Grate shop. Old school guys good customer service. I took my 2015 bmw 335i in for its first service and inspection after owning it for 5 months they found things that need to be replaced and did the warranty thing.. like I wanted. They replaced everything and on point . I'll be going back for the next service and so on .thank you guys mutch appreciated.

Dave has been working on my BMWs for many years. After a few horrible experiences with dealerships I will now only take my cars to Performance European. They are honest, friendly and experts for repair and service. Highly recommend.

I only had one experience, they seem highly skilled and proficient.And although I had got very upset with them for starting unauthorized work, I still give them 5 out of 5 stars.I will take my car back for maintenance or repairs to them, almost exclusively.-My belt was making noises so I took it to replace it. The owner came out and instantly and correctly recognized the real problems. An oil leak ....that I knew about but didn't realize it was causing the belt to start to fail. A common problem with BMWs. But the oil could be damaging other components also.He told me exactly where the leak was and what it's doing and what it could be doing and what needed to be done to fix it.The miscommunication happened because they were supposed to just look at what is happening, the damage and what needs to be done and then get back to me with a quote or something.But instead I have to walk in there a week later and ask what's going on with my car and they say "it's being fixed".This really upset me because I don't know what was being fixed, or at what cost. The owner's not great at returning calls.It's not that I thought they were ripping me off but if the valve cover or other main seals need changed, then that would cost a lot of money and I would have to consider my options.I completely believe the shop is honest.-The work that they needed to do on my car was definitely needed and the price they charged me was reasonable. Dealing and talking to some of their mechanics and watching, they seem highly proficient and skilled.My general impression of the owner and the shop is that he is an well-liked guy in the neighborhood and county and seems very trustworthy.Trust seems to be a mechanics major problem.I trust this shop.Service: Engine repair

Went in for an oil change. Spoke to owner who quoted $150. Since Sacramento dealership quoted $125, the $25 difference and time wasted made the decision.Took 90 minutes. Was charged $293.21. Replaced air filter WITHOUT PERMISSION.Owner stated he never quoted $150 for an oil change. My mistake was signing a blank invoice. Never agsin.Owners BEWARE of promises NOT fulfilled.Service: Oil change

Best customer service experience I've had anywhere! It's really hard to find a auto shop with exceptional service. Everyone is so helpful. I took my Audi A4 in for a diagnostic and they explained everything so that I understand what exactly is wrong with my car and what I needed to fix. They treat their customers with such respect and really listened to my exact needs. There were no unexpected costs and the price was very decent. I am definitely sticking with this auto shop!!

I walked away with tears and I'm selling my Volvo 2001, For 2500.00 Good condition.Feeling I was taken advantage of, as well as disrespected. Won't let that happen ever again from there! I can forgive but will not forget!

Treats female customer poorly and cheats. Charging for service that's not been done. My lady friend trusted performance european but they treated her wrong. Won't recommend to anybody And have them get scammed. Will advise my friend to to file charges.Services: Transmission, ElectricalServices: Transmission, Electrical

Only place I would take my Euro cars in all of Lake and Mendocino Counties. The owners are really stand-up people with great customer service as well as very in-depth knowledge about all cars. Incredibly reasonable hourly rate as well! I just wish they would answer their phone or return phone calls.

Took our Mercedes in to have the passenger side mirror and a rattle fixed.looked over the whole car at a cost of $150 promised to give me a price and date to repair the 2 things I brought it in for but never heard back. Nice people but I'm not going back there.

Not worth the time . To bad there's not a minus star. This place talks a great game but when beyond there skill set you can expect not phone calls or text messages. Great place for over priced oil change.
