So There I was It was raising and packed inside we went in for window wipers we were trying to install them but couldn t because apparently they were the old ones but anyways it was packed inside we didn t feel like waiting in line we were about to take and Daniel thank the lord was on his lunch in his vehicle saw us struggling with and went above and beyond hop out his vehicle to help us install them we didn t even ask for it

The store is awesome. They have everything you need. I went there to pick up parts that were ordered Previously. Walk in, got my parts, and as he's ringing up the parts, I ask him, "Do these parts have or come with gaskets. His says I don't know And Look at me like i'm bothering him don't ask me questions, Then I ask if he knows what's torch specs are just off hand,he says I'm not a Mechanic. The guys got grease not just under his finger nails it pack around his Cuticles.The guy behind the counter, well, he was a jerk. He had no people skills, Clearly you can tell he did not want to be there. The next time I go there for parts. I will not have him help me. I do believe this guy's name was frank well frank you need people skills.

A Black gentleman from Kenya helped me yesterday and should be recognized as a outstanding employee for offering excellent customer service. He was extremely aware of my needs and has an excellent understanding of store policies and procedures. He encouraged me to buy a part under lifetime warranty when I rented a tool...so that I didn't have to make an extra trip to your store. He easily found my account and told me to return and a receive my refund...Please recognize him as a valuable asset to your team in Lakeside...On the other hand when I returned to receive my refund I was treated rudely and told by your Employee MILAN...that I did not have a part refund on record. I persisted to explain that I did and he immediately told me Calm down and was aggressive in his tone and demeanor. Poor customer service and a complete lack of compassion or care for customers, as I witnessed he conversations with customers on the phone....very rude..Clark Burnside

This review is for the worker named Manny, he is the older Mexican guy that works there. He is absolutely the most rudest individual I have ever meet. Or it was just because I was a women. I went to return an item with a recite and he wouldn't give me my refund because of the card. He said there was no way to do it but there was he didn't want to take the time to do his job. What was worst is he grabbed the recite out of my hand aggressively and was being absolutely unprofessional when doing my transaction. When I walked out he even flipped me off..... the funny part is individuals feel so impowered at work to be disrespectful because they have a Lil customer service job, they don't even know how to do right. I have called corporate, I have heard many complains on him and nobody ever addresses them. Avoid this location.

Went in because my oil light came on. The guy who helped me was great. The guy who threw in his opinion and comments was kind of a jerk, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Always knowledgeable and extremely friendly easy to deal with especially with a newer car that has issues that take somebody with knowledge of all the emissions and related parts parts needed to do the job correctly one trip job done that's what I'm talking about

Went in to exchange my battery that was still under warranty and get a new wiper blade. Adam and the Manager was such a pleasant team to get the process done and they even so kindly installed the new items . Happy Customer. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Too busy bs-ing with customers and not being attentive as i stood their waiting to make a purchase, but the chit-chat with the customers continued. Embarrassing. Don't worry, I won't be back.

My husband and I come here a lot. We have always received great service. Giovanni, Stephen, Cynthia, Jose, and all the other guys who are helpful but I don't talk to enough to remember their names are all great!! (like the one with colored hair). There is one"new"guy though who is next to useless. I witnessed them trying to teach him how to run register and he couldn't even do a straightforward sell. He doesn't know how to find anything, and has the worst customer service I've seen in a while. I love everyone else that works here, and they almost always have what we need. The hubby and I are moving soon, and I will miss this crew.Thanks guys for being so great!!

These guys were nice, quick and helpful. Free battery charging. I gave them them a 4/5 because although most of them were helpful, there was one guy sticking shelves that was less than helpful. Good thing the more experienced guys at the counter made up for it.

I went to buy a part that the website said was in stock at this AutoZone location, but it was not. The guy that I guess helped me was rude and minimal help. I had to order the part which is not a problem, but it would have been a lot more pleasant and gone a lot smoother had the guy been knowledgeable and considerate. I'm guessing businesses are extremely desperate for workers and will literally hire anyone including those who should not be working with the public at all ever.

Save your receipts or don't spend your hard earned money here. I was given the wrong item (headlights). Went back to exchange to the correct one. Although It wasn't my mistake they wouldn't take it back without the receipt. The package was unopened and in perfect conditions. The correct lights were HID from factory plus I was going to grab more items therefore I was spending alot more than originally expected. Luckily for me I still had the receipt at home. Drove back for it and got my money back instead.

I went into the Lakeside Ca 92040 location Jan.11 2022 location approximately 4:45 pm and a large set man was standing behind the counter. He was very angry looking but I asked if he could help me anyway. Within a minute I knew I had to leave the establishment. I knew I was not going to receive any help from this man. I could not even get my first question out before he interrupted me with aggressiveness and made it clear I was a waste of his time. Being that I just came straight to that shop after an oil change and needed supplies to experience such unnecessary rudeness was so disappointing! Never in my life have I ever experienced such bad customer service personally. Well that's one for the book's. Thank you for your time!!!

Update: Came back around got some oil and a filter today. Plenty of staff and got my help quickly so I d say things are running nicely around here now. Amended my review glad I could.

Yep, I should have listened to the reviews. I was sold the wrong part by a rude employee that got aggressive when I asked if she was sure she was selling me the right part. All this after standing in a line 5 people deep while 4 employees leaned on the counter exchanging cooking recipes

Took a while in line to finally get through the 3 customers ahead of me, but I had called ahead and had my part on hold, so my transaction was pretty quick. I was worried the window regulator was damaged as the box was pretty beat up and looked re-taped up. But it was ok luckily and it worked.

I cannot say enough in regards to their customer service! They have a manager in training Rebecca Dodd and this young lady was able to assess, recommend, remove, and replace my battery without any hesitation or problem.

Waste of time, they could not find me the correct battery. The cashier just gave me a refund instead of trying to find the correct one. I went to O'Reilly an omg the employee gave me the exact battery with a better warranty. Flor was nice but the staff does not care for auto zone.
