking if they had the parts available and was told that yes they had them. I went to the store later the same day and asked yet again. The guy looked it up and told me that the hub would fit "Fast and Easy". Took the items home and to my surprise it didn't fit. I tried for about an hour to try and fit it but it would not go in. It ended up breaking my steering angle sensor and air bag cables. Went back the next day and asked for a refund which they DONT GIVE REFUNDS surprise surprise. I had asked twice if the part would fit and I was told twice that yes it would fit. The lady told me they only give refunds if the part doesn't fit, which I kept telling her it didn't. The only thing she kept saying was that the paper in the box said it does fit so she cant do anything besides give me store credit. Terrible store and terrible advice I would take my money and time anywhere but here.

I was looking for a wing, needed only the deck, but they pushed to make me buy brackets and endplates which I had. The 2 guys said it'll fit my car perfectly or you can come bring it back. I also ordered the high brackets the same day (This was Saturday). One of the guys said come on Monday to pick your brackets up.I come on monday leaving work early, and there is a lady over the counter, I ask for my brackets, gives the two guys a call, then says the brackets won't be here til 6pm. So I let her know it's no problem, so she gives them another call. She tells me the brackets won't be here until FRIDAY. She said my only two options right now is a full (as in MONEY BACK, this is important later) refund, or I can wait until Friday. I just picked up different brackets in their store and headed home.Turns out the wing did not fit at all. It was way too small. I call the store and let the lady know that I'm going to bring it back, it doesn't fit.Then she tells me she can't DO refunds. At ALL. Only store credit.This store is scummy. They'll do anything to make a sale and keep your money, even if it means giving you fake facts, delaying your parts so they can give you cheaper alternatives even if you paid full price, and offering to refund something but taking the offer back on a larger item.

Gave me the wrong partLied to me and said my order was going to be there in a week and it ended up taking 3 weeks and 2 days to get there. To top it off it was the wrong part and didn t even fit. Now that I want my refund he wants to order me another part and said it going to take a week but no I don t believe that and want my money back !!!!!

This place is not well organize you place the order. They tell you it will be in the next day. It been three days coming to this store i call before and they say its here then when you get to the store and ask if the part arrived they say tomorrow what kind of BS is this.This is a update: still waiting for a damn cold air intake, is about 3 weeks now and I'm taking legal action now. This place just can't take your money and never give your parts you order. I call this place so many time they always say "can i get your name and number for i can call you back" they never called me back ever. Im going tomarrow and talk to "who" ever in charge to give my money back or they can go to court because this is a scam. If you going to treat your costumers like crap don't shop here.

I bought a light bar from them, and they didn t have anything that would fit on my Dodge. I bought a product that I can t use, and can t get a refund. Best to discribed the store, Thieves!

Forced me to spend the 5 dollar I had in store credit with something I didn't even want and I didn't even want to use the 5 dollars in credit but he forcefully gave me the 5 dollar item that I didn't even want. He basically wanted me out of the store for not wanting to use the rest of my store credit.

The staff are very friendly and eager to help...If an item isn't in stock they will order it and wait time is reasonably short.

They are some thieves never shopping there again because i ordered a exhaust from them for about 2 months ago and i still haven't gotten it or even a call from them i need to call to see whats up with my order but they always say "oh, we dont know...Maybe its on its way"

Cool staff and everything just that they need to work on getting customers orders in good time, the waiting time after you ve paid is excessive you have to keep calling and calling them until it catches their attention.
