Esteban from vanguard Auto sales truly made it a hassle-free experience. He made it so easy just with a phone call alls I had to do was shower up after a hot long day and spend about 15 minutes finalizing everything. He even had my truck cleaned and plated ready to go. I recently lost my father and he happened to leave me and my mother a little bit of money so we took a portion of that for a down payment. I even went to a credit union and they told me it would be over a thousand dollars a month to finance the rest of the truck. Esteban found multiple loan agencies in order to find me a better rate. And he didn't give up until he found something within my budget. I'm so grateful for his hard work and making so easy after a long hard day at work. He made so all I had to do was sign a few papers with a two year warranty for drive train, and honestly you barley get that anymore from some of these shady carlots. This is an honest, try hard to find you the best deal type of place. I love them for being so helpful and will definitely return for a repeat business. For awhile. And definitely telling all of my friends if they need a good honest car/truck dealer.

Thank you Fred and Vanguard Auto! I can tell you this car buying experience is one of the best I have ever had! Fred is professional, very honest, fair and every question I had he answered it. I m only posting this review because I know the car buying experience can be a hassle and this was not. If you re looking for a reputable dealer this is it!

I had been looking for a car for the last few days and today I went to a different auto sales that really rubbed me the wrong way so I was really tired of them. By chance my wife found this auto sales and at first I was skeptical because I don t like it when sales men are pushy but, Fred was chill and asked small amount of questions, he let me check out the cars for myself and then when I asked to test drive he let me drive it on my own. I test drove 2 cars but, I know if I asked for other ones he would have been okay with it. The experience was easy, probably the easiest one I ve had to be honest. I ended up purchasing a Nissan Altima really good mileage and runs great. Super easy and smooth experience very transparent overall.

If you're looking to buy a new car, you should go see Esteban. He is very good at making you feel comfortable. He goes out of his way to do everything he can to get you the best deal. This is the first time I ever financed a car and he made me feel comfortable and he went out of his way to find me the type of car I wanted and even the color. I recently lost my Husband of 37 years and he was very considerate of my needs. He also helpt my son get his truck and took great care of him. I would urge anyone I know If you want to buy a new car Go see Esteban at Vanguard Auto Sales! He will take great care of you!!!

My initial interaction with Fred, online and via phone, was great. Was not pushy and just friendly as well as descriptive about the car I was interested in. Upon arrival to fill out the final paperwork, Esteban greeted me. He was also friendly, transparent and was able to answer my questions with detail. I ended up leaving with my new car and completely satisfied and confident that I chose the right people to do business with. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Super quick and easy service, was able to pick up a very clean Toyota Tacoma truck. Fred was very kind and helpful. Definitely will recommend coming here if your looking in purchasing a vehicle.

This place is a great place to buy a car from . They were very helpful and if you do go here , please ask for Fred . He s great and friendly . Would recommend this place to buy a car from !I would like to edit my review and rate it down to a one star and if I could do no stars I would . First off how does a company have every review five stars ? Second Fred tried to scam my friend with a car . He s not a honest person and they buy salvaged cars for 1000 dollars and the get them fixed by the mechanics they have at their dealership and then sell it for 100,000 knowing that you will never be able to get the dmv to approve the car to even ride on the streets . A total scam . The bank didn t even know he had sold my friend a car and she was upset when she figured out what he did . I won t go into details but a total waste of time . Please save yourself from being scammed and go elsewhere with your money . Thanks

My family and I have purchased vehicles from this lot for a while and every time we do, Esteban always goes above and beyond for us in every way! I really appreciate and love the attentiveness to details when it comes to comfortability and transparency regarding any and all vehicles. I haven't had a car or experience from this lot that I don't love and I will 1000% be back in the future if need be. We bought a car! All thanks to Fred. We had a horrible experience before this but Fred made up for it. He was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn't try and sell us on anything we didn't want and corresponded quickly. He gave us all of our options and made sure we were happy. We'll definitely be coming back for our 2nd car. 10 out of 10. Extremely helpful. Started negotiations on the phone and was able to get us approved before we even drove into the lot. Our family purchased a vehicle from Vanguard Auto Sales on Sunday, October 22, 2023. We worked with Fred, and he was amazing. My wife and I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Fred helped us decide on the ideal purchase. We purchased a beautiful Jeep that was extremely clean. He was more than professional and friendly. He did not "sell" us on anything. He educated us and provided support to help us with our decision. Fred went above and beyond our expectations in purchasing a vehicle. I was so satisfied with Fred and Vanguard Auto that I will give them a call prior to purchasing our next vehicle and will have them locate the one we are looking for so we can purchase it through them. My wife and I were shopping all around our area for a family vehicle that we could use to build our credit up with. Fred was the only person to listen to what we wanted and worked to satisfy our requests. Everywhere else we went gave us outrageous rates and tried to force us to buy their worst vehicles for way too much in cash. Fred and the team at Vanguard Auto Sales are the truth. 5 star from start to finish.

Amazing! Esteban helped me to set up financing and everything over call and I worked with Fred when I got there. Fred is amazing - so sweet, extremely helpful, made sure any problems or concerns were fixed. I live 3 hours away and Fred stayed late to help me do everything and find what s best for me and the car. Definitely recommend this place, they re great people and a great place to buy a car.
