Brandon from BTR made a rough day better. He was super professional from the moment he called me and let me know that my fleet company was dispatching him to me. He was there right when he said he would be. He was super efficient at getting my truck and double trailer combination hooked up and rolling to our terminal. He was super polite and nice to have a conversation with for the trip back home. I would definitely recommend Bains Towing and Recovery, and certainly would use them in the future for my personal vehicles or commercial needs.Thank you Brandon!!You rock!!Service: Special vehicle towing

The people of this company are amazing and made a scary experience so much better. I wasn't able to start my car after a rest and they came out at 2 in the morning to help me. This was after my insurance said they couldn't get to me and two other towing places said they didn't have anyone. They tried to start it for probably 30 minutes and tried all the tricks and when we figured out it was a belt and it couldn't be started the first person who was with me stayed with me until the tow truck got there to take my car. As someone who was alone at a rest stop this was so reassuring. They also made sure I would have a place to stay and have an amazing mechanic who was able to check the car out and figured out what was wrong really quickly and fixed it really fast. This company and it's people are amazing!

Brandon was great, cop tried to give us a hard time because we were broken down somewhere they didn t like. He told them off and got the job done quick. Funny guy too, made the annoying experience pretty enjoyable

I was stranded on the side I 5 in my tractor. Brandon and truck 23 showedup in record time. Brandon Nielsen is a super tow truck driver, He had me hooked up and on the road in no time. I was having a bad day at work . Transmission went out on my Freightliner and I was in the middle of nowhere. I called my dispatch and they sent out Bains Towing. Brandon immediately communicate with me and was here before I knew it. He hooked up my truck with care and fast. I rode in the truck with him to the dealership and he even offered a ride to anywhere I needed to go. He definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow in northern CA the Lu won t be disappointed!Services: Battery service, Special vehicle towing

I did not employ the services of this company, however, I am a care provider in an apartment complex full of disabled people. I noticed a truck driving dangerous fast throughout the parking lot, and when I kindly asked the two men to please slow it down a little, they were dismissive and rude. I wish I could do 0 stars as safety is an important aspect in any properly functional company. Disgusting behavior by these two men.

Without a doubt some of the best customer service I have ever received. Things that are mechanical break. You can t change that and you have no control over it. What is controllable is the way it is handled. This company responded with kindness and dignity and communicated throughout the whole ordeal. Jacobe was fantastic. He was honest and helpful and apologetic for the breakdown of the rental vehicle even though he was not in control of that portion of the situation. Britney the dispatcher was on top of things and got things done as soon as possible, and the tow operator who towed the vehicle all the way to Beaverton was communicative, polite, and helpful. He worked late into the night bringing me the vehicle and again, was apologetic about me breaking down in a rental vehicle though it was not necessary. I have been involved with internal and external customer service for years as both a manager and director. For all those rental truck companies out there in this area of the country, if you are not using Bains, YOU SHOULD BE. SEVER your contracts with the other NON-performers and hire Bains.

We made it to our Flight in Sacramento, all thanks to this company! Coming from Southern Oregon less than half way through our rental car got a flat tire on a Sunday. We came across Brandon on the highway and he was more than happy to help. He sent us to his Shop to Erik and in less than 30 minutes we where back on the road. If it wasn't for Brandon we wouldn't have made it to the Airport. We can't thank them enough!

Despite the interstates being closed Brandon stayed in contact with me throughout the entire day,waited for the roads to open back up and he came through when it was safe and got the job done in the bad weather conditions.He was very polite and patient.

Brandon provided clear updates on arrival time & plan to assist get our RV running. We developed an issue with our Class A motorhome while driving down I 5. Brandon came out to tow us. His work was excellent and he took extra care not to damage our coach. We stayed that night at their service yard. The next day Don, who also works at Bains, dropped by and helped identify the actual problem. Brandon once again took care of us and our coach. He delivered us to the people who were able fix the problem. I hope never to need another tow, but if I do, I would want Brandon of Bains Tow and Recovery to do it.Service: Special vehicle towing

In today's world they don't get any better than Bains Towing and Recovery. If you need a vehicle towed, large or small,they are the people you want to call. I was concerned when I needed my 40 foot RV towed to Freightliner in Medford, OR. But when the tow truck driver arrived and talked to me and explained everything I knew I was in good hands. You can't ask for a better service than what Bains provides. Would recommend them before all others.

Brandon was amazing. We got locked out in the chaos of getting home and dealing with fighting kids. The keys were in the car my purse with the spare was in the car and it was late at night. Brandon was our tech and he preformed a tow service to get our truck unstuck. He also helped us with chaining and taught us how to properly lay out and secure our chains. Kudos to Bains towing for hiring such an exceptional person to your team.

Motorhome died on freeway south of Yreka CA. Couldn t find any towing company to tow 40 ft motorhome and side by side in the area. CHP stopped and stated the had just been introduced to a new tow company, Bains Towing and the officer contacted them. They would do it. Brandon arrived approx. 9:00 pm and started hooking up. There was one problem after another but he kept moving forward. The coach was low and it had no air connections, it rained, it hailed, it thundered and Brandon kept after it. By midnight we were hooked up with nowhere to go. Brandon towed us to their lot in Weed CA. And dropped is for the night. He came back the next morning and towed us on into Redding to get repairs. I can t say enough about Brandon, we couldn t have had a better technician on our side. He made breaking down, sitting on the side of the freeway for 12 hours a decent day for us.
