I found this jewel of a shop with amazing people. The owner Mike did a smog test for me. I have never had such fast service before anywhere else. I will be back for sure and I highly recommend them for your needs. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Mike has worked on our car in the past 2 yrs. We have been able to get my car in, get an estimate & fixed at a price we were able to afford. Mike is a life saver to an ollder couple

I recommend this place highly to everyone they are very honest I drive a 2018 Chevy traverse took my car for an oil change to the dealership they told me that I needed brakes and a new air filter I dropped it off at Winter Gardens smog in tune got a phone call after they fully inspected the brakes and the rest of the vehicle and they told me that I didn t need brakes they re always very honest and I m very grateful they saved me a couple hundred dollars on something I didn t even need I will always use them for every vehicle my whole family uses them I recommend you use them as well. I recommend them to everyoneService: Brakes

Received great customer service from Justin. Mike the owner thoroughly explained my vehicle s service findings. I was extremely pleased no high pressure to unnecessarily spend money on repairs. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

The service at Mike's shop is absolutely top notch. From smog testing to service and maintenance Mike and his crew have kept 3 generations of my families vehicles running strong, including this guys Ford 150 with over 250,000 miles on it.Highly recommend

Mike and co have been taking care of my vehicles for 30yrs. Great service, very knowledgeable mechanics, fair prices. Everyone I recommend to them come away satisfied. Hard to find honest people like these guys today!

Always down to earth and helpful. Mike is a very competent owner who never sells you things you don't need. The price is always reasonable, affordable and fair. I will be a customer for life. They do all sorts of car repair, maintenance and as a bonus they do all things smog related. P.S. Justin is so helpful and help makes the process virtually painless. Thanks guys

Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking. I've brought 6 cars here, for various maintenance and repairs. They send me info and photos during the job, to ensure I am making informed decisions. Great people, great service, great communication.

this is a really good automotive repair shop. Nice people that care about doing good work at a fair price. I've had them do smog checks and AC work and I have friends that have had them do diagnostics and all sorts of repairs. They're good guys and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love these guys. I have been going there for a while. They have always done exceptional work on my car when needed and are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to smogging and different options one may have. I highly recommend these guys. This is the BEST Vehicle Repair Facility in East County. I am a mechanic and choose to have them do my cars and trucks. They have serviced my mother's and mother in laws cars for years also. Whenever someone asks about a Quality Repair Shop, these are the guys I recommend.

Mike and Justin @ Wintergarden's Smog & Tune are always looking out for me and my family (3 generations). They fair, honest, and reliable. Their mechanic's do exceptional work and communicate what is needed and things that need to be done on next visit.

Winter Gardens Auto, it's not often that you hear the words ((Honest Mechanic)) in the same sentence!!!. I'm telling you that's exactly what they are. They're honest, good-hearted, hard-working, pillars, of the community. I'm not sure exactly how many years they've been in business, they have been here the entire time I've lived here. Winter Gardens Auto was very highly recommended to me, I am passing that high recommendation on to whomever is reading this. I guarantee you Justin and Mike are honest and if they can help you they will. What I mean by that is some things just have to go back to the dealership and that's life but they'll tell you they're not going to take your money and not fix it for you if it needs to go to the dealer and they'll tell you it needs to go to the dealer.

I made my way over to Wintrrgardena Smog & Tune to get my truck smog done snd that went perfectly. The owner is a guy named Mark and he was very professional and also competent.Another really cool and locally owned Lakeside business that is exceptional.

I highly recommend these guys at Wintergardens Smog and Tune. They've always been up front about the work I've needed on all cars in my family. I looked high and low for mechanics I could trust after mine had retired. These guys are Great!! Please check them out if you want honesty, and good work.

Walked in needing a smog, they had just gone on their lunch break, but the tech said to bring it on in, and they got it done right then for me. Friendly and professional. Definitely going back for any shop work my Prius may need.

I trust this mechanic like I would trust my dad! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They don t try to get you to do stuff you don t need. The most honest mechanics I've ever gone to. My entire family (including parents, sibling, cousins etc) has been going to Wintergardens Smog for about 10 years now. Have never had a bad experience.

These guys are great. I have taken all of my cars there for years now. Very honest. They have done everything from breaks, smogs, and the dreaded check engine light issues. They have a customer for life.

9/18 called and spoke to Mike got price and found out if they could do smog.. Called back and made appt but mike said had to be following week cause he said sometimes machine he needs for older cars doesnt alwayswork so appt for 10am Tues 9/24...took car in this morning and he REFUSED towork on it said he doesnt work on older cars.. Explained he knew it was a 1999when appt was made..finally said he only smogs previous customers cars. Had I known that I wouldn't have wasted my time. Also he took another customer that arrived after us first saying they were in a hurry (the guy said he wasnt) even though we had an appointment! Plus after still refusing to smog car told us we could go down the street to a different smogstation. Called BAR when got home and was told a star station shouldn't pick and choose what cars he works on. I'm new to the area looking for a shop and now you couldnt pay me to take my car there!!! BEWARE!
