Literally AMAZING service. Brought my new (used) car for an alignment and full inspection and they did everything on a day s notice without charging for anything but the alignment. They even replaced the battery in my key fob without me asking! And they drove me home and picked me up again so I wouldn t have to spend the day waiting at the shop. 10/10 recommend.

These folks care about your safety on the road. They include more than just changing the oil! Very efficient and courteous. Nice waiting room with magazines and WI-FI where you can chill. I give 5 Stars!

I ve been to this location 3 times since I moved here and each time I have received amazing service! JK Kinney was very friendly and professional at the front desk each time. A real go above and beyond guy. :)The first time I went in for a check engine light. They explained everything they were going to do and how much it would cost. I don t remember all the specifics but they did what they said they would and it turned out to be the O2 sensor that needed to be replaced. Didn t take very long at all to get it done. And I noticed it ran better because of it. My car was made in the year 1998 and the bolts in it are all but welded together from the weathering and aging, so it is difficult to get anything apart. But the technician was a hard worker and persistent and got into it. I ll have to get his name and add it here later. :)The second time I took it in to get the oil changed Arturo S. Did a very thorough inspection of the car with pictures pointing out each area that needed attention. It was the most thorough job I ve ever heard, or seen for myself, for just a civilian car. When leaving I was given a quote for my brakes which needed to be replaced very badly.I took it in the next day at 11:30am to get my brakes done. The price I was quoted was fair for all the parts and labor. JK Kinney even offered to help with making sure I got home so that I wouldn t have to wait there, but I told him I needed the walk home anyways. Still appreciated that gesture though. #AboveAndBeyondWhen I got my car back they reported that my brakes had basically crumbled and wouldn t have lasted but a few more miles. I had prayed about what I should do for a few days before I decided to get my oil changed (just felt something was off, wasn t due for another 3,000 miles, I had it done at another location before I moved) then they did the full service and found the condition of my brakes. If I had just gone to any other place I would have probably been in a bad accident on a trip I took later that day due to brake failure. So they probably saved at least my life. :) So there is that endorsement as well. :)Thank you to the whole team for all your very thorough and honest hard work. I will be back for other things as time goes on, and have been, and will continue, to recommend your establishment to my family, friends, and strangers who may ask for advice in the area. :) God Bless

The gentlemen at the counter (Steve & JK) were wonderful! Polite, knowledgeable thorough and friendly! They collaborated with CARMAX (Santa Rosa/EXCELLENT!) -to service my new-to me Honda and keep me SAFE & SATISFIED. I definitely recommend them to all o y all . :)

These guys have cost me money: $600 in tires, $2500 in body damage, 6 days of personal waisted time$$, all on their schedule with only two work orders.I talked to Steve the second alignment failure, he explained they were trying to be a better mechanic but have issues with labor quality. So I thought I d give them doubt benefit & gave another try holy moly!You will loose with these guys!This is common knowledge in the county, (don t ignore public opinion/experience like I did)don t let those sheriff vehicles parked in their lot give you any confidence!

We are new to this area so we asked out neighbors for a recommendation of we re to take our car (BMW) in for tire service. They recommended Lakeport Tire and Auto. We called, they answered and were terrific from start to finish. We couldn t have asked for better service. We just love this place!!!!!

Lakeport tire and Auto we're very professional the wait time was good my appointment was at 1:00 and I was there and the staff was very friendly and very informative there was an issue sort of with the wrong information but that was quickly cleared up they did a marvelous job I'm very happy

They are well educated concerning cars, tires, which showed me that it was a safe place to leave my new used car. Also the owner was concerned to kept the price down in labor to only fix what was wrong with my car.i did not feel like I did wrong by taking my car to there shop I WILL CONTINUE TAKE MY CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS.to get repairs

The customer service here is fantastic and I love that it is Veteran owned! The owner actually gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle for service and picked me up afterwards to pick it up. I ve seen the owner first hand helping people in parking lots (not during working hours) that were stranded- just an all-around good person! They ve definitely earned my loyal business!

I had a slow leak in my tire. Lakeport Tire fit me in and got me back on the road. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great service!

Our family started using Lakeport Tire and Auto after a nightmare experience with bay area Goodyear dealers. The Owner, Steve, took care of all the problems, gave us a killer deal, and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the whole process. Since then, we have purchased 3-4 sets of tires, had some tires patched, and now get all our service done there. Their team is fast, efficient, honest, and reliable. I have not found a shop this reliable since leaving our family trusted shop in the bay area decades ago.I could give no higher recommendation, thank you Steve, Sam, JK, and the rest of the team!TLDR: Lake port tire and auto embodies integrity and reliability in all their dealings.

I took my van and to Lakeport tire and have new tires break and section oil change done on it and Steve and his staff are just the best people to work with. I highly highly recommend their shop I was given a ride home I was picked up when my vehicle was ready they were so kind and sincere very comfortable people to work with. Please give them a try they are the best

I ordered my tires beforehand from EBay bc it is cheaper that way, then got the tires put on my car at Lakeport Tire + Auto. The entire process went smoothly without any hiccups. Staff was polite and the work was quality. I anticipated it would take all day so I opted for drop-off but it was finished within a few hours, and the price came out cheaper than they had quoted me.Overall I had a really good experience with this shop and will definitely be returning next time I need work done.

Super friendly crew, and I feel they went out of their way to help me out with my greyhound bus! Plus, we had a great time visiting with all of them. I highly recommend Lakeport Tire, and I will definitely be going back there again!

Great service...had a big rip in the side wall of my tire. They ordered new tires for me, but what I was most grateful for is that they switched out that tire with my spare. So that I didn't have to drive on that hazardous tire, while I wait the 2 days for the new ones.Thanks Steve

You guys never disappoint. We take our cars to you for everything because you've earned our trust by consistently explaining what work needs to happen and always provide reliable cost estimates. Not to mention that the staff is always friendly and courteous and ready to listen to all my old stories while waiting for my car to be finished! :-)

Clean and professional. I had recently replaced he struts, wheel bearings, lower control arms, and the tires. The car was pulling to the left slightly so I called Lakeport Tire & auto service for an alignment. A appointment was made for 2 days later and I got a courtesy call the day before. They were expecting me when I walked through the door and had my car on the rack within a few minutes. Within 40 minutes I was on the road with a car that now drives straight and smooth . Thank You Lakeport Tire & Auto Service.

I will never go back to this company. Prices are ridiculously high. I will push my own car down the road before I return to this company. If you want to pay $212 for 1 tire then this is your guy. NEVER AGAIN. I'm from out of town the locals told me I made a mistake taken my car there. Next time I will listen

Took great care of my utility trailer. We broke down having wheel bearing issues. This happened over the weekend and needed to leave the trailer at Robinsons Casino. Made all the arrangements for towing and repairs with them over the phone. They where very helpful and did a great job.
