My wife and I got a flat tire late in the evening this week. We called for a tow truck but assumed we'd have to have the car towed to a place and come back the next day. We were also an hour away from home so this was a difficult situation. We called Costco since it was the only place still open and asked if they could help. They told us to come as soon as possible so they could try. We immediately loaded the car on the tow truck and headed there. All of their bays were full and they were closing soon. However, Nathan who took care of me and the supervisor, Juanita, were incredibly kind. They understood we were an hour away and also had our cat with us so they found a way to get us new tires installed. I can't express how grateful I was for their service and support. On top of that, the price was fantastic. I price checked it against the place I normally get my tires and the Costco price was. $100 less. I know where I will get my next set of tires!

Great service, but as for customer service, they make people wait too much, even when is a scheduled appointment. There are always more people, but they usually pretend to be busy when they're not.Hope this can improve and will definitely be 5 stars

I had an appointment at 3pm to have my tires rotated. After two hours and 45 minutes, I was told that two of my tires needed to be replaced but they didn't have time because they were closing in 15 minutes!! They ended up checking my air pressure and filling my tires! Also, all the parking spaces reserved for the tire center were taken -- a lot of regular shoppers were using those spaces. I had to park my car at the very last row in the back of the parking lot. I think that is the reason why I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes -- they simply forgot about my car!

I had a Bridgestone Tire Installation, today, and could have not more Impressed and Happy with the Customer Service I received, it really helps to have a Appoint, and scheduling during the slower mid-week time, is a Win Win for customers and Employees. I want to express a Special Thank-you to Service Advisor, Jesse, who checked me in, she is so Knowledgeable, Friendly,Professional who explains all the details and graciously answered all my Questions, she never made me feel like a number or Rushed, at any time. I also asked several mechanics Questions, and all the Employees, were very Polite and Helpful!! Thank-you to Lakewood Tire Center for making my Day!!

This is the worst tire shop I ever seen. The customer service is so bad trying to reach all contact the department and they never pick up the phone being transferred to different departments. Management authority should know better when a customer needs help admin and tire department never pick up the phone or they will pick up and put on hold. I ve been trying to reach the tire department today to reschedule the time. I ve been trying to call from 10 o clock and still no one s answering very disappointed.

Took over an hour to just buy a battery due to the poor customer service. All they had to do was ring me up and due to only one person working the counter it took way to long to do something so simple

Avoid at all cost!! I had Costco in high regards but after my back to back experience with this location, I m never setting my foot into this one. Takes 3 to 4 hours just to get a tire rotation done EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Tire pressures are all wrong, missing tire valve caps! Also Management is a nightmare and workers with an attitude is just the cherry on top. Been coming here for the last 5 years but enough is enough. Even if you have to drive a few extra miles to get to a another costco tire, just drive the extra miles but please just avoid this location

i went in to get a tire repaired -and the tire had to be replaced. i spent two days waiting for the tire -I waited 5 hours the first day to have it checked -and then 8 hours the next day because the first costco didn t have the tire. this place is the most inefficient place to take care of a flat tire. I never would have come here except that i bought my tires at Costco and needed an emergency flat repair. I tried calling both days and nobody picked up the phone.

This has the worst customer service, they never pick up the phone. Julia at the counter had zero people skills. The service is slow. Management needs to do better and retrain everyone. I expected more from Costco .

8/30:/22 Customer service is terrible. They had ordered a tire from Tire Rack and it has been over two weeks. I could have ordered it myself and it would have arrived in 4 buisness days. I've been trying to call them over the phone and it just rings. The supervisor that "helped" me was Hernan. Took him three weeks to call me back and say he never received a tracking number or anything other than find out they were out of stock.9/15/22: I ended up going to Signal Hill Costco Tire and I got my tire delivered within 4 days and installed the following week. Save yourself a trip and don't come here. I'm very disappointed.

Before coming here my car was in excellent conditions but I came here for new tires and strangely right after it was given to me it had the transmission light on. I just find it so strange! Has anyone experienced something similar?

Expect a wait in all aspects. Our appointment was at 11am I arrived at 10:38am and the checked me in at 11:27am. Yes nearly an hour wait (3 people in front of me in line when I arrived). I asked about how long would it take to determine if I should go home of just wait. They said one hour and a half to two hours. So I went to get breakfast and to the mall. Well it really for 4 hours to get my tires changed. The employee was rude at pick up and told me I had 2 missing caps. We didn t but didn t take a picture before leaving the trucks so I guess I will be purchasing new ones. I fought I will be back at that location.

