Our campground stay has been good and most likely prompted by recent reviews. We did have to pay (half price) for an adjoining site to accommodate the truck and boat but that s not uncommon when space is tight.From our sites 9-10, we have a nice view of the hills and the truck/boat/trailer parking lot. I haven t yet seen nor heard of any problems. Security patrols seem frequent & thorough.I was also pleasantly surprised to find clean, modern showers. I didn t realize at first that you turn the 15min timer to get heat from the exhaust fan so that was a bonus. Also plenty of space to accommodate personal items.The onsite boat ramp is convenient and $10 daily ramp fee waived for hotel & rv guests. K store at the ramp is handy, too.We ll be back. Location is ideal for exploring Lake County and only 2hrs to Sonoma Coast.

RV Park- Was told by overzealous manager that boats and tow vehicles must now be parked in adjacent lot. Have been coming here for the past 10 years. Never had a problem. The place was 1/3 full with several resident campers showcasing all their stuff. You now have to park in a lot with signs stating Management not responsible for theft or damage. The 25 or so RVers in the park were there for the annual Lake County Chamber Bass Tournament. Nobody was happy and we all agreed this was the last time we will be staying here. Management should be replaced.Safety: You have to park your boat with $$ of gear in a remote lot where management is not responsible for loss! This is Clearlake!

There's rundown trailers living full-time in the R. V park, also no room to park your truck next to your trailer, which has to be parked a 100 yd away with people running around in the parking lot all Hours of the night playing Loud music.worst rv park. I've ever been to.

Kinocti is one of my favorites also, right on clear lake, awesome old school slot selection, arcade room for family fun, the Security and staff make it a great place to spend a Friday and Saturday night. Love the games and drawings they don't seem rigged like some other places. I give Konocti an all around 5 Stars. Keep up the great work guys it's becoming a legendary hangout!!!! What the F? Room 115. Hair in the shower, hair all over the bed. Clearly the bedding was not changed!!!!Update:Moved to room 235Hair in bed again. Too Fing tired to deal with this. Sleeping fully clothed. Bed soft and mushy and nasty. I tried to take a shower. That went fine until I unfolded one of the towels and it looks like it was used to clean up a crime scene. Guaranteed a lot of bodily fluid (looked like blood that had been washed out) all over towel. My mind is blown how disgusting this place is. Oh and the ac unit is louder than a freaking freight train so if it s hot out good luck falling asleep.Noteworthy details: Multiple dirty rooms. Extremely dirty towels. Very overpriced. You could stay at a $50 roach motel and it would be nicer. This place is horrible.

Konocti Casino is nice..they just has a $3 million dollar winner. That's not something that happens very often. Casino is clean..restrooms are clean..restraunt has good food..service could be faster..nice arcade for kids..easy in & out for launching boats..gas for boats available..small bait & tackle shop..pot dispensary across the street..2 miles from the main part of Lakeport..

I reserved a room 2 months in advance, for a wedding we were attending. When we got there they placed us in a ADA room on the first floor. I did not realize this until I entered the room. Made them aware that I did not want nor need a ADA room. For one thing I wanted a bathtub and not a shower.The room was very small. They had no towel racks and your clean towels were on a self in the closet. Not sure how this meets ADA because there were not grab handles next to the toilet. The bathroom had one small hook.Late at night and at 5:00 AM that morning we could hear our neighbors so clearly it woke us up from a sound sleep- the ADA room had an adjoining room. Real bad. Our neighbors were talking in normal voices - thin walls!!!Coffee in room was so bitter, just awful.To say the least - I was exhausted the next day due to lack of sleep.In addition - tiny televisionThe only thing I liked was the shutters on the window-which blacken the room.Rooms: Cheap with no towel racks, towel on closet shelf, small, small TV .Noteworthy details: Poor customer service. Spoke to staff about concerns with room who had me wait an excessive time while she spoke to her manager on the phone and then had to talk to the second line manager. I waited all this time to get an answer. My time was limited due to wedding we were attending

