I had not needed a body shop in years so when I needed one for my 2020 Mustang I did a lot of research. Mapleview Collision was referred by my insurance who I have been with for over 20 years. I met with Gil and he took a real interest in getting my car back to it's premium state. He made me feel very comfortable about leaving my car with them. Shortly after dropping it off he called and let me know they had found a little more damage after they got it taken apart and he had already contacted my insurance and ordered parts to keep the repair moving along. Alexis in the front office was very helpful and kept me updated and confirmed when I could pick my car up. On the day of the pick up my car looked like brand new! Completely detailed exterior and an exact color match which I was very worried about since it is race red. I went over the area that had been damaged and could not find one little imperfection!!!! Completely amazing workmanship! If I ever need body work done on any of my cars in the future, this is the place I will be coming to.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Was referred to this business to have repairs done to my vehicle. They were quick and their auto body/paint side is great. But their assembly guys are not up to par. Less then a month later and my bumper is coming apart, headlight is out of adjustment, and headlight is leaking water into it. UPDATE!!! lowered my review from 2 stars to 1 star. All the paint work they did is bubbling and flaking off my car not even a year later. Worst shop ever.Service: Body & Trim

They do not return phone calls, they will keep your car for however long they want!!!! Customer service is very rude!!! My car has been in the shop over 2 months with hardly any updates.DO NOT GO HEREWe tried getting our jeep towed out of the shop and they are holding our jeep hostage saying our jeep isn t ready to be towed out to another shop when we told them our new shop would take the jeep as is!! We just want it the heck out of there and they won t even give us our jeep back. They re all phony and never keep a word they say. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! They had our jeep for our 2 months and NOTHING was done you can tell in the picture below as the jeep sat everyday for months while they told us it was being worked on and it wasn t it was just sitting there! WE HAD TO BEG THEM TO GIVE US OUR JEEP BACK BUR WE FINALLY ARE GETTING IT TOWED TONIGHT!!!!! I ve never been more relived in my life to get this jeep out of this shop to other shop that will actually work on the jeep and stick to their word on what they re going to do. Mapleview Collision Center has impeccable customer service! Gil took the time and explained the extent of the damage done to our car. He is quite knowledgeable and has had decades of experience! He gave us an estimate and it was within dollars of what The cost actually was to repair. We were given an estimated date of completion and throughout the whole process Oscar Ivan and Gil contacted me weekly for a status update. Our car was finished a week ahead of schedule and our car looks brand new and runs perfectly! The men who worked on our car did an excellent job attending to every detail. Our tire rims were even buffed out to look brand new ! The car was cleaned both outside and inside. I am so appreciative of the professionalism friendliness and respect we received from Mapleview collision center. And their work is lifetime guaranteed! I don't have time to write out the full details of what all went wrong at this shop because there were many things.Key Notes:They had my Sprinter for TWO MONTHS and didn't even fix the one of the main issues (not going in park or reverse) I had it towed there for that I called and told them about.When I went to pick it up they said they had to finish paperwork with Geico before they could release the car. So I came to pick it up two days later and the dash was still torn apart and not put back together.They tried to charge Geico $350 for a detail on the car. I can tell you after looking at it. Someone spent 10min spraying everything down with an oily spray there was still so much dirt inside and out of the van.They never called to give me updates about the van. I understand not calling the first week or so but when you have my vehicle for this long I should be getting updates every 2-3 days letting me know youre working on it. It's a 5min call.Service: Electrical

I wish I knew about this company before. Sadly I've been in several fender benders and when I was sent here I now know where to come back or send my family and friends too. They communicated clearly to me what was going to happen. Kept me updated via text. Finished early and the job completed was beautiful. I love this place. The people were so nice. I highly recommend them.