Sincerely disappointed in Costco s customer service. Apparently you re only allowed to have tire emergencies from 10-11am. I went in today about 2pm after an emergency flat tire, and neither Lakewood nor Signal hill would take me because they were booked and were no longer seeing emergency visits. Even after I said I d be more than happy to wait until closing to pick up my car, this was their solution: Try coming the next day before opening (10am) and MAYBE we will be able to see you. They couldn t guarantee an appt until Thursday.As a teacher who doesn t have that time, I m not sure how I was supposed to repair my tire ASAP. Costco wasn t helpful today, and these are THEIR tires.

The customer service is terrible. The guy that is working the front desk looks like he hates his life and doesn't want to be there. He works extremely slow and doesn't care how long of a line he has. Any other tire shop will treat you better. Wait time to talk to the guy was 2 hours that's ridiculous. I will 10000% not ever come back here.

Jesse helped me so much! Got me the help I needed when I needed it and was so kind and helpful. So glad I came to this Costco for my tires. One of the best experiences I ve had that could have been more stressful and expensive.

Horrible customer service I love Costco but the tire center is the worst. Never answer my phone calls and when I had 4 new tires placed on my car, I had tire pressure turn on the next day, they over inflated my tires. Hope they fire everyone at this location

Went here a few months ago, got new tires, had them installed, no issues, great prices. Went here with my sister today to get tires for her truck, Jessie was helping us, very friendly, knowledgable and got us out quick. Prior to helping us there was a guy giving her a hard time, complaining that Costco batteries were bad, because he had gone to Norwalk's Costco and the batteries there were bad and he had to return it. He starts to raise his voice as she's explaining that they don't check their new batteries, if it's bad he can return it for a full refund. Poor girl had to get her manager, she was calm and civil to guy, everyone was glad to see him leave.

I had the worst experience waiting in line. This guy Ignacio should not be in the front. I literally waited 1 hour in line and it was because of Ignacio. He literally was clueless the whole time, he made things more difficult and as a result it costed the people waiting in line a lengthier time. I would want to give a 5 star to Noe, man that guy deserves a raise. He literally is a one man unit. No one else helps him or know what they are doing. He is still kind despite being bombarded by multiple customers and dealing with his co workers inability to function. He was fast and on it, but he is fighting a losing battle with those co workers. Noe can t do everything on his own. I respect that man greatly now!

Horrible tire service. The front desk guy has no courtesy and slow. They just ignore like they dont see you waiting in line and leave you hanging there. I had appointment at 1 p.m to do tire rotation and balancing. They just have just pulled my car in after I went back and talked to them. They pulled in a car which was scheduled behind me first. After I contronted them. They said that they were waiting for a bay to accomodate my GMC truck. That is balony. All bays are the same. The skinny guy with tattoos are cold with attitude even he said he is apologizing. Costco needs to treat these guys good to give them motivation. Avoid costco tire. Go somewhere else.

Horrible, horrible customer service. The phone just rings and rings and rings and is never answered. I actually contacted the store to see if anyone was working in the tire department and was given some lame excuse. I bought tires there and supposedly have free tire rotation for the life of the tires but what good is it if you cannot schedule a time for the rotation? Rip off

Orderd the 2 tires on Sat 04/29/23. Today Friday 05/05/23 no phone call to tell me if the tires arrive or not. My calls were not answered.

Had an awesome experience with Hernan and his team. His team went above and beyond on checking on our tires and switched out a component that was causing our car's tire detection to not work correctly and we really appreciate it. Highly recommend this place.

This tire center is tiresome. Their motto do the work with zero accountability for running down car batteries and scratching cars and leaving the interior looking like a workshop.

Unacceptable service.I came in late on a Sunday. My tire got flat while shopping, so I went in to see if there was anything they could do. They told me that unfortunately it was too late in the day. But that was fine. But then the person in front sarcastically told me to get home safe.

They refused to help me with service but as soon as my father called they did not give him any problems and happily serviced MY car. It s a disappointment to be subjected to different service because the men here think I don t know what I m doing or talking about. I ve had to unfortunately interact with the Costco employees at this tire center a few times now and I think going forward I ll just drive out of my way to get the tires serviced elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Wait times are extremely unnecessarily long only to yield not assisting you at all, Support staff are unaware how to assist and fail to provide the proper knowledge to resolve tire concerns..

I give them 5 Stars because Miller saved my night. I was almost left stranded in the street with no way to get home. I pulled up to this tire shop, still shaking of how nervous I was and my son was so nervous. It was just a bad night, my car wasn't driveable. But once I pulled up to this place for help, the very helpful guy that was there Named Miller saved us. I was so blessed to have him standing at register when I walked in confused and scared. Without thinking about it, he helped me and I made it on my way home. He was truly a blessing to us by helping my son and I. There's not very many helpful people now a days that's the reason I wanted to share this. Thank you Miller, my son and I will forever be so thankful for saving us last night, if it weren't for him who knows how long I would had been there in the street waiting.

Terrible customer service and the worse waiting time! One person checking in. I was the 5th in line and waited one hour and half!
