My parents just bought a car here and we drove off with it today. We were so impressed by their amazing customer service. Evan was very educational, upfront and honest (I know this because my brother was in car sales and I used to be in sales as well)! They were not pushy or aggressive. They were so patient with all the questions. My parents were nervous about purchasing a salvage titled car so they had no problem or hesitation letting us drive it to a body shop (of our choice) so they could check it out. The guy at the body shop said he was surprised that even though he could tell some cosmetic body work was done, structurally it was in excellent shape and it ran like a new car. The mileage was low and that s rare for a 2015 used car. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. There was no pressure and the salesman here don t need to be that way because they know they sell their cars at a great value for the price. We highly recommend Red Star Auto!!!

Great service! They worked with us and we were able to get a great deal for a great car. Evan explained everything with great detail, he answered all our questions and made sure that we were completely comfortable with our purchase. I will definitely send my friends and family here and will come back for my next car!

Evan was super nice and informative and just sold me my very first car! He answered all of mine and my mom s questions very thoroughly and helped navigate us through financial options. His customer service went above and beyond any other auto shop! Im in love with my car and I just bought it yesterday!

Both Evan and Fred were incredibly helpful throughout this process, and ensured that I take my time and really confirm if the car was a perfect fit. It was! And the the process of buying the car was smooth as they made sure to let me know every detail regarding the car and that I was getting the best deal possible.Overall a really great experience!

Found this shop because of their awesome prices. But the best part of my shopping experience was the service and transparency that Evan showed with me and my family.All questions were answered thoroughly. And Evan was happy to let us try and look at the cars from all angles.Came in wanting to look, left with a great car.

Even was very helpful getting my car was a good experienceThanks. A few days later the check engine light came onIt turned out was both catalytic converters were at fault. The took care of it and replaced both for me with Subaru cats for $5000 installed. That is the best customer service!!! thanks!

We came to Red Star Auto from out of state. Prior to driving there, I called and asked about a vehicle shown on the website. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and shared details, both good and bad, about the vehicle. We agreed on a price and we drove to CA to test drive the vehicle.We found the vehicle to be as it was described on the website and by the salesman. There was no pressure to purchase and we had ample opportunity to test drive it and look over its features. We delivered a check for the agreed upon price and drove off with the vehicle. We have been happy with it ever since.

This was the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I financed a 2017 Nissan Sentra. The salesman Evan Tobya was super helpful during the whole process. He wasn t hesitant to give me any information that I asked for in regards to the vehicle and even presented me with a few options to choose from. He even went out his was to help me drive my new down the street to my place so I can drive my old car back. Definitely recommend you shop with these guys!

I came in to Red Star to buy a 2005 4Runner and experienced great service and hospitality throughout the experience. They allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic in PB to inspect the car which was great. An issue came up in the inspection and they fixed it same day! Evan was great to work with, very knowledgeable and honest. He answered all of my questions, was transparent, and walked me through all the paperwork patiently. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used car in the San Diego area!

Evan was very helpful, nice, and patient. My car broke down and I had to buy another one the same day - this shop made sure that happened. They care about safety and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good yet affordable car! Just make sure to check out the car before leaving - three out of four tires on my car were bald and now I have to get new ones. However, I chalk this up to my inexperience in buying cars because I forgot to look at the tires before buying. I think if I had brought it up, Evan would have helped me out somehow.