I went to get my porsche bumper fixed. left with my rear view mirror completly broken and No one would even acknowledge my complaint. Very bad customer service I really dont know how they stay in business. please stay away!!!!!! dont take your car there. you will get robbedService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Wow, the staff at Mapleview Collision were the BEST. I brought my car here, Geico bid, and a couple other places. I read the the reviews on Yelp and this place really stood out. Like they all said, Oscar was amazing to work with. He always checked in to let you know how the repairs were moving along. I picked up my car and the repair was great along with an added bonus. They buffed out the mark on my bumper from my garage door.Thank you!

Is definitely lower than a one star.The worst. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. My SUV has been at the body shop since January 25th . Still not ready. I been chasing them every single day since due date, March 6. I have visited the body shop. 2 times for a potential pick up, but SUV has a lot of super imperfection, sloppy work. Mapleview was highly recommended by my insurance Wawanesa. Biggest mistake. Theirs more to this experience/ nightmare.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Welding

If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! Sent our car to this shop due to the distance from my home and Geico s partnership. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE. My car spent over 3 weeks sitting outside in the rain without a window or any covering of the opening. I would ve never known if my wife didn t drive by to check on the car because they called me two weeks prior and stated the window was in and informed Geico the window was in!!(Obviously, that was a lie!) Then, they stated for 3 weeks they couldn t get the parts in for my car. Then, the parts magically showed up one day, but they were the wrong part. They said the correct part would be there in 5 days, despite them not having any sort of ETA before, but when the part got there it again it was the wrong part . Insurance only covers the rental car for so long and this shop refused to extend rental coverage on their own dime and claimed they were at zero fault for no repairs being made on my car after a month of it sitting there. I understand there s a national parts shortage, but they ordered the wrong part TWICE and continue to blame it on everyone else, but never themselves. I told the owner that I needed him to extend rental coverage because it s ridiculous that they claim it s not their fault for the wrong part being ordered and my children have school, I have work, my wife has work, my children have therapy 4 times a week, etc. and the owner got angry and said he s absolutely not extending rental coverage because none of this is his fault!! TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS HERE!!!! I won t be surprised if he attempts to hold my car hostage like he did others here on these reviews!!!!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

My car got keyed in the shopping mall in 2 places & needed to be repainted. I went to Chevy in Mission Valley which I love and go there for everything. They gave me quote but weren t farmers approved. Mapleview was, plus close to my house so I decided to give the business in my neighborhood. They didn t want to paint the entire plastic front bumper where Hello was scratched in, only that area which would have looked terrible. I told them, then I will take it to Chevy because they were he said ok we will do it. I picked my car back up when finished I noticed my inside lights weren t coming on like normal when I opened the door, the clock time was off and the car was making a weird motor sound by the radio that noise was happening whether the car was on or off, and never stopped was not there before I dropped it off. Also on the way home my left blinker was blinking and sounding super fast, not working properly. The motor sound ended up being my CD player no longer working even though it worked fine on the way to the shop. Everything was working perfectly before I dropped it off and now blinker needed bulb they said which they replaced when I came back again and CD player is broken. And neither one was their fault they say. I don t know how something can work when you drop off a car and then broken when you pick it up. They will not take any responsibility or do anything for me. So customer beware I will never go there again.Service: Body & Trim

Recommended by gieco. Would never Recommend them. People are nice, but the work is junk. Made me sign paperwork before I could even look at the car. Couldn't even drive a block away because the steering was so off. (Accident was in the rear). Had to go get it aligned elsewhere. Told me they couldn't align car because of bent parts. Not to mention all the dirt and dust left inside the car. The overspray on the plastic parts. Also the repairs they did do...the paint was bubbling and chipping off 3 days after I got the car back. Would never go here again or Recommend this shop to anyone.

