Above and beyond service and honest. At Christmas, we discovered our window regulators on our 2012 Passat had broke, which left our windows all the way down overnight in the pouring rain. I called VW Service World and they were able to get it fixed on Christmas Eve. They replaced the parts with BETTER than factory OEM plastic parts, which means it will be a longer lasting fix. I was super impressed with their communication, honesty, and quality service. We'll definitely be back.