We are regulars at Konocti Vista Casino and were all set to enjoy a Thanksgiving evening with a good dinner and some gaming. We even booked a room for the night because we were expecting a late evening. From what I can see, I can only review this casino as a hotel but our bad experience was only partially due to the hotel. I have stayed here in the past and it was okay but my wife is disabled and has a service dog (a legitimate service dog) and I have never been so harassed and questioned about our service dog anywhere else, but that was only the beginning of our issues on this evening.The real problem was in the casino.We had an excellent dinner at Valentino s restaurant and were enjoying ourselves playing slot machines. We had one drink from the bar (albeit a long island ice tea). My wife went to the restroom and on her way back told a security guard that the handicap stall was out of order (the handicap stall in the Men's restroom was out of order as well) so she had a difficult time because she can't fit her walker/wheelchair into the stall and there are no handles. A couple of men showed up including the security supervisor "Rickie" and I think the maintenance supervisor who's name I didn't get. They took note of her complaint and we thought that was the end of it.About half an hour later (about 8:PM) the security supervisor "Rickie" came up to me and told me he was going to cut my wife off from any further drinks because her speech was slurred and this is what is so crazy. My wife's disability is peripheral neuropath and some undiagnosed issues. Her main symptoms are impaired speech and lack of balance. She was in a wheelchair with me as her caregiver and was in no danger of hurting herself or anyone else.I explained this to "Rickie" but instead of being understanding and realizing he had made a mistake, he doubled down and insisted she was cut off.There were other employees in the area and they were all shocked at how "Rickie" was treating my wife.I immediately told "Rickie" that I was cutting the casino off as well and walked over to the front desk and cancelled my room for the night.I would be contacting an ADA attorney tomorrow but since this is tribal land, I have little hope that anything can be done. I will still look into it but essentially tribal land may as well be another country.As luck or KARMA would have it, right before the incident, we had just hit a jackpot and won back all of the money we had spent and then some.We left and explained we would not be back until something was done about "Rickie"."Rickie" should not be allowed to interact with customers at all.This awful man made my wife cry nearly the entire rest of the night. I hope he's happy with himself.I am an extremely disgruntled, long time local customer. My family and I have been coming to Konocti Vista since the casino first opened.I hope Damien the casino manager is reading this. I will be trying every day to get in touch with him starting tomorrow.

The Konocti RV park is a parking lot with showers, a separate building for a single toilet, and a few grassy areas with picnic tables and grills where pets are prohibited.It s an good economical choice: the AAA weekday rate is only $3 more than you d pay for a campground site at nearby Clear Lake State Park; and the electricity hook-ups are worth it, especially in the winter. Plus the showers are free (versus having to buy tokens at the State Park), and there is plenty of hot water (let it run for 2 to 3 minutes first).Same-day reservations are easy just walk up to the hotel registration desk inside the casino.The designated pet area is a fecal disaster (I was warned by other visitors), so take your pets elsewhere and clean up after them (!!).Didn t witness any maintenance the week I was there: the trash was never emptied (no recycling or compost bins anywhere), the bathroom ran out of soap, and there were cigarette butts, mud, and hairs in the showers.So! Might be a good idea to take your recycling & compost with you, wear flip-flops in the showers, and avoid the restroom better to walk over to the ones in the next door casino, as they are cleaned regularly.

