I bought the expensive front fleet brake kit for my 2500hd. It took me a couple months to install brake kit.once installed it was obvious the rotors were warped. Before I returned rotors, I had napa turn my old rotors just to be sure that was the problem, it was the rotors were warped. I tried to return rotors on a weekend, but employee said a manager needs to approve return. So I left parts and called the following week. Manager said they will not return because he could tell they were on my truck for a long time and were rusty I drove to napa and pulled the rotors out of box in front of manager. The rotors were shiny new and obvious they had very few miles on them. I drove the truck maybe 25miles before I put my old rotors back on. Then the manager changed his story and said they smelt burnt. The fleet brake pads are super hard and take some time so seat. We use this same brake kit at my work so I'm very familiar with these brakes. They didn't even offer to turn the rotors to try and solve the issue. My place of employment has a contract with these people, but I will never shop or order parts from Napa in lake county again.Reply to Napa, I was already in your store and talked with manager, He knows the story and customer service I received.

I went in to this store and stood in line waiting my turn behind a customer that was being helped. There was 2 men working the counter. The counterman helping the customer in front of me helped carry parts outside. The other counterman finished with someone one the phone. Then another customer comes in the store walked down the aisle grabbed what he needs and the counterman asked he he can help him instead of me. Which made me upset because I was in a time crunch. He told me he couldn't keep track of the customers in the store. Which was only 2. How hard is that?? When I was standing there for atleast 5 minutes and he looked at me a couple of times. Customer service was horrible. One reason I dont shop at Napa. Plus they didn't have the part I needed when they said they did.

Visited new store for first time, was immediately greeted. Needed a battery for my keyless entry, Johnny was very helpful and even replaced the battery. Johnny asked if we had an account, we did not so he entered our cell# in the system. I commented on how neat and organized the store was, he mentioned the old store was half the size. Johnny was engaging and made a great impression. Have always shopped at the nearby competitor, but now feel Napa Auto is a better choice.

Greetings , I wanted to thank Lakeport Napa employee 104 (sorry no name on reciept) for his knowelage and help this morning. I purchased windshield wiper blades and this young man installed them for me. He exemplifies the words customer service, in this very different world we live in. The service was horrible the young man tall man, I bought a couple of wipers and then I decided I was going to buy some shocks and struts for my van so I asked the young man and he got an attitude with me andso I went to the lady next to him and ask for help from her she was helpful until I asked about my AAA discount and she had to do some adjusting which is her job she should not get an attitude I just spent you know hundred and fifty dollars with you guys so if you could talk with your service providers about little bit better customer service it would probably help your business.

First getting in and out of the new stores parking lot is a hassle. Although the new store is nice it doesn't make up for the inconvenience of parking lot. Also I find there prices to be higher then other Auto parts retailers.

Two clerks at the desk. One exclusively helping a man, the other answering the phone. Neither clerk greeted me, nor did they even acknowledge my presence. No, "Hi, be right with you." No, "Sorry for the delay." Instead, complete lack of eye contact even though the bell at the door signaled my entry, my two minutes of looking for what I needed on my own, and my five minutes of standing within three feet of the desk right in plain sight. Then, a female employee arrived, and she looked right at me, and still not even a "Hi. Someone will be with you shortly." Napa Auto Parts in Lakeport, CA -- shame on you. We're a small town, and I will let all my friends and neighbors know how rude and unprofessional you are.

Ordered a part a week ago, it didn't arrive on the specified date and the guy behind the desk told me "oh it happens all the time check back on Monday at 8am. I called them at 10:00 and they told me it would be on a shuttle at 2. I will be speaking with a manager when I do finally get my part.

This place is awesome it's like all the other NAPA Auto Parts except for the staff here is excellent there all car guys it's not some teenager behind the desk typing numbers into a keyboard super helpful some of those guys have been there for 30-40 years