WORST BODY SHOP YOU COULD POSSIBLY CHOOSE. instantly had a bad feeling when I talked to them so I decided to send my car somewhere else when I called to release the car to the other body shop the guy, I believe his name Oscar said he would not release my vehicle then hung up on me . they never started working on it and was only there for about an hour or two he had no reason to keep my vehicle against my word I would not trust these people with anything. he called me crazy hung up on me a bunch of times when I was calling to try to have my vehicle released. terrible people and shop. i wouldn t even give them one star

This is one of the best mechanic shop that I have ever received service by. Oscar was very helpful and kept me and my family notified about everything regarding my car. He was very professional and cared so much about our needs and problems. I wish I can give this shop more then a five star because they honestly deserve it. If anyone needs a perfect mechanic shop this is the shop for you. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Oscar for his fanatics work and thank the shop for their amazing business.

My husband and I chose this shop because it was recommended by our insurance company. They kept us informed the entire time about what repairs were being done on the car and how long it would take. It's awesome that they guarantee the work on the car. Also, Becky was a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of the people there! Thanks for making my car look great again!

Staff and crew were a thow back from the earlier times when service and experience meant something ...professional,expedient,and ...very...reasonable priceline ....well run business,well organised...definitely recommend returning to this shop ...service manager 50 yrs . experience ... owner knows how to run a business , mangr. knows how to run a shop...five stars is not good enough ! Excellent customer service at Mapleview collision. Oscar and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and pay close attention to detail. They installed my factory Toyota spoiler and did excellent work! If you ever need a place to get quality body work done with excellent customer service, look no further.

Mapleview was the shop that Geico recommended and partners with in my area. I could not have found a better shop if I tried. Very professional and informative throughout the entire process. It is refreshing to receive update calls from Becky every day or two. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take your vehicle here, know it is in good hands.

Mapleview Collision is a great business! I brought my car in after my minor collision, they were on the list of repair shops partnered with the insurance company. Oscar and his crew (especially the very personable office lady -I'm sorry I can't remember her name-) are all hard working and caring. They went above and beyond what was necessary to get me driving my car again. Also, they were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my car and helping me with the arrangements needed to get a rental car. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I cannot say enough good things about Mapleview Collision. They are a partner shop I was referred to by my insurance company. Oscar handled everything for me, and even contacted me before I heard back from insurance, as well as kept me up to date with my repairs through the entire process. Oscar and his team went above and beyond with my repairs taking the worry out of a stressful situation. They met all of their quotes, and timelines. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mapleview Collision is great!My car was recently hit while on the side of the road and had almost $8,000 in damage done to it. I brought it to Mapleview Collision because of a recommendation and they were fantastic! They were very professional and friendly and helped me with my insurance claim as well. They also gave me regular updates on how my car was being repaired throughout the whole process. They finished it exactly when they said they would and my car looks even better than it did before. I would highly recommend them for car repair!

vehicle was not ready when promised. When i went to pick up my vehicle there was a low coolant waring on the dash. I checked the coolant reservoir and it was completely empty. I brought it to there attention and they filled it up. About a week later the check engine light came on and a low coolant warning. Check the reservoir and it was empty, checked the code for the check engine light and it read thermostat stuck open. Looks like when they filled the radiator they did not bleed the air out of the system and it cooked my thermostat. Also i noticed my heated seats are no longer working. I would not recommend them as they are lacking attention to detail***UPDATE***The shop manager has reached out to me several times offering to fix the problem and also offered to look at another issue that was probably not caused by them. I am pretty impressed with the effort they are making to resolve my issues.Service: Body & Trim

Oscar was wonderful throughout our repair process. He called me several times a week to update me of status. He finished on time. There was a miscommunication about some damage, so he took it upon himself to repair it free of charge in a way to maintain our satisfaction. Strongly recommended.

Solid repair when I needed the bumper and fender fixed, and when it went some days past the original due date, they gave me a discount, which was rather nice of them. The shop isn't jam packed with cars, which says to me they're organized. Going back if I ever need anything else body related. 10/10

This is the absolute worst shop. Don t take your car here. They will lie about repairs & rob insurance companies. and block customers that call out their bad service.