Room was well dated walked into the main bathroom the jacuzzi tub rubber stopper was broken toilet paper was nearly empty tied in a pretty bow laying on the floor. Imediatly pulled out my phone and did a video tour notting all the shotty work and damages of bad color changes where they didn't bother removing the old fixtures or the broken light switch plates. I got in late so front desk was already gone so no reason to call him. I turned down staying in Fort Bragg in a spa room with same amenities for same price because I wanted to visit my friend only to be disappointed. Couldn't even enjoy a hot bath because I ran out of hot water before the tub was halfway full. Then when I went to check out at 9:20 am they open at 9 am nobody was at the desk fir 20 minutes. Finally clerk shows up to tell me she can't do nothing will have assistant manager call me. No call I wrote manager a email took 3 days to hear back for a sorry about your luck response. I had been on the road for 12 hours was looking foward to a nice hot bath. I could have gone to motel 6 instead of spending $300 at this place. Never again

Rooms are decent for what you pay. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also have connecting rooms. You pay extra for the marina view (even numbered rooms). We got that side because it was supposed to be quieter. But there was a concert just outside our room. Make sure to check the event calendar. They do claim to have an elevator for those in a wheelchair but it in in the casino and it is a bit of a walk depending on your room.

Konocti Casino is by far my favorite casino in Lake county the new arcade, new bar/dance floor with live djs on the weekend, 2 pool tables, hotel's very clean, staff is welcoming and helpful, the security make sure everyone's safe while not interrupting them having fun they monitor the parking area pretty well so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. it's an all-around awesome atmosphere... I almost forgot their restaurant serve chicken alfredo that is worth the $20

Got my card information stolen there last year, came back for a big event with my kids and I brought a bunch of friends, my self and some of my buddies kept getting told we couldn't sit where we were, they sold the same seats over and over again, my autistic son diddnt understand why we kept having to move, so he was getting pretty upset. So I finally get the go ahead from security of where I can sit and was guaranteed I wouldn't have to move....only to be told to move again by local tribe members, the food was good, the show was great. The customer service and the way were treated was the worst of any casino around the lake, to several of my friends from that rez I'm sorry, we came in, we spent a ton of money and were treated very poorly.

My stay this past weekend was the most disappointing and upsetting hotel experience. Yes the hotel is dated and interior a bit worn - but as out of town guests not familiar with the area - the Casino was a the location about a mile to the wedding venue so it was a good option. First impression there was a note at front desk stating THE CURRENT WATER SITUATION - ALTHOUGH THE WATER IS BROWNISH ITS SAFE. So, we Checked in on Thursday. Had a wedding event got in late tired from traveling all day and just climbed into bed. On my second night I woke up sick. This night I pulled back the covers before getting in bed and discovered the bed linens below the blanket line had blood staining in several places! A couple places on the bed sheet and on the side as well. Upset and grossed out but It was about 1am. No one is at the front desk overnite so I went back to front desk 8am Sat and their response was that housekeeping would be in at noon. I asked could I please be moved to another room? The young man at front desk was a bit overwhelmed but nice. He made the move possible to the room just next door to make it easier to move my luggage etc. I asked would they compensate me for last night I couldn t sleep all . He explained he was not able to make that decision and he referred me to mgt. who he said would be in Monday. I left two voicemails for Grace the hotel mgt. and I sent an email and no response. When I finally reached the mgt. Earlier today after checkout I was shocked and disappointed my mgt response. She told they would not be compensating me in any way- they debated if the stains were even there before me ?The stains (which I took photos for them) were not new they were existing stains that you could see had been laundered but still stained. It was very disturbing - I could not get back in the bed once I found that. Also have photos of bugs in the bed. I sat up all nite unable to go back to sleep Friday night. I travel often and I have never had an experience such as this. Sure as I said it s a bit 1980 s decor but overall on check in it appeared clean. Truly shocked that mgt did not at least say I m sorry for this situation very upsetting. A wonderful trip with a very disturbing situation. I just wanted someone to acknowledge , apologize and say we re going to make this up?

The hotel has been renovated and is pretty nice for this price point. This location is great for boating and fishing experiences. The docks and ramp are great. There is expansion going forward to expand the casino. I'm hoping for a very nice dinner facility. The cafe is very good, generous portions and great prices. Service is good but the kitchen can get slow. Not a deal breaker but a nice steak house will round this place out. The bar has been sectioned off from the gaming floor and it adds a nice feel with a pool table and dance floor. All in all, not a bad way to go. You can always spend more money, but for the price: great!

