My co-worker experience with SV Tire & Auto Repair was nothing short of a nightmare. Imagine the horror of driving your child to school, only to have the tire fall off due to the lug nuts being tighten to tight causing the bolts that hold the tire on to sheer off. The safety of my co-worker and her child was put in jeopardy, all because of the incompetence of this tire shop.Despite this alarming incident occurring while transporting her son, SV Tire has shown zero concern for our well-being. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for their negligence, leaving me to deal with the aftermath of their botched repair job on her own.I am appalled by the lack of knowledge professionalism and accountability displayed by this tire shop. As a parent, I can not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Their disregard for customer safety is downright appalling, and I urge others to steer clear of this establishment at all costs. A complaint has already been filed with the BAR as well.

SV Tire & Auto really goes above and beyond. The staff was incredibly professional, honest and efficient with diagnosing the problems my car had. They replaced my brake pads, rotors and a new set of tires in 25% of the time it takes at the over-priced Pep- Boys down the street. I found Randy to be a gem of an employee, very intelligent and honest with his quotes. This place by far has the best prices I have seen in Lake Forest. On top of offering a honest and great price, the owner was extremely intelligent and personable, I will be back for any of my future car needs. Thank you SV Tire & Auto for everything!

Quick service at a great price. I needed 2 front tiers and an alignment.My back tires aren't great but Deo didn't try to sell me tires I didn't need. I'm very happy about that honesty.

Being a level 7 Google local guide, I must say what a tremendous little tire shop is. Excellent service; the owner or manager is very personable and is great with customers. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs. Great pricing, as well. We will be back with our other vehicles!

DONT COME IF YOU WANT TO SELL USED TIRES .the made me wait a full hour for the boss to arrive. The boss arrived was very quick and rude with me. Offered me $10 each tire for a set of barely used $800 tires biggest waste of time. Any reasonable offer would ve been great or them saying he we are far in price I don t want to make an offer Literally wasted my time

Best customer service I have ever received from an auto repair and tire shop!! As a woman I did not feel taken advantage of at all, Levin and Deo made sure I understood the service and got the best price possible. Respectful, efficient, and great family owned business! Highly recommend them

They just saved the day! I literally walked in with less than 1 hour timeframe to replace all 4 tires on my vehicle, get an alignment AND oil change AND THEY EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. I felt like I was at the Pit stop on a race track, talk about speed, skills and professionalism!I will be definitely be coming back for my next service. 100% recommended. 5/5 stars

I ve been coming to SV Tire & Auto repair for years! They have always given me fantastic service and amazing prices on my tires. They have always kept their word on the prices that the quoted me . Go see them and experience the quality of work, you wont be disappointed!

*Unfortunate update* tire they gave turned out cut 30 mins after driving off started leaking. Another shop fixed it*Went there to get 16 mustang gt tires. Most places didnt have them but this place had nice 2 used tires with a lot of threads on them.

DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself the headache and stress from this terrible place - they will take advantage of your situation in anyway they could. The owner has no sense of respect for his customers and will be in your face as it is his way of thinking he s effectively making a sale with you thinking you will cave in just to avoid the heavy conflict.Their business model is built to scam people. Things escalated quickly when I sensed it and decided to go somewhere else, he then was charging me for looking at the tire to which he didn t fix. No one should ever be treated like they do.In short: I went to another SV in Pascal Way Lake Forest and repaired my tire free of charge (they simply felt bad for the terrible experience I had with the people above). Plain and simple, the service was unmatched. Felt like a dealership experience.

This establishments service is an outstanding, professional and reliable shop. Listen, You will not, I repeat, you will not find any other car garage that ll work with you to get the best deal possible. I m so grateful I came across this place as my last hope as I was ready to give up and spend an unnecessary ticket $$$$ on my car! Special thanks to the owner, his son, and their technicians, for the wonderful work on replacing my front/rear brake pads, rotors, tires, and alignment! I definitely found my go-2 spot in Lake Forest. Stop being overcharged and treated like the next number. Come down to this establishment and feel like family; they going to get you right, and that s my word!

Get everything in writing. I was quoted $60 by Jose to install 2 tires and have them dispose of 1. They wouldn't dispose of my tire unless I paid them another $10. I've been here multiple times in the past but won't be back

Unprofessional. Don't come here to change your tires. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I called to make an appointment to install 2 front tires. They said come over. When I got there at noon, they told me to come back at 2 pm because it seemed everyone was heading to lunch. So I returned home and came back at 2 as instructed. To my surprise they told me to come back the next day even though there was no cars being worked on in the shop. What in the world? Ok so I called again in the morning and I said can I come over to change my tires. They said yes, come now. So I went back for the 3rd time now. To my shock when I arrived, they were so irritated and told me they don't have time and to wait a couple of hours. Come on. If they would have told me ahead of time, I'd have brought my wife with a 2nd car and just leave my car there. Such a waste of time. They may have good prices, but my goodness, if you don't want to waste your time dealing with their unprofessionalism, I suggest taking your business someplace else. 1 star.

Good service, but prices of an off brand tire were way too high. Not even willing to give a military discount. Was in a bind, so didn t have much of a choice. So I paid the asking price.

Review is for 23081 Orange Ave A, Lake Forest, CA 92630 - ZERO STARS! Unprofessional, Boisterous, Greedy, and Yells at your face. The owner needs some kind of permanent vacation. This guy is out of it. So I warn everyone do not come here unless you want to get treated that way and pay something you don t need.

The best Tire Shop! I highly recommend this place. The customer service was great! The owner, and workers are all great and working super hard to make sure the service was the best. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could.

I called in on a Saturday 6-17-23 and he said he had the used tire i was looking for. a used Pirelli P7 245/45/18 (normally a $300+ tire with out the install) he quoted me $65.00 out the door, he also aligned all 4 tires for additional $70.00. the tire came in great condition and it took him 35 mins for all. I'm happy.

I used their service before and the techs are super good and very good customer service. However the owner !!!! Worst greedy ever!!! Gave me a price and when time came to do the job he changed the price and quoted me more! Don t waste your time go somewhere else!! You might pay a little bit more or even cheaper and get the job correctly and without changing the price!

I came in for a used tire today, called at 5pm, they had me in with my tire fixed in less than 15 minutes! Friendly and fair these guys took care of me, I would highly recommend for a quick cheap fix. Thanks guys!