The guys suggested we get some lunch. Huge portions and reasonable prices presented in a simple no frills dining room. The wait staff did a good job taking care of our table of eight. They could improve by serving the meals all at once. It was a bit awkward waiting for some meals to come out while others had their food.

We went to the new premium dinning room Valentino s tonight! I am sorry but it is a huge disappointment. We have always had good food when coming to the casino before. The new restaurant is just a box that is smoke filled with no atmosphere to it at all. The wait staff clearly do not know how to serve food and clear each course before bringing out the meal. The steak was over done and was like shoe leather! My wine was served in a water glass. We will not be back. You folks need an experienced food and beverage manager to fix things! Good luck

This room was not worth it! We paid 175 for one night. Very standard room and it was not clean. Upon entering these are the things we found...the shower with soap residue and hair was particularly gross. The beds we're made very poorly.We went to the resteraunt that evening and we're there for over an hour waiting for food, when there were only 3 other groups of people who already had their food. It arrived cold and the server did not give us silverware or napkins and never returned from the back for us to ask for them. I had to go find them to get what we needed. R only plus is a young lady tending bar made our drinks perfectly and was quick and nice. Konocti needs to step it up.

The restaurant food was ok, service was great! My problem is the people that were in the room next to us and the manger of the hotel. They were smoking in there room which came into ours. I have my five year old son that had to deal with the smell and security banging on there 4 times, between 8:30 to 10pm. The manager didn't offer to move us, I called after we left and they offer 10 percent off next visit lol. We will never stand at that very sad hotel.

We have visited this casino a few times since they 'cleaned' up the area and casino. However, I have to say they wasted their time and money. The place is tiny, smokey, and the restaurant is stark and awkward. The food is not worth a dime. First dining was so bad in the restaurant we decided to sit in the bar the second time around. I ordered a salad thinking, how bad can you mess up a salad?! Well, it said mixed greens, what I got was white and yellow iceberg lettuce! Nothing green about it! The bartender made me close out my tab in the middle of eating because she was 'going on break'. Rude! No one ever looks like they are having fun and I never see anyone winning. Sad, pathetic place!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Staff and services were awful and rude as ever. As soon as I got there they did not accommodate for my service dog. I actually had to drive him 2 hours all the way back down the hill in the middle of the night because they said he couldn t stay. Multiple security guards were rude entitled and disrespectful for no reason. Grace the manager was so disrespectful with me over the phone after we nicely asked for a refund on a night we didn t even stay in the hotel, even after all of these inconveniences came about. The only reason we didn t get a refund was because we didn t check out at 11am. how were we suppose to do so when my boyfriend was in the Wild West bass trail fishing tournament (mind you that konocti has hosted this tournament in the pass so you think that would accommodate for the fisherman, but no) so he was there from 5am to 5pm and didn t find out he wasn t fishing the next day till then. So physically impossible to have known and checked out at 11am. So extremely unhappy with the whole experience very rude and we will definitely not be staying there ever again.

This place is so,so, I haven't stayed in any of the room's at the hotel yet. It seems the pay outs on the games are tight. The staff don't come around and offer any drinks. They do have 3 day's when they offer match play but,never offer much free play. I had the breakfast one day and that was good.

We ate at the restaurant after having a boating day. That was extremely convenient. I wasn't impressed with the design or lack of in the restaurant. The colors made me feel sad. The service was not great. It wasnt very busy so for the lack of service was disappointing. Like asking another waitress to get ours or someone so we could have more water. I had chicken fried steak and it was very good. I would try them again. Maybe just a bad day?

With the new improvements, the place leaves you to wonder where the money went. The food is horrible. They said RibEye, and you receive a cheap piece of sirloin with little flavor. A vending machine may give you a better steak. Then to wait for this dog food you lose hundreds on the machines. Go out of town, you get better food and a hotel room for the same price of visiting here for a dinner night and entertainment.
